Couldn’t fault the complex, it had everything we needed and the staff were wonderful.

Beautiful holiday location. Amazing swimming pools and lovely staff. For a large hotel it never seemed over crowded. Great for all age groups. Private beach with beautiful views. I will be going again later on in the year. Food was lovely. If I have one big suggestion it would be to practice good hygiene … to keep food covered for health reasons. I went in July so there are lots of flies about. They also have a great snack bar serving all the naught food However lots of salads too. All in all it was lovely experience. Thank you Palm Wings.

Summer holidays where the best at this resort. People very friendly, the place very clean, and food every night different and yummy.

Very well kept grounds and staff continually cleaning. Pool area has plenty of space and sunbeds available throughout the day. Rooms very nice however shower unit very tight. Private beach very well maintained and beautiful location.

The sea is transparent even at the depth and can be seen next to the passing fish, it's just cool.
The food is varied and delicious!
The hotel is filled by Europeans.
The staff speak Turkish and English, several people at the Russian.
Cool animation, aqua aerobics, charging.
You can dive into the pool in the morning.
The spa is paid, the average massage price is $40, but it's worth it (was in Balinese for $55, 50 minutes, relaxation is full). Girls know what they're doing. If you take not one massage, but several, then big discounts.
There are enough beds everywhere.
In the evening you can sit in the pool bar, have a drink and listen to live music!
Minus the broken hairdryer, but amid the benefits of this hotel hairdryer it's just little things.

Great price/quality ratio overall. Amazing staff. Especially the watersports crew, lovely people. The photographers are also very good in what they are doing.

Nice hotel, gorgeous spa in massage part (made by Nana), friendly staff) ) ) (perfectly spoken in all Jamil languages).
Nearby you can walk along the city's waterfront — quietly, despite the abundance of cafes. Everyone will find something to their liking. Russians are not many, but there are) ) ) )

Checking into the hotel is terrible, total discrimination of Russian people, settle in the worst rooms and no persuasion does not help, keep that in mind! ) ) )

We have just come back from palm wings, and I can honestly say that we have loved every minute of it, food was nice, Chinese restaurant was even nicer, all the management and staff were lovely and always happy never saw a sad face all the week we were there, we loved the rest pool we spent a lot of time round that as no one under the age of 18 were allowed in (bliss). We would like to say a great big thank you to Eko the photographer everyone here at home loved our photos as we did,

I went here last year in September and the weather was brilliant, great slides, good food, pool was great and the beach is beautiful, I went swimming and you can swim with the fish! The entertainment was brilliant and staff were polite and friendly but some couldn't speak English but we could always find some one who could understand us, I am coming back this September as I enjoyed my week stay! Plus there is always something to do at the hotel, you can even pay to jetski and they have a kids club. I flew with tui and I can not fault my holiday.

Lovely place and cheerful staff. Delicious food and all day bars. But there is some negative things that depend on which room you reserved. Some room doesn't access the Wi-Fi and isolation between room is weak.

Hotel complex great maintained and spacious. Staff friendly. Rooms in bungalows spacious. Clean. Daily housekeeping neatly. Buffet morgens/lunch/evening very extensive. No one is starving here. Mainly Russians and Englishmen as guests. If you have no problem with their table manners and habits, you can take a relaxed holiday here. Were quite quiet and relatively inconspicuous in our time (even in the evening). Walk to Didim Altinkum City about 1 km.

Palm wings and altinkum it’s self was by far my best holiday in turkey … the pool was brill the staff were friendly and kind specially engin the photographer;) the place it’s self is stunning! The weather was perfect! Altinkum was a lovely place to. Would defo come back.

Been here twice. Once our son is old enough we will bring him here. Love the resort and the staff are great.

Went last September, absolutely loved this place, the food was good, loads to choose from, entertainment was brilliant, the late night beach party was the best bit for us! The staff were friendly, the whole resort was nice and clean, massive pool, We're going again this year. Can definitely see why it's a 5 star resort.

Entertainment was 10/10 but food and cleanliness of the resort really let the place down. Not a bad place to go but I would recommend eating out.

Unique place for your vacation. Beach is here, huge pool too. Very good animation team, who keep you in good mood. The food is fabulous. Honestly a piece of paradise. Recommend.

Lovely grounds with little bungalow rooms. Huge pool with loads of sunbeds beach towels so u dont have to bring your own.

We all loved it! A very hospitable hotel. Beautiful and green territory, cozy houses, located so well that you do not even notice that the hotel has a lot of people.
The sea is the purest. The beach is located in a bay that closes it from all the winds, so there are almost no waves.
Very tasty food in the restaurant. Super animation!
Mostly families with children rest, the hotel is focused on family holidays. The Russian staff hardly speaks, but there is an opportunity to practice English.

It was the best holiday we ever had. We enjoyed the quality and variety of food. The pool area and the beach was clean and kept well.

