The room has black mold in it and even in the carpet fibers. We have a video of it and contacted Brittany Cospelich the manager and Tina Johnson, the VP of Integral Hospitality who manages the hotel and they did nothing about it — only gave us the runaround and refuse to return phone calls. They even have knowledge that I am pregnant and went to the doctor the same day we discovered the mold due to coughing all night and it has had an effect, yet they did nothing. Do not book here. I plan to post the video to social media soon.

This location is quiet, friendly front desk service, relaxing, and best warm breakfast. Computer and printer available for printing my music for my workshop. Kid friendly staff. Overall… ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Renovations are needed, walls dirty, pee in bathroom floor, pee all over toilet, walls extremely dirty, walls are different color carpet stains, cabinets falling apart and appears someone has just beaten it to death, sheets are blood stained, have stayed here more times than I can count, I feel each time gets worse, I've stayed in better days in. Price doesn't match hotel or rooms, I'm a diamond choice, by far the worst for a sleep inn, nice staff is all they have.

Was a lot older and musky smelling. Was hit with smell as soon as I walked in the door. Was clean and comfy for a one night stay. I just equate a 4 star hotel and the price with a larger hotel and nicer accommodations.

Stayed for a very quick overnight as we passed through for another location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and convenience shops. The pool was acceptable (but a little small). Breakfast was very good. The room was also acceptable (clean, and large enough for our family). We would stay again if it works with our travels.

Clean room with spacious bathroom. Soft pillows and firm bed were great. The only thing I would say is that a little too much light came in from under the door and through the sides of the curtain. I like a very dark room when I sleep, but just my preference.

Really nice, friendly staff, breakfast pretty bad but part of the stay so what do you expect really. Rooms were actually clean and nice! For the area this hotel is the best one to stay in and if you book online you save a little bit of money which is always a good thing.

Front desk clerk was unfriendly, not rude, but obviously would rather be some place else. Desk area smelled like an ash tray and entire lobby reeked of dog urine. Carpet on the 3rd floor was stained and also reeked of dog urine… The only reason I gave it a 2 is because someone had cooked buttered popcorn near our room so it didn't smell like dog urine at our door… If we weren't exhausted, I would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else… We'll see how breakfast is in the morning.

The best place in town to use the people are friendly it is always neat and clean.

This place is great super clean and they do have a great staff, the morning breakfast is hot and fresh, the rooms are clean this is a smoke free hotel so go outside if you smoke but it's great stop on in I-65 North exit 94… They got you a comfy room waiting.

My family and I stayed while I was working on call. Front desk was very friendly at check-in. Our room was clean and as expected. The bed was very comfortable! We ate breakfast the following morning, which was very good and the selection is more than many hotels offer! The pool was clean other than a few flying ants, which isn't uncommon but also not a problem. Housekeeping was also friendly and took care of our room trash and extra towels for the pool. Check-out was simple and uneventful. There is ample parking and many places to eat within walking distance.

We had car trouble and found this hotel in Evergreen Alabama. The staff here is extremely nice and friendly. We even got a courtesy call checking to make sure we got settled in ok. Breakfast was very good also. Cant say enough good things about this small town hotel.

It's a beautiful, sleep Inn & suites in Evergreen Alabama I enjoyed my stay there over night I was very comfortable there and I will be booking a room there again when I stay over night there again.

Not clean. Unpacked in first room only to turn sheets back a little while later and found long black hair on sheets. Then noticed makeup on two pillows. Moved us to another room that wasn't a suite. Later noticed spatter and hair on side of shower. By then I was too tired to move and just cleaned it off. On the good side it was quiet and breakfast was okay. Might try another hotel next time.

Was not bad but there was a smell through out the hotel. It is convenient to food, shopping, gas and interstate ramps. They were super friendly and the Breakfast was not bad for hotel. They offered a great many choices for any type of water.

After a long day of driving we come to find out that our online booking was for the wrong days, my fault. The lady at the desk was very helpful and fixed it for me. Thank you so very much.

The rooms are nice and modern. The AC worked quietly and efficiently. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The company's computer system is not very flexible. I extended my stay twice and had to bring the keys back to have them reset before I could use them. The real minus was the bed. It sagged in towards the center. The bedding is too heavy so you're either too hot or too cold.

Absolutely the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in in a hotel! Comfy and friendly service. If going thru town and looking for a place to stay, you can't go wrong here!

It was a perfect night! Quiet. Pool was clean. Room was super nice and had lots of room. The cleaning lady was very kind and let us get a few extra towels. We will be stopping there again on the way home from TX.

First time at a Sleep Inn and pleasantly surprised. I usually prefer another hotel, but their reviews were not welcoming. So I decided to try here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, overall a great experience. Will definitely stay here again when passing through.

Clean rooms and pet friendly I arrived at 1130 pm and checked in no problem. The breakfast was average and I had to hunt the coffee but all in all a great stay. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the Sleep Inn in Evergreen Al. It was about fifty dollars more than another hotel we stayed at in that area, but the bed was great. It was clean and updated. Worth the extra bucks if you want a good night's sleep.

The Sleep Inn in Evergreen, Al was a very pleasant surprise. We originally stopped in Greenville, AL to stay at the Quality Inn. After entering our NonSmoking room, we found that the lights didn't work and smoke was coming in from the roomnext door. We promptly checked back out, drove to Evergreen, Al and stopped at the Sleep Inn. The late night desk clerk found us a real non-smoking room and check-in was a breeze. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious! What a find! So glad our night ended up being such a pleasant one after a rough beginning!
