Treat very tired nurses with more respect.

Neglected room. Elevator shut down due to "renovations" violation of ADA. Front clerk unconcern about customers need. I wont be back.

The room is nice the hotel is very inviting but the list of amenities are misleading there was no pool which was disappointing.

Excellent and friendly staff. Always have made me feel welcome. I’ve stayed there many times and will continue to do so when possible.

Nice hotel staff was really nice on a scale of 1 to 3 the bed was a to not like a rock but not exactly the most comfortable the pillows definitely helped breakfast was good wish they had flavored creamers but a nice day for my choice membership and AARP discount from $99.99 a night to $89.99 a night.

Price is right, staff and management are great. Chris is helpful with internet and printer issues. Angela is a pleasant morning person.

Lobby is inviting and the rooms are large. We had a suite. The only issue is that the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The tub, which still had hair from previous guests. It was supposed to be a jet which did not work but the jets were covered in dirt and red build up. The front desk apologized but said all they could do was change us to a room below what we had and explained that none of the tubs actually work. Even if not working the tub should be cleaned.

Rooms were very clean. Bed slept great. I would stay here again.

I travel for work and stay in hotels a good bit. The difference in this hotel was the people. Employees smile and ask how you like your stay. And actually mean it. I was with a group and Summer worked out a great deal for us. Ms. Monica gave us fantastic tips on where to go eat in addition to feeding us a good breakfast. Angela took care of us and shared her Reece's Pieces with us just because Shenee insisted on delivering an incoming fax to my room so I didn't have to wait for it at the front desk. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff does a great job. When I met a member of housekeeping in the hall they smile and say hello. It's refreshing. And let's not forget the hotel's great coffee. Hotels are all about the same plus minus a few details. The big difference is in how people who work at this hotel interact with guests and insisted on taking care of us. I would also like to give some credit to the hotel owner. His employees seem happy and enjoy where they work and what they do. The owner must be doing something right. As long as I have work in Demopolis I'll be staying at the Comfort Inn.

I stayed for a week at this hotel and could not have been happier with the service. The rooms were very clean and the overall grounds were neat and clean. The staff is outstanding. Angela at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The manager Summer Morris gave us great information on future reservations for our company (she was awesome). Ms. Monica Tripp was our amazing breakfast attendant. She did an amazing job every morning with the food and she was super nice. Katrina and Chris Ann were also super nice and helpful. These ladies made being away from home a little easier. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is good for the area but the service from the staff was outstanding.

Overbooked hotel. Gave my room away with solution. Hopefully your experience won't be as bad. Was referred to go here.

It was a great time, we came for work and were able to relax after with no problems.

We stayed two different nights. Both rooms were extramly spotless, the service was outstanding. It was the nicest place I have ever stayed in. It really felt like a home away from home.

This is a nice place to stay in Demopolis. No pool but overall good place to stay for the price. Also, breakfast is pretty good!

Check-in was a breeze! After a long day of traveling it was a relief to check in & be in my room within minutes. Rates were more than reasonable.

I only stayed here because the Best Western was completely booked up. After staying there though, I have no idea how it's not rated higher than the Best Western. Room was clean, quiet, dark, A/C worked great, and Wi-Fi had no issues streaming Netflix. Breakfast was great and it's right next to Walmart if you need anything. My room had a fridge and a microwave so I didn't have to go anywhere.

The entrance can be difficult to see at night. The rooms were very clean and management is friendly.

The room was nice and comfortable. Good rate, location and breakfast. The biggest drawback was the paper thin ceiling. The occupant in the floor above me sounded like they would fall through the roof! The noise was horrible even with them just walking around normally.

