Y’all DO NOT BOOK here, I’m a diamond member travel weekly for work. First was assigned a dirty room, seriously dirty beds not made. I was told I would not get a drink or snack due to limited supplies but last I checked water and snacks are plentiful even during a pandemic. When I got to the new room there is mold in the shower and on the ceiling!
I had to call the front desk as the people above us were stomping around like hooligans, I asked for a one hour late check out and was not only told NO but the front desk JAMES HUNG UP ON ME! Literally hung the phone up on me! WORST Hampton I have ever stayed in and I travel weekly when it’s not a pandemic! Buyer be ware not a good hotel. Stay somewhere else!

This was a wonderful hotel. Everything was so modern and clean. The breakfast was great, good coffee, clean rooms, wonderful bedding! We’re definitely staying at a Hampton Inn again!

Dirtiest hampton I have ever stayed in. Front desk was very rude and would not do anything about our complaints. I am so disappointed because I always stay in Hamptons and they always do well. Do not stay at this one.

Bed was comfy. Mold in shower Breakfast smelled good, but was in a hurry and didn't get to eat. Staff was friendly.

Had an issue that was not handled well at first but the general manager handled it very well when he was notified! Left with a better impression would go back! Kids had a great time!

The hotel is awesome, and very well kept. The pool was clean, the rooms were very nice and the free breakfast was top notch. It was a little bit of a drive to the beach, but that's it. It's basically smack dab in the middle of everything. Loved it, and I will be returning. Thanks.

This hotel was clean and staff was polite. Very quiet. Family friendly. Pool is awesome. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Found it while visiting from Colorado and family from Alabama-Montgomery will becoming back and staying when visiting Gulf Shores.

Most things were good, but breakfast could have been better. The room was nice and the building is in a great location.

I rented two rooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queen beds. Both rooms were wonderful. The room with 2 queen beds was huge, bathrooms in both rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. We did not use the outdoor pool, but it was clean, secluded, and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The hotel was less than 5 minutes from the beach, and within 10 minutes from other attractions like OWA and waterville. The low point was the breakfast buffet, which was free.

The room was quite spacious but was not exactly the most luxurious hotel I've come across. Breakfast was decent considering it was free.

The staff was very friendly and helpful on tips on great things to do in the area. The rooms were very nice and clean. But bring your own snacks and beverages they were a bit pricey. Oh yeah the breakfast was great both days and I didnt have to wait on food on neither days.

Excellent stay. The staff are very kind. The rooms are big and clean. The king size bed is comfy and the huge walk in shower is the bomb.

From the moment we walked into the hotel until we checked out our stay was perfect. The Manager Dustin, and the rest of the staff we encountered, went over and above to provide us with a service that is normally only found in a 5 Star large hotel. This one receives 5 stars from my husband and I due to the excellence of everything we encountered every moment we were there. We only checked in for one night to run a race-honestly Dustin was so great we wished we could have stayed longer! We relaxed by the pool after the race and he escorted us out there to see if we needed anything and then we observed him personally moving lounge chairs to help an older couple. As we were leaving the pool he was showing a family where they could have a picnic on the grass near the pool—-every staff member had smiled and you could tell they loved working there —wonderful short get away for my husband and I!

From the moment we walked through the front door until we left, we had an amazing experience at this hotel. The manager Dustin and every staff member we encountered were personable, helpful and seemed to desire to make our stay absolutely perfect. We came into town just to run a race-we definitely wanted to stay longer! After the race we sat out by the pool and we observed the manager going way out of his way to carry pool chairs for someone who needed help-guided an entire family to a grassy area where they could enjoy a picnic with their family and assisted us even during our check out process-very hands on manager Thanks!

My family and I just checked out today! We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Beds were comfy and the pillows were outstanding! My kids favorite part was the breakfast every morning. Thank you so much we will definitely back!

Perfect Hotel, only 2 years old, fresh, modern, clean, friendly. Again, so very clean. Service is perfect. We will return. Great Breakfast in mornings. Just Perfect!

This hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! It's a pretty new hotel. The hot breakfast was great. The breakfast room was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean rooms. Mattress was very comfortable. There was shower gel in the bathroom which is very uncommon these days. Quiet during the night. Nice buffet breakfast.

Great hotel. Great staff. Pretty much typical of a Hampton Inn, which we always find to be a good choice. But staff here is exceptional. Everyone is friendly, happy and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Free breakfast pretty good.

The staff and hotel manager got us through Hurricane Nate! Front desk agent Angela was very helpful with recommendations and always had a smile on her face. Breakfast host Jessica was also very helpful and polite every morning. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean hotel. Rooms were very modern and minimal. Definitely the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in.

Great breakfast, clean/nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows/linens, beautiful outdoor sitting area and pool. Not far from public beach access. Room was cleaned while gone during the day every day and restocked with towels and soaps. Very quiet when we went at end of August. Very good deal for the price. One staff member was a little rude but that didn't make the overall experience bad, that's the only negative I have to say. Would def stay again for a quick weekend getaway.

Can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the deco was nice and new. The breakfast was very good, enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The beds were very comfortable. Visit Gulf Shores about 3 times a year, plan on staying at this hotel again.

Very nice place to stay in a good location. Room had an odd scent but I think it was cleaning products. Everything else was great!

Clean room, nice facility. Prefer an indoor/outdoor pool next year, with a hot tub. Front counter service was hit & miss.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms aren't very well insulated and noise can be heard through the walls. The breakfast spread is amazing.

Beautiful room! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and my shower was spotless. The desk attendants were very helpful with recommendations.

Left my gun in the room and they stole it from me. Dont leave your valuables arounds these thiefs.

The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is good enough to not complain. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The fitness room is very limited in equipment.

Everyone is so polite and curtious! We asked for extra towels and laundry bags and the housekeeping staff never acted irritated. The rooms are amazing. Very updated and clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door without a lock. We didn't have an issue with that but some people might. Breakfast is great. Waffles with multiple topping options, oatmeal bar, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. So many options. Great coffee. Very very clean hotel. About a mile and a half to the beach. We walked there. Walgreens and walmart are a couple blocks away. My husband has a gun that was locked up behind the counter. He carries a 9mm glock and it was a tight fit.

Very clean, friendly front desk, hot breakfast, easy access with parking and not far from the beaches and restaurants. It's quiet and the rooms are very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. The only thing I disliked about the entire stay was the water pressure. There is pressure, but it's not very strong as I am used to.

Everything & everyone has been satisfactory. The hotel is family friendly as well as the area & store/restaurants are within walking distance.
