Amazing. Yes lots of people moaning about food but found nothing wrong with it. Plenty of selection so always something there to eat and the burgers from the pool restaurant were bloody awesome! Staff were amazing as well nothing was too much trouble, even opening the barbers an hour early on our departure day so I could have a shave before going home! Only thing I'd say is if you need your sleep get a room away from stairwell as club drops people off around 2 in the morning so can get loud. There were six in my family and we can't wait to go again.

It's a good hotel! We loved it! With children the very thing) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) The food of the sea, the booze of the sea! There's no problem getting to the sea.

Great family hotel, lovely pool indoors and outdoors my grandchildren enjoyed the slides. Food is good plenty to choose from its not five star but good for what we paid, hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The room was cleaned everyday and clean towels changed every day. It's a bit out of the way but there is a bus laid on to take you to the town to go shopping and also takes you to their free beach. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Across from the hotel there is a shop which is a little more expensive than in the town but the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is nice, the furniture is new, cleaned every day. There is no beach, on the city every day you have to pay for drinks if you want to sunbed, on the sand you can and for free. To the sea 2km, the bus is not convenient in time. The area is small, animation every day. There is no food on the 5th, there is no children's table, but you can find something to eat and children.

The hotel is not new, but not old. Ultra All Inclusive! The konder in each room, is fed 4, 5 times a day, the table is chic, tea coffee and drinks a variety of free all day. Sauna, hammam, spa salon on the ground floor 15 $-$25 per person. Hairdresser, swimming pool inside and outside the hotel. The room was very interruptions and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is one minus-one wing of the hotel overlooks the cemetery. But on the other hand a chic view of the mountains. The pines around the hotel, the air is perfect. 3th line from the sea, but runs the shuttle to the beach at 10 am and back at 17 o'clock. Animators is, but not active any. But the kids themselves have fun in the pool perfectly.

The Hotel "pulls" to good 3 stars, but not more. The Rooms are quite comfortable, the food is good. Large swimming pool with slides for children. In General, for an inexpensive holiday with children fits perfectly. There is a private beach on the sea, but it is small, with the morning sunbeds are usually busy. There is a free bus To the sea and to the center, but it is also small, and in the morning there are not enough places. Walking distance to the beach to walk 20 minutes. The rooms are very Clean and comfortable. The Safe in the room is paid. Free Wi-Fi is almost impossible to catch, so it is better to take care of the services of a cellular operator. The Hotel was originally created for the English, so the staff in Russian does not speak (although Russian tourists about half). But Overall the experience is good.

At this hotel at the moment, room clean and has everything needed, plenty of snack food, all inclusive drink and food in plentiful supply, nice pool with slides, have to pay extra for lollies/ice cream (7TL=£1.15ish Magnum) cheap. Am gluten free, didn't pre warn but after getting an English speaking chef, was able to be shown what was safe to eat am not going hungry. Would stay here again.

This is a nice hotel and has a lot of potential. Lots of issues with noise and fighting in the middle of the night from drunk brits that let it down. This isn't the staffs fault though. Could do with doors that separate the corridor from the lobby to help with this and possibly to raise prices to stop that sort of clientele.

Do not stay at this hotel. The food is monotonous. Staff where friendly. Money and clothes stolen from the rooms. Rooms are lovely too. Also it says all inclusive but many foods and drinks are not included.

The hotel itself is very pleasant. The dinners are beyond praise. But the big minus-an abundance of very drunken British, who constantly cry, fight and leave a mountain of debris.

Brilliant hotel clean and big rooms staff all very friendly pity it's far out but it's a good walk or you can get taxi to front for around £1.60

Staff are lovely… rooms very nice but no Wi-Fi other than in the lobby and it's a bit hit n miss… food just about passable… it's a bus ride to the beach where it's is no longer all inclusive… marmaris town in very pleasant… biggest plus tho are the Turkish I've yet to find one I havent liked.

Positives. Lovely hotel, nice rooms. Beds are comfy except for the thin blanket staff are friendly. And only 10min walk to beachdownside. Was all incusive but lived on cheese and bread as that was the only thing edible so had to eat out (but you can have maccie D's delivered to hotel. Swimming pool absolutely freezing. Would stay again but on self catering.

Marmaris is lovely. Staff are friendly and polite, the entertainment team are fun. Food is not very good here when we went and let's the hotel down. Rooms are good sized and reasonably equipped but not always cleaned well.

