I did not have high expectations at all for this Red Roof Inn, but I was pleasantly surprised! They had clean room with up-to-date furniture and appliances, very nice bathroom. Bed was comfy, and we loved the soft Duvet & top sheets — very cozy! Breakfast was pretty good with waffle maker station, eggs, sausages, variety of pastries and jams. Everything we needed for a great price.

Really clean rooms. Huge tv. Good, clear channel selection. Comfy large king bed. Quiet. Had good room to park our 16 ft truck hauling a trailer. Staff was excellent and went beyond the norm to accommodate. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find right off the interstate. Even though I didn't stay in the room for long it seemed fresh and updated. They've got some charcoal BBQ grills under a pavilion which in my opinion is pretty dope. During our short stay, we created a new game in the pool called "Betty Ball. " Be on the lookout for it in the 2038 Olympics (if climate change doesn't destroy us by then).

Very friendly, helpful and pet friendly. Newly remodeled very well done. Complimentsry breakfast foods were hot and fresh, best of all, very clean. Was a pleasure to stay there.

Great place to stay. Got here and the staff was super nice. Rooms smell great and are very clean. I am very satisfied. Will come back!

Traveling, stayed one night in a king room it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful didn’t get her name wish I had. I’ve never stayed at a Red Roof plus before but I will stay here again.

We (daughter Ebony and myself) stayed 3 nights because my husband had triple bypass at the VA hospital and my daughter and I wanted to be close to him. We live hour's away. I am disable on a cane and liked we were on the ground level right in front of the handicap parking. The room was VERY CLEAN and beds comfortable. Breakfast day one the hot food (sausage, eggs, gravy) was blah but there was plenty of cereal, fruit, waffles, that was GREAT! Our only complaint which was not addressed is we were in room 125 and the washer and dryer could be heard going VERY LOUDLY! I needed to sleep from driving up and being at the hospital with my hubby. Late night 12pm and early morning 4am it would wake me up. The wash goes all the time. My daughter told them but we were not moved. We were told they would let someone know. I would have given you 5 stars if not for that. It's hard to sleep when a loved one is in the hospital anway and at $70 a day we should have been moved to another room. For the cleanliness and convenient location we would stay again but not the same room hearing laundry being done all day and night. A discount would have been nice for our inconvenience of hearing the washer and dryer bump loudly all the time.

Room was nicely done. Building in good almost new looking. Staff good. Location to airport good. Restaurant s close by are good. Price a little more than I would like to pay. Stay would have been better if insulation in ceiling was better. Elephant above us and could hear people out front most of the night. Also train blows whistle as it goes by every hour. For a three story Building with so many room's the staff could have put everyone on the same floor that booked the night of 3-29 and still had an empty room between each guest. That would have help the overhead noise. And having a front desk that would have stopped a cat fight between to women that went on way to long out front.

We booked a room for 3 days (looked nice from the pictures on the site). When we arrived at 7:30 p. M. After long drive from Indiana we were told by a very rude manager he had cancelled our reservations because we did not arrive at 4 and we did not hold room with a credit card. When my wife called to make reservations she spoke with Courtney she took name, address, phone and sad no other information was needed to hold room. And she did not mention we had, to be there at 4 in order for us not to loose our reservation. They did have a room available which we took but should of just went somewhere else. I will never book with this hotel again. We booked at Comfort Inn and is a lot nicer and in a better area.

This hotel is nice unfortunately I ran into some issues during my stay here for staters my husband and I have stayed at this hotel before when it was low grade and terrible it has since changed names and upgraded tremendously, the owner is very rude and we have dealt with that in the past guest were loud even right outside my door the room directly above me stomped on the floor for half and hour before I called the front desk when I did it became worse so once again I rang to let them know this was being done a few minutes pass by and I get a call from the manager stating that he wants to talk to my husband and not me which was rude my husband was at work and he knew this he acted as if I were the problem instead of addressing the issue and was very rude when speaking to me Wi-Fi is bad not sure if its my room no elevator overall I loved the upgrades to this property it's unfortunate though to have to be met with such rudeness and 140 plus dollars is a bit much to pay for no peace and quiet no Wi-Fi no elevator and no customer service got to comfort its always quiet they serve hot breakfast as well and Wi-Fi is very secure with strong signal customer service is stellar there and its cheaper!

Night staff was awesome the morning guy really pushed my buttons with false accusations about smoking outside and putting cig out on wall! Was ready to smash him out on wall and once he realized that he decided that keeping my cash deposit would be a bad idea! Room was great! Breakfast great! Daytime dude sucked!

Don’t pass this place up! Im a very picky hotel guest and this place was so clean and the price is amazing. The remodel is so modern and everything was very nice. Also they allow pets!

Rooms were clean no bugs. Could use a few more pillows on the beds. Nice big tv. Hardwood floors. Small bathroom. Overall clean. Small breakfast. Parking is great. Area seemed to be safe. Close to lots of restaurants. Would stay again. Great price.

Upon first glance with the near empty parking lot you think this place was run down when quite in fact they said they were renovated a year and a half ago. Have to say quite impressives upon entering my room. Everything up to date with a modern look. Bathroom and shower VERY clean and water hot. It's not your cheap sketch stay like most reviews seem around here and there is an elevator as one stated there was not. Room is very clean and even has two complementary waters. The bed seems decent. Happy with the choice to stay here. The staff is also very nice. Good little gem here.

