Had a ball here for 2 weeks entertainment staff are brilliant, their encouragement ubto participate in their games, and always have u in stitches, the bar staff/ Waiters and very attentitive cab have a laugh with them you'll here Ronnie shouting YES PLS lol he's hilarious then there's Alex and Hugo who are both also great 😂 I adore the hairdresser guy Yalcin he's so good at what he does and transforms your hair, the tattoo guy takes pride in his work, and the anger and his brother of the salon and a hairdressers and so funny they love to dance around lol, I can't wait to come back in September,

Had the most amazing holiday, staff fantastic couldn't do enough for us Hugo is a pure gentleman ❤ 👌 everyone made you welcome fantastic with the kids, highly recommend, just the way it's always been going there for qa few years now, wouldn't go anywhere else 😀 thank you to everybody staff, manager, cleaner, cook jewellery, hairdressers, the lot xxx see you all soon Susan Allen xxx.

Best hotel great staff amazing for just reopening & having only a short time to get everything together, would of liked to of seen original staff members and more club dances but for just reopening it was once again a brilliant 10/10 holiday! Thanks to everyone at Club Anastasia ❤️

If you’ve been looking to try turkey/ Marmaris I’d highly suggest Club Anastasia the pool areas, staff, hotel, photographer and rooms are amazing can’t fault them… if you got kids they have an arcade in one of the buildings … memories to made in this hotel we came here 6yrs ago and would love to come back.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago only problem was the food and the staff who work in resurant missarable 😞all other staff in hotel was lovely rooms was cleaned everyday fresh towel all in all it is fab hotel.

Family friendly apartments with a great pool and super friendly staff.

The hotel was nice but the pool was rather small, good food and drink selection and ENERGETIC staff!

Really good acomadatin in marmaris not sure if it's still there the mayor in marmaris is letting a lot of accommodation to be knocked down and getting yuppie flats built their it's a shame it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel outside but needs updating. Towels and sheets only got changed twice when I was there and the shower needed a scrub. Bar staff were welcoming and friendly but reception staff apart from the older gentlemen were ignorant and obnoxious. This hotel was ok but they need to brush up on a few basics.

Lots of smokers st this hotel! Asked to be moved. Room better. All staff and entertainers very friendly. Manager checks frequently if we're OK.

This hotel was the best. The satff are amazing and there are loads of entertainment.

Lovely place. Great location. Rooms clean and provide everything you need. Staff are extremely friendly especially in the Havana bar. They will do whatever you need and they look after you very well throughout your stay.

Some very nice rooms some just ok food good as long as you don't like your steak very well done. Staff good polite.

A brilliant hotel but im angry Jerry (Aytunc Unal) has been accused by a whining guy of stealing I can only speak as I find. My son died 2yrs ago I went to the Anastasia on the anniversary of his death to get away from here as im still struggling with his death it was very sudden and a shock he was a young lad who had everything to live for anyway to cut a long story short Aytunc who id never met before was brilliant and didn't know what I was going through as were the rest of the staff apart form two, when I came home I had messages from one who wanted money from me otherwise he would go to prison idiot, another one who I wont name just yet wanted money but also sent me dirty perverted pictures of himself iv got the evidence and proof here about both, so in my opinion the Anastasia has made a big mistake here, iv been deleted once for voicing my opinion and il probably get deleted again, to me that is a a declaration of guilt.

Hotel is good, staff great, rooms are cleaned every day maids are friendly. As we were self catering we had a choice where to eat the summer breeze just a short walk from the hotel was far the best. The worst part of the holiday was we were all struck down with sickness and diorea, WHAT THE BOOKS DO NOT SAY. You cant spend any money in the hotel you have to put it on a card which is good if you don't want to carry money about with you, you can not bring any thing that is not purchased with in the hotel to snack on around the pool, even though they have their own supermarket. Which takes the hotel card to buy your goods. Buying in the hotel with your card is a lot more expensive than buying out. But if you have kids that are wanting ice creams and pop which they will it soon mounts up. If you do not use the hotel restaurant you will feel a bit ignored by the staff. The Havana boys are great. Their manager Jack is a bit of a sod catch him having a go at the lads if you dare make a complaint. He walks around making on he is a very friendly guy yea,,, he is secretly looking to make sure the guests haven't brought any food or drink into his "" space. Woe be tied if he finds anything you will hear over the tannoy guest are reminded no food or drink that has not been bought in the havanna bar is not allowed thank you. Don't get me wrong the hotel and havanna boys are great but please be warned ENTERTAINMENT ON A NIGHT IS VERY BASIC THEY TRY BUT REALLY ITS PATHETIC.