Place is immaculate and loads of staff some of which are very friendly. There are 2 things I don't like no 1 the tiles round the pool are not designed for use round the pool they are lethal when wet l have seen 2 adults fall quite badly and I have to constantly be on watch with my 3 year old as she is always slipping as you would expect. It is something you should not have to worry about round a pool and has taken a wee bit of a shine of the pool as it is very good. The second is that quite a lot of the Turkish guests can be very rude and just walk in front when you are in a que and the people serving allow it and will ignore you even though you were there first. And they don't seem to control their children in the same way as you have to watch they don't take your pool toys and when they do the parents don't even make them give it back and if you did not notice would let them keep it.

Great hotel which is popular with tourists from many countries. Great pool area, and a wonderful beach location. Staff are mostly friendly and nothing is any problem to them. Food can be a bit bland but to be expected from an all inclusive resort. Worth a visit if you have a young family.

Good need to change sunbeds as metal and black and get very hot.

Read this before you book this hotel! NO HYGIENE! We're staying in one of those bungalow rooms and the room is very old plus needs maintenance. The housekeeping didn't come to our room today, can you believe that? Even they come to your room, they don't change the sheets at all. The common areas are great, the staff is very friendly. The most important thing this place needs is hygiene because this place is terrible at it.

Very nice bungalows in a beautiful hotel garden with palms, delicious food, lots of meat, salads and cake, not as much fruit but it doesnt matter. The beach is very nice, quiet and clean, everywhere are snackbars etc… the staff was also very friendly 5/5

Clean rooms. Friendly staff always willing to make your stay better. Plenty to keep children entertained.

The reception was low key but helpful and friendly. After the assignment of our rooms, a golf buggy to my wife and I came to collect our luggage stowed on the back. Our room, one of the bungalows was clean and tidy (as soon as they were done! She had us down a 03:00-arrival, but we, along with the group reached 18:00 according to plan we traveled with! ) the bathroom was spacious, although the shower was a bit small. The only problem we/I had was with the bed, it was uncomfortable! The room was cleaned every day and made a flower pattern from the sheets every day.

Great hotel. I have no comments about the hotel and the staff. Very big problem is that no benches in Park Street between houses. Problem British are always drunk and disabled Russians, the normal tourists. Staff of the hotel guide and a position on drunkenness had to take.

We stayed at Palm Wings during summer of 2009. After reading the reviews (good, fair and some really bad) we decided to take the chance and book. We were so glad we did. I believe it was only their second year open and were a bit dubious about what to expect. The staff were so helpful and the facilities were great. We read lots of negative comments about the "same" food every night. Yes there was usually the same choices, but with so many we could have had a different meal every one of the 10 nights we were there. Why do so many British people (of which I am one) want to travel abroad and then complain about no "British" food? If you want British food go to Bognor Regis or Brighton, or if you want abroad go to Spain. P. S. I have just booked next years holiday, at Palm Wings. And I can't wait! :).

All super. Staff respect! Placed in a good room. Unless far or laziness to go-you can use the services of the platform. Big pool, nice beach, clean water and sand. Animation works perfectly well. The food varied, tasty, without queuing. Recommend hotel for fans of pure sea and bezvolnovogo only for family relaxation.

From the ease of operation, and creative quality of the food. The system is maintained with care. The animation team well designed, friendly and yet not intrusive. Perfect. Also, the storm that had swept, right at the heart of the system and leave some damage. This was again created and fixed everything within two days. Congratulations we are going next year again. The whole family liked it unanimously. Say hello to the Switzerland.

This hotel is in a fabulous setting but the lack of waiter service for drinks and the horrible dirty plastic glasses given to you because the main bar is the pool bar drops the star rating down. The staff aren't the most pleasant either. Even in the dining room you queue for drinks to go with your meal which is cold by the time you get it. Why can't the staff who hover around get you a drink, all they do is clear plates. A la cartes are nothing to write home about but at least its waiter service Entertainment is average, should be better. Rooms are lovely but the paper thin walls and the late cleaning (5pm/6pm) is irritating Steps to the beach are only for the fit and to the snack bar from the beach is exhausting Its all built on a cliff face. We moved rooms to lessen the yomps to the restaurant and beach areas Pool area is noisy/frantic during the day but there is a relax pool for peace. I had my pool towel stolen from bed on jetty! it was sorted by security quickly without charge. 4 star at most.

My wife and I stayed palm leaf this year again for 10 days spent 7 it last year and found it still a Reat place for a vacation his. There are a few things I want to implement the hotel mamagement but. First it would be a good idea, soft closing doors fit, she beat anti-social people stop at all hours, and the second is, that they should prohibit the smoking of all prevent including the outside dining area, as it is so annoying to eat and someone then lights up cigarette after cigarette, and ruin our meals. We are not all smokers, but we all get the Terible effect the smell of smoke produced. Say that I would recommend to anyone still Palm Wings.
