Let me start off with the positives. I proposed here and the management staff set up an amazing private dinner on the beach afterwards which was impressive. The rooms aren't identified with a number but by a name, ours was "enchanted. " We booked the deluxe suite and were upgraded to the two bedroom prior to arrival which was nice. Your beach lounge chairs are waiting for you. There is no rush to try and jockey for position. The staff were friendly. The free water sports every day is also a huge plus. The reason we chose this place other than it being adults only is the reviews on the staff. We did not receive the same service. On the beach I was only asked for my drink or lunch order twice. Every other time I had to walk to the beach bar or try and flag him down. We like to tip at the end, I don't know if other guests tipped from the start but we felt Randall was more attentive to other guests than our party. The man named Sherman that everyone talks about in the reviews wasn't there at all when I was there, wish he was. I requested a few things to be in the room upon arrival and some of it was, the rest wasn't and when I alerted the staff they still didn't provide it. I had to walk down to the restaurant or bars to retrieve lime juice etc. Another thing that was a negative was their lack of stock. One day there was no champagne, the next no sangria, almond milk etc. They were constantly running out of things, partly due to the liquor and stock being locked.

Great location in a quiet part of the famous grace bay beach. Amazing food in restaurant for dinner and adults only. Heaven.

Spectacular Hotel, located on a fantastic beach.
Gourmet food in the evenings and the day (served at the beach Bar) is delicious.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. Spacious rooms, all very clean, all day long they keep order and towels in condition.
Now it's become an all Inclusive hotel.
They don't accept guys, which makes the place quiet.
At night you don't hear a noise.
It has bicycles to go for a walk.
One day a week they serve dinner at the beach Bar, a live singer, a campfire on site, making it an unforgettable experience.

Had a fabulous dinner here so can highly recommend the restaurant. We're staying elsewhere.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing get away, the staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect.

It is really quiet on relaxing great people great food.

The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Avoid the beach bar for food. The 218 kitchen is great but expensive. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. Carlton, Sherman, Roger and Jessica are top notch.

This review is for the Kitchen 218 at The Beach House… We loved this restaurant located at The Beach House resort. The atmosphere was perfect next to the pool and candlelit at night. It would have been a perfect romantic night had it been for the very loud American family with a loud child breaking glassware, etc. So since the restaurant was not at fault for this obnoxious table… I would recommend dining here. Our server James was friendly and provided great service. We were presented dinner rolls with three different types of butter and also a warm beat soup shooter. It was delicious and a nice complementary touch by the restaurant. My hubby and I shared the conch ceviche which was presented in a vessel that had four little wells with fried plantain chips. The coconut milk and lime marinade really was wonderful with the conch. My husband had the snapper which he absolutely enjoyed. Moist and full of flavor. I had two appetizers for my dinner, the ceasar salad and tuna tartare. The ceasar had crisp romaine with lots of Parmesan and a Parmesan crisp. The tuna tartare was amazing! So fresh and delicious. The only thing I’d recommend is that it would be served with some type of chip to scoop up the tartare. Two thumbs up on atmosphere, food and service.

… What about lovely place on the sea…

We hosted our wedding at Beach House in early November 2017. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and the way we and our guests were treated by Beach House was truly hurtful. We have been to Provo numerous times and love the island. We were very excited to share our wedding festivities with our family and friends, and the service and treatment we got at Beach House has left us all feeling like there is no point in returning. The wedding planner, Shauna, and room coordinator, Hendrika, were MIA most of the time. Our concern when booking was “island time” and we certainly got it. The overall theme was annoyed responses by staff and complete lack of care. Our weekend was shared with our loving families and friends and we were lucky to have enough people around us to enjoy the company. While I’m sure Beach House management has their side and will certainly try and refute our review, I want to remind them that none of us were asking for special treatment. We simply were looking for a pleasant experience. The ridiculous overcharges, annoyed attitude and constant undelivered promises by the staff and wedding planner are experiences that will unfortunately stay with us. I truly hope that management will seriously consider these comments. I hope other couples considering Beach House as their wedding venue are not treated the way we were.

GREAT stay! Rooms were spacious and beach was beautiful!

Nestled in the west side of Grace Bay Beach this is a charming boutique hotel. All 21 rooms are suites, of which 16 are ocean front and 5 are pool view. Fenomenal location, food and service are the staples of this hotel.

This place is really great one of the best places I've ever been to looking forward to coming back again.

Awesome staff and just a little perl on it's own we were here on our honeymoon with our little baby boy! Jessica, Sherman, Jaqueline and especially Carlton made this so adorable! Kitchen 218 staff is great too! The head of the service staff is really superb — not easy with the young crowd he has to work with! The breakfast and lunch ladies are also terribly nice and up for a friendly personal chat! the property is clean, personal and charming! — 1 star is for the totally overpriced cappuccino and espresso — a double is 8 BUCKS?! and the plan to turn this so cozy place into an adult place only! totally sad!

We have just returned from our vacation at Beach House, where we had the best possible experience. We stayed in room named Amazed, and that is how our overall experience at this hotel can be described. As many previous reviewers have already mentioned, the crew/people working in the hotel are just unbelievably friendly and helpful every step of the way during our entire stay. Additionally, the room and the resort itself look better than the pictures, which wasn't the case with some other hotels we stayed previously (especially in USA). It will be hard to name all of the amazing people we encountered during our stay, but we were impressed by Jessica from the front office, Sherman at the beach (thanks a lot for suggesting to visit Sapodilla Bay Beach — our kids had the best time! ), Rucadro at the restaurant (and the entire crew working mornings/breakfast), Marie from housekeeping and so on. We will keep the memories from this hotel forever! To all future visitors — the island is very expensive (groceries, gas etc. ), at least 2.5 time the U. S. Prices. Driving on the left side wasn't as bad as expected once you figure out that speed bumps are actual BUMPS!

Stayed in early December. Fabulous and friendly service. Great because each room has its own little pavilion on the beach with the room name on it. No need to fight for a view of perfection. The GM (Vianel) accommodated us and we booked directly. Reception staff incredible. Chef very talented.
