Perfect holiday. Very clean and food was very good. English is missing completely.

Same food every day… no internet Wi-Fi or only on some location near reception … but friendly staff and clean confortable rooms.

The Cleanest sea, quiet, without a hoodie, unobtrusive animation, courteous staff.

First impression very nice. Room grounds and setting.

Very friendly staff and very close to the town and beaches, resort has 2 good sized pools. Good selection of drinks. Food is nice but a little samey. However so close to town with lots of restaurants if you want a change. We had a couple of problems with the room (fridge broken, no hangers and lock not working) but all fixed very quickly and not major issues. Overall very enjoyable place to stay. Location is best thing.

Well where do I start. This hotel should not be advertised as a 5☆. More like a 3. The staff are rude, ignorant and un helpful, they will tell you anything just to get rid of you. There is no English TV channels and the Wi-Fi connection is terrible. I got stuck in one of the lifts and no one came to my aid for about half an hour as the phone in the lift was not working, just the alarm. They had no entertainment for the guests as it was the beginning of the season. I was told that I wasn't able to get a sandwich at 11pm as they only put out sandwiches when the hotels full. They don't cater for the English in any way shape or form. Make sure you keep your valuables locked in your case as well as things will go missing! I stayed here last August with my family and it was good but after this experience I will surely not be coming back to Didim beach resort hotel.

Very kind and nice hotel management and staff, rooms and hotel itself are old. The restaurant, beach and pool areas are baby friendly. Booked for two days for a good relaxing vacation.

Successful beyond expectation in a complete sense. Excellent hospitality, all employees are positive, helpful, respectful, level and dominate the business. The decoration of the rooms and the hotel is very successful. The cleanliness and hygiene are very good. The catering at the entrance of the hotel is excellent on the opposite corner. Breakfast in the morning was excellent in terms of both variety and quality of food and service. We are definitely the first choice in this area after that. We were 6 people in total. They make us feel so good. I would definitely recommend it, especially.

Incapable staff do not wait light in the bathroom 4 days … not I of the position transfer to the airport to organize on arrival no statement installation all inclusive booked but 30tsp cashes in for 2 beers (on arrival due to ignorance) dirty rooms in need of renovation no Language skills in response to Ayran in response: Go to the place and buy it there.
Waiters run competition as which woman brings which woman to fall. With tipping you get service and every extra they can be paid.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Water in the room is brought through once, the rooms are a bit shabby, audibility terrible, the last days apparently unlucky with the neighbours and even the creaking of the bed was heard, the beach is not big, but T. K. We rest at the end of the season, the people are not many and we have enough space. The Food is good, there are always vegetables and ready and fresh, the fruit is not very much, but also not bad, constantly eat watermelons, apples, grapes, oranges, a little less peaches, plum. The Meat is mostly chicken and it seems beef. Fish eat every day, grilled probably once a week. I've never been able to figure out what kind of Porridge. Lots of pickled vegetables, cheese snacks, sausages, etc. Salads and sauces. In General Choose can everyone I think something for themselves. Of Course sweets and a lot of bread are present constantly.

The absolute disaster, not recommended! Rooms are dirty and pitch dark, air conditioning could only be used at the highest level or just not at all. Balcony door was broken and you couldn't close. The bathroom was full of mold, toilet flush clamped and ran continuously. Bett was not covered with fresh sheets at check-in, even after staff were alerted to it. We checked out immediately after just one night, because you can't expect one! NO guaranteed 5 stars, not even 1 star! Staff is the last thing: Unkind and unprofessional! Verdict: Just for a scut!

Had a rest with the family in June, 2017 the hotel Rooms in a terrible condition, near a toilet on a floor constantly stood water, under a sink the hose burst, such water fountain frightened my child. And It was at 3 o'clock in the morning, on reception hardly explained, nobody in Russian does not understand. The technician Came off the cold water, the morning wash had to boil. Came to guide closer to 12-00. The Master said OK and went away. Opened the faucet, from under the sink again running water. The staff were very ugliness and helpful. As a result, they only asked for forgiveness. Wallpaper in the room all burnt, unglued. There are greasy stains On the blanket. In The restaurant dishes are very dirty, especially wine glasses and appliances. There was a decent piece of packaging (film) from cheese In The puff of the Rogalka, which the chief manager said only "Sorri". In general, the whole mess is happening in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to Anyone.

I don't know where to start. We did 7 days holiday at Didim Beach Hotel and it was so ul lala. So initially, the reception at the reception was good. However, the hotel immediately showed up from the bad side. The rooms were not Sauber, all over hair on the floor. Toilets as well as shower etc. Was very dirty. I was in a room with my brother and we just got a room card. When I asked for a second room card at the bottom of the reception, I was told this was not possible. Other holidaymakers told me that you got a room card for each person. But when I decided that I would like a second room card, because I do not want to look for my brother on holiday, so that I can enter the room. You have denied this and rejected it. When I wanted to hand over the card at the reception, they did not accept it. The women at the reception were very unkind and quickly became Agressive and didn't want to help one. I reported a broken cloister on the first day, which was constantly falling out and not attached. It was nix repaired in the 7 days.