This hotel is 4 star but the food is more 2 star, the food taste tasteless most of the time and the food is left uncovered for all the flies to eat at the buffet as well as you, the cocktail… well I should say what cocktails they seemed to only do vodka or rum with chasers, beer or beer with lemonade (shandy) and soft drink both fizzy and dilute. The gym isnt a gym but they do have an in house salon, spa and jewelry store. The staff on a whole are friendly but the bell boy who was clearly limited in English was the best help. The pools get craweded all day until it closes. Evening entertainment is worth staying up for. The cleaning staff cleaned our room daily with fresh towels and little toiletries (cotton buds, shower cap, shampoo) etc. The holiday Rep Muhammad unfortunately sold us excursions that wasn't suitable for small babies in pushchairs.

Cheers guys, had a great time. For the great price wasn't expecting anything and although not truly 4 star, your staff gave us a really great time and made sure we were always looked after, no matter what time it wasn't I would always recommend this place for a cheap as chips holiday, show the staff a smile and they'll make sure that you have as great a time as they can provode. Food may not be the best, but when ox tail, liver or ox tongue is served you're in for a cracker!

We have just returned from a ten day break and we were pleasantly surprised, after reading the reviews we thought oh what have we booked. What you have to realize is that you are in a different country outside of the EU and they have different standards and ways of working, if the hotel is dirty who made the mess?, the staff don't go around making a mess for the hell of it, we found the hotel to be clean and if there was some dirt or mess, a quiet word with a few lire soon sorts the problem and gets you excellent service from then on. As for the food we found it to be adequate, don't forget they are catering for many nationalities and you are not going to get cordon Bleu, we roughly worked it out that the hotel was getting around £20 per person per day for all inclusive room, food and drinks, so if you want new towels and sheets every day and fine wine and dinning and first class waiter service, then don't go to this hotel, but if you want to see genuine working class Turkish people earning an honest living then this is the place for you. We enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Marmaris we would have no hesitation in staying in this Hotel. So thank you management and staff for a good break and maybe see you next year.

PLEASE AVOID! I never generally write reviews and even after reading poor reviews decided to give it a try as have never been to any all inclusive whete I coukdnt actually always find something decent to eat. Boy was I in for a shock. First couple of days the food seemed bearable, concidering it's s Muslim country so generally no pork. But after only serving chicken for the whole 10 days I can say the food lacked any appeal what so ever! Most people ended up eating out most nights. The hotel was was absolutely FILTHY. The towels were changed daily but the room was never cleaned, in fact I moved a chair and I dont think it had ever been cleaned! The staff were mostly rude and unhelpful was just awful!

Fantastic accommodation although some embarrassing aspects. The food from breakfast to evening meals was ghastly, only comparable to that served on a Klingon spaceship, we ate out at an additional cost. The maintenance and upkeep of the pool and 'so called' fitness centre was shocking. The fitness centre was a scrap yard, the pool chemistry not confidence inspiring nor the respective pool area housekeeping. Staff though were friendly and helpful, but the chef needs help, I mean training and possibly some redirection in what your paying patrons want at meal times, this really did spoil the experience. Not happy, ruined by a lack of customer awareness.

Was dated. But for the price we were happy. Food was fine. Pool was great. I would go back again but 1 weeks enough.

Kervansaray hotel marmaris has been amazing not only is the hotel lovely but the entertainment staff really make this place a really great hit. We can't wait to come back next year!

Fantastic family complex would recommend this place to any family looking for a friendly fun packed safe holiday. All of the staff here are so friendly and helpful. There is also an entertainment team here all day. Now I don't no were they found these but they are just super so professional an absolute credit to the complex they are just a fantastic team. Food now. There's food served all day. There is something for everyone buy far the best I'v ever experienced. We've had a superb holiday and constantly feel like we're being looked after you realy could not ask more from a holiday complex.

Spent a week at this hotel last week, service was not the best. Food was basic & bland, not the Turkish experience that we were looking for. Its in bit of a remote area, so you have to take the free bus to everywhere. How this hotel got 4 stars I don't know, as the Wi-Fi in reception is rubbish, the cleaning could be better, the dinner hall has really dirty chairs with food that has been rubbed in to the chairs, you get the same dried up salad served morning lunch & dinner. I don't think that the chef even knows how to cook. Not somewhere I will recommend to anyone & I will not be going back there.

