I would not say much about the hotel by itself. It was clean, nice and the food was ok. But I am really disappointed and annoyed by the customer service that I got in the hotel. This is my first time in Istanbul and I would not like to have any others. I was planning to go to Istanbul for a walk, I asked at the reception desk how to get there and how much it would cost me. They said absolutely NOTHING about the train station ~nearby and they told me that the only one way get there is taxi from the hotel. When I asked how much it will be they answered 700-800 try. I had to pay 3000! It's not even 2 times more but almost 4! Im really disappointed, I guess the hotel has some good deal with the taxi. But lying to the customers is the worst thing you can do.