Stayed for 2 nights. When we first walked in, we saw a spider crawling around near the beds. Saw a cock roach in the bathroom counter. Cleaning crew did not clean/straighten up the for our entire stay. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience. I checked in late yesterday night 11/8/17. I was really tired so I didn't fully inspect the room. I woke up & noticed that there was blood dried on the comforter set. The way the comforter was tucked in it was unnoticeable intially. I complained to the front desk before going to a meeting. When I came back 4 hours later, the blood soaked comforter set was still there. The manager said that the owner would offer me an $8.00 discount because it was "dried blood". I refused & voiced my concern regarding my health & the unsanitary condition of the hotel. The manager came back & said that he would remove the charge from my card but I needed to get out of his hotel immediately. He later called the manager back & had her hand me the phone. He wouldn't listen to me & kept hollaring GET OUT! Never but your health at risk. Do NOT under any circumstances stay here. The same owner also, owns Economy Lodge in Demopolis AL. Do not give him your business. Let's boycott this establishment based on it being a health hazard & their lack of customer service. I as an Engineering Supervisor at a Fortune 500 company will be informing all of my current coworkers & previous co-workers at Alabama Power.

Stay is good. Clean rooms, beds made daily, but pool has been filled in even though they still advertise that they do. Water pressure isn't great either.

I roomed here for a week due to having to work in Demopolis. Upon arrival, the room and bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly. The reason I give this hotel 2/5 stars is because of dirty wash cloths, and towels (hair and stains). After asking for brand new wash cloths and towels to be placed in my room while away at work, it was more of the same. Also, sheets on the bed and pillows had hair and stains on them, not to mention, the floor also had stains.

Service was wonderful. Everything seemed clean. However, there was some odor that came from the a/c unit.

Enjoyed my stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. No pool as advertised so I can only give it four stars.

Good hotel. Water pressure is terrible and the water is soft. Other than that though it's great.

Water pressure could be improved. Pillows need replacing. AC doesn't cool room properly. In the summer time… it is hot. Heat rises… especially when your on top floor. All staff very accommodating.

Walked in to smoke smell. Elevator is burnt up… Here for family reunion they put my family on 3rd floor… Called before booking to make sure pool would be working because of the amount of family that would be here they assured us it was called again before getting here to make sure it was working still get here and they have not even cleaned it up for summer to start its filthy and now we have tons of Kids here and the pool is not working for them to swim… Very disappointed we would have stayed somewhere else that had a pool for all the kids had they told us if wasn't working and for the prices here w could have stayed double somewhere else!

Nice peacefully hotel. Good breakfast, nice staff. Generally very good place to stay.

Decent hotel. Air conditioner in our room was not able to cool sufficiently on a warm afternoon the day we checked in. It wasn't cool (to our satisfaction) until the middle of the night, but it was down to 48° outside by that time anyway. It also made a rattling noise. My son was in the room next door, and his A/C was working fine, so it's not a reflection of the whole hotel. The little thing that holds the toilet paper roll in place was missing. Very, nice professional staff, good breakfast, good Wi-Fi, very comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again when passing through the area. I would just get a different room next time.

This Comfort Inn "overbooked" my reservation claiming my travel agent never made a reservation, which was not true. They booked this two weeks in advance. When I showed up to check in, Comfort Inn had a room reserved for me at their sister hotel (Econolodge) down the street, asked me to check-in there, and asked me to call my travel agent to cancel the Comfort Inn room. How would they know to "re-book" me if they never had my original reservation? Why did I have to call my travel agent to cancel? Highly suspect.

Called them to get a weekly rate on rooms, the Assistant Manager stated their system is down and could I call him back around 3:30. Trying to give your hotel business I would think you would want to take my name and number and call me back when your system is back up. Really disappointed with customer service!

Overall a good place to stay. Just a double check by cleaning crew would help. This is the first time something was wrong.

The rooms were very clean the beds were very comfortable the pillows were amazing the staff was awesome expecially Keith the front desk person. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. I'm always happy and comfortable to stay in a place that is very clean and the staff is very friendly! The morning breakfast was very good with amazing choices and the morning kitchen woman was very helpful and friendly!