A clean, modern hotel with decent service. The on-site Turkish bath and spa service was outstanding, with its hygienic facilities and skillful practitioners. It's also a very family-friendly hotel. Less impressive was the food; highly processed and the same items pretty much every day of our stay; a real letdown to the overall experience.

Just recommended in the whole class hotel! The best thing about the hotel the animators especially the Chief animator CoCo.

Hotel Kervansaray's Marmaris was a great experience! The staff is the coolest and sweetest people I've ever met, and people from the animation team were happy about the children and took Considerration for everyone! New activities at the pool every day for all! The room was cleaned every day, and the room was just perfect! New and different meals a day, and tasted so delicious! Really good hairdresser and stylists to! We have some Internet issues, but that doesn't matter! I had a great time at Kervansaray and loved everything about it! In the next year again.

Worst hotel I have been to. Had to pay for Wi-Fi and to use the safe in my room. My electric cut out 3 times. I was racially abused. I would advise not to go there. I will never return there for a holiday again.

The staff was very friendly, she has not only they had! The guests were a nice mix of all countries, young, old, with or without children, in General, the atmosphere was good! The food was okay and the beautiful surroundings, we were surrounded by green mountains, very quiet! The city is not far and every night was a free bus to the Centre. A further bus after the plague, on a daily basis. The rooms were just renovated and looked perfect and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all of you.

At the beginning of the rest to me непонравилось, because the food was not the same that I have ever eaten at home. In the middle of rest, I started to get used to the food, but I particularly enjoyed the Breakfast. Excursions good. Now about the disadvantages. In the hotel there are slides, but they operate only at certain times. Another bad that the staff does not speak Russian. And another disadvantage that we searched the entire hotel but found of Billiards. So what can we say about this hotel — it is neither good, but no good.

Kervansaray — strong двоечка. A bunch of German and English with disabilities. Of good — you can make from the dining room to anything and pour винище from barrels in its packaging. Normal sauna, normal numbers. Now cons — poppy Turkish bath, little, not flavoured, pool, on a street full of children and thick Germans is only open until half past seven. The people at the heap is nowhere to spit! The hotel has no teaspoons (take a couple more useful). Instead of juice — diluted «Zuko», sucks we washed it down with alcohol. By the way, most of these spirits bring with him from DUTYFREE. The territory is small, Billiards which you have read in directory free only because it practically does not exist, there is only a flirt hell knows what a table and some balls. The roof of the main building in the rain flows. The sea is nearby and walking minutes 40-60 run away. Street bars even further. In the hotel to use the TV remote and had everything we needed to give a pledge of$20. Animation is one and the same, to look only at the blonde аниматоршу and not every day. In short, if you were in a normal UAI under Antalya, type of Venice, Top Kapi or Titanic, then get ready away shocked. If not — then everything will be fine. Left a good impression. There is a residue from the service, very average room at the restaurant and bars. Sea good, but once in two days the staff of the hotel in the morning dispersed petrol scooters spots. Where they come from, I don't know.

Large rooms, friendly staff, very small territory, but very green and compact, great food, lots of vegetables, fruits, sweets, meat, and evening without some sort of grill. Good coffee machine, wine barrels, good cocktails. Free Shuttle bus to the beach town, and the beach in Icmeler. I went only to Icmeler, the beach, I did not like really very narrow strip of beach and many of the yachts. In Ичмелере all, in a very beautiful Bay, complimentary sun beds, umbrellas, polite, of course, for a charge. Marmaris is an amazing city with his атмоферой naturally bar street, I liked best in the Arena, crazy Daisy, and Back Стритт. It is better to change dollars and pay in clubs in Lira. The yacht trip very much, Cleopatra island, Hare island, the Island of Dolphins. Advise to go.

The hotel's charming, green. The atmosphere is welcoming, but without familiarity. Guys animators work around the clock. Kitchen diverse, there was a lot of meat and vegetables. Barrels with red and white wines in the restaurant and on the terrace. In the bar, vodka, cognac, brandy, beer. Even in good coffee machines. Two water slides and a large swimming pool. The sea is clean, fine pebble, sun beds and umbrellas for hotel guests free of charge. On the beach in Marmaris not swim: the beach strip узковата, at piers boats, yachts. Almost every night from the hotel takes the bus to the disco clubs are different, for 5 nights never repeated. Marmaris is a fun, Kervansaray is well.
