Bayer Hotel

The host’s service was really good. They helped us a lot.
The hotel itself is not in the best condition, but it does the job.

The friendly staff and location carried this hotel hard, this place is terrible and not even the cheapest hotel in the area. The couches looked old and dirty and had cigarette burns, theres a constant scramble for towels between the guests. There are no guest laundry facilities unless they mean washing your clothes by hand in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, the bidets are hit or miss, with one of our rooms having terribly low water pressure for the bidet. The air conditioners all drip and in some rooms are placed right above the head of the bed which makes for a great time going to sleep. Also, water itself here is hit or miss, out of a roughly 12 day stay, for 4 days there was no hot water, and for one day even no water at all. This wasnt an issue in the whole neighbourhood either, it was only at Babu House, I took a nice warm shower at my cousins hotel a 5 minute walk away that day. And lastly there is a dingy smell that takes some getting used to. The staff was great though.

The room was too tired. Floor had some incline wall to wall both ways, faucet was leaking heavily, stove shocking with electricity, sheets dirty with stains and torn edges, labeled with another hotel name (discarded? ), safe discharged and not opening, vents showing a hole in the wall. Feels like the hotel should have been demolished years ago, but somehow survived.
As for cleaning, Floors were swept leaving dirty traces.
One reception guy was friendly though.
Look for another place if comfort matters.