Not a bad room for the rate. Parking lot is shady and the bed is a little stiff for my liking, but quiet.

Rooms were clean the property was very quiet. Staff was amazing. We travel a lot and have stayed in many Hotels and this is by far the best.

The room was clean, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast that was included was more substantial than other places as they had eggs, bacon, biscuits, bagels, fruit, yogurt, excellent coffee, and again area was very clean and neat. We found it not to be quite a nice as other Red Roof Plus places that we had stayed at and the safety lock was broken. Beds were comfortable. All in all it was a good place for an overnight stay just wasn't as good as other Red Roof Plus that we had been at.

Happily surprised with the renovated hotel. Hardwood floors in the room, very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, clean and orderly breakfast area. Friendly staff.

The room was spacious and cozy. I really loved the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast was excellent. I'm definitely going to stay here again in the future.

Nice remodel but finish work was kinda left alone. Ac worked ok, but couldn't really keep up all night with 3 people in the room. I liked it but could have been a little nicer.

Evacuated here from the hurricane. These have got to be the most accommodating and welcoming people. Would recommend based on customer service and the room was nice as well. Only down side was limited Wi-Fi.

This was my first stay at Red Roof Plus. The room and rate was excellent. Convenient parking and free breakfast added to the value.

My wife and I booked this Inn for 4 nights as we are in town for a wedding. We got a great rate and are very happy with the room and service soo far. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast as it included a wide range of foods to choose from. The location is nice and close to alot of chain restaurants and a Wal-Mart. We would definitely recommend it to others and would return if we were in the area. Great value for your money.

This was by far the most comfortable, clean and nicest Red Roof I have ever been. Very nice breakfast with very nice employees. It had elevators and pet friendly. Good job Red Roof Plus.

These rooms are so clean. My husband is allergic to cats and he had no problem staying and their rooms. The breakfast was great, the front desk people were courteous and kind, we will definitely stay again!

Remodeled rooms look great and beds are comfortable.

Great nice for a quick stay!

Drive into lots of construction and a hike to the third floor with the elevator broken. The room was very nice but the salsa music till 2 a. M. From the construction workers sucked!

Pet friendly and great renovations.

Do not stay at this establishment. The clerk cannot speak clear English, and when I asked to make a reservation she was extremely rude, and became irritated when I asked her repeatedly to repeat herself so that I could understand her VERY HEAVY accent. (As if it was MY fault she couldn't speak clear English) Due to an accident on the highway, I was unable to make the reservation, and called the hotel back several hours later to cancel the reservation. The lady (same one) told me hotel policy was to charge for one night regardless of the situations. I told her to go ahead and charge the amount and I would call the bank and cancel the payment. At this point, she told me to never make reservations at this hotel again. I'll go one better, I'll never make reservations at any Best Value Inn.

Not happy at all, This hotel is under renovation and at this point those not have working ice machine, no breakfast area and you get charge full price.

Terrible rooms awful staff and security.

This place is terrible. Homeless man taunting guests in lobby. Check in to room in back of hotel. Open room is was disgusting. Holes in walls. Smelled terrible. Hand prints all over glass to window. Beds springs pushing through. Gathered my luggage. And checked out 5 min. Later. This place should be burned down. Does nothing for the Americas best value chain! DONT EVEN BOOK A ROOM. I wouldn't have stayed there if it was free. Beware! Had booked 3 nights charged 230.00. I believe these rooms are rented by the hour most the time. Burn it.

I haven't been murdered or raped yet, but the bloody handprint on the wall probably isn't some kind of artistic statement by a twisted interior decorator. Plus side: only one cockroach.

Do not waste your money on this place. My husband and I got this place while I was in the hospital giving birth to our baby girl at Trinity Medical Center where it would be closer then driving back and forth from home. And we could have my mother in law with us to watch our other kids while my husband got to be with me during the birth of our child. We booked 3 nights and after we got the van and other kids and my mother in law unloaded in the room there was everything wrong with it. There was roaches on the night stand and bathroom, there was cig burns everywhere in a non smoking room that you could clearly tell there was smoking in the room and my kids are allergic to cigs. Smoke detector hanging off the wall not working. Exhaust van falling outta ceiling. Internet Wi-Fi wouldnt work and was told it was our computer so no help from front desk. Constant noise out on the porches all hours of the night. Needed a handicap room or 1st floor and was told there was none available but after we got our room there was at least 5 rooms empty on 1st floor. Also when you pull down the blanket and sheet the sheet underneath was stained w blood it looked like. So gross. Also when u take a shower you can only get 2 towels the next morning they wont give u more or at night no matter if there is someone at desk, the personal is very rude. Worst stay ever. Pretty sad when I enjoyed the Hospital stay more then the hotel.

Horrible! I told the woman behind the counter I needed a room please, she staired at me for about a min so I repeated, I need a room please. She finally yelled, "well what kind of room, I dont just know what you want. " So I informed her that it was her job to tell me what was available for me to get and she said smoking or not! I contacted the manager the next day and he wouldnt do anything so I told him I would contact corporate and better buisness bureau and he said go ahead. Worst experience ever so I contacted corporate and it is a two day response for a complaint, rediculous. I am not hard to please nor do I expect VIP treatment but this was horrible, unprofessional and just rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever.

Crackhead hotel. Stay away if u dont want creepy crawlys or shot. Ijs.
