Couldn't get fresh towels service sucked.

This is the worst place ever… We checked in and I had to go to the ER and have emergency surgery… who knew this could happen. Emergency surgery! well as I called to see about maybe a refund or move the day up this mean evil woman starts yelling at me saying this is not her fault what has happened to me and I had the room for over an hr and just so on… I mean just terrible people… well the woman on the phone anyway! Sad part is ive done business with them since 2010… Never again… so $89.00 giving to them for nothing thx americas best value… y'all needed it more than me I guess… God bless you is what I said to her and she screams it back to me! Wow! thx for listening to what happened to my family and not just a complaint! Renters beware… If you value your money or your family BEWARE! p. S. As I sit here in Fayetteville Tn ER getting yelled at by this evil lady on the phone… my husband and the nurse could hear her! stick with Best Western no complaints there! for $89 you can stay at best western and they're polite and the rooms are beautiful.

Clean. Unique and cool setup in room 101.

The room itself was good, but the TV didn't work at first. The Wi-Fi was horrible. The connection didn't wrk in the room we had to be in the office to connect to the internet and even then it was touch and go.

I love this place to stay over night. It's clean and cozy and quiet…

Sleeping in the car is better than this place. Rooms stink, filthy and very outdated. They refused to refund our money. We took one look at our room and we new there was no way we could spend the night there. I wouldn’t let it dog stay there.

Rooms were clean. Tv was updated. There isn't a tub stopper. Had to share a wash rag cause you need the other to stop the water. Said breakfast and there wasn't any.

Moderately priced clean room. Pool was nice and clean. Friendly staff.

My children were escaping hurricane Edna and have pets, they offered a great deal, except for the beds having bugs and the sludge around the bathroom was aweful, they were refunded their money and kicked out after complaining to the front desk, sad sad not to give them more then 1 star.

It sucks it dose not look like the pictures people can come to your room threw the addict.

Clean and low price not fancy dog friendly I gave it 5 based on an economy rating. But it has a lot of age on it. Probably built in the 60s. Tubs have been replaced with modular. Note this is a favorite for contractors because it is priced so low. I'm looking for clean room, a comfortable bed, dog friendly and a mini fridge. That's all we need for an overnight stay.

This is he worst hotel ever. I checked in at about 9 pm Saturday, January 28, 2017. I noticed when I went into the room it was cold but figured like most cheap hotels they turned the heat off or extremely low. I turned the heat on high and after an exhausting day fell asleep. I woke up every hour freezing. I'd adjust the heater thinking I'd done something wrong just to wake up even colder. My phone temp read 42 degrees in my room. Finally at 430 am, I left. Could I have rang the desk and got another cold room to attempt to warm up, I'm sure. But who wants to change rooms at 2 am? I looked up their number this morning just to see room rates at $55 per night after being charged $77. Then called and explain my night in their freezing room to be told nothing they could do. I said you could reimburse half my money. Nope. Basically, it's a slum. Cold slum. Who obviously price gouge you if you're driving a nice car. I'll be calling the better business bureau.

This was a very nice place! CLEAN ROOMS! Great staff. Very knowledgeable about what there is to do around town. Will definitely tell friends and family about the Americas Best Value Inn in Ardmore!

I enjoyed my stay very clean.

You get what you pay for. The sheets and comforter were stained, dead bugs all in the window, spider in the toilet bowl, room telephone wasn't working, bathtub was all beat up and overall the environment did not feel very safe outside.

Rude staff, UN helpful over charged by 200$ wouldn't fix it. Rooms could be cleaner and maintained better.

Roaches bed bugs stains and everything you could add solutely imagine when a janky dope motel we even found a dope bag in the heater when we turned it on absolutely do not stay at this hotel runaway runaway runaway you would rather sleep in your car better yet keep going and pass Fayetteville Tennessee up altogether worst experience ever.

The hotel is decent I've stayed at worse. But the price is outrageous. 458$ for a week in a two bedroom is just ridiculous. The owner told me the reason it's so high is because there is no competition out here. If u have the choice. Go somewhere that does have competition. Because these rates are crazy.

We checked in after leaving a dirty hotel. We were tired so we ignored the hair on our sheets and started to bed down. At 1:00 in the morning, just before turning out the lights, my wife noticed the bed bugs. We quickly called the front counter and they said they would move us to a better room. At, 2:30 we finally went to bed in another room where only one of the two lights worked, there was, once again, hair on the bed, the heater barely worked leaving us cold all night, and the shower was either extremely hot, or cold only. We travel a lot and stay in several different hotels. This one however, is the worst experience we've had. And it might not be over. Our daughter has started to show signs of bites a week after we've returned home. We're investigating now to see if we've had our home infested with bed bugs now. Very bad experience. And lastly, don't believe all those images above. The one with the bed in it might be real, the others are NOT of this hotel.

We had a great experience here, a great value. Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, and the desk staff was exceptional. We would gladly stay here if we were to return to Fayetteville.
