Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Clean rooms, with the most comfortable beds!

Lovely relaxing ambience with stylish interiors. The pool is very nice with some parasols. The on site restaurant is good quality and value for money. I had rib eye steak and it was delicious. There is some disruption from overhead flights and wedding functions but staff were helpful and gave us late check out. Oh yes, and the staff are excellent. Although their English isn't 100%, they go all out to help as much as possible. Would highly recommend.

Great staff, very friendly & helpful.

One of the cheapest double tree Hilton we can find from our experience. Spacious, clean room even though it was a corridor from our full height glass panel window. Got delicious complimentary arriving cookies as gift. Staff was polite with slight miscommunication sometimes.

Would give minus stars if possible. Tried to arrange early check in but this was not possible despite attempts to contact the hotel up to a week before our stay. Check in was a farce. Stayed 1 night before my flight home. To say it was a disappointing end to my holiday in Turkey would be a huge understatement. A wedding was taking place right outside the window… speakers blasting into the room. Pop music, then a live band. Very noisy and went on to early hours of the morning. We had to be moved to another room. Ruined our stay. Who would have a wedding celebration at an Airport Hotel? We could not use the pool in the afternoon due to the event. Late at night we were move to another room at our insistence but no twin room (which is what was booked and paid for) was available. I had to sleep in a small bed which was wheeled into the room. My sister had a king-sized bed. We had no warning of this event when we checked in much earlier in the day. A airport hotel should be a good place for travellers to sleep24/7. Best avoided.

Perfect rooms and service great location for travellers.

They managed to make 2 typo mistakes: 1 in my name and surname. They made a copy of my passport but that did not help them to print letters correctly. Because of that typo in surname they made, I had to separately make a visit at reception to understand why Wi-Fi is not working — surname is used as login. You have to log-in to Wi-fi every 6 hours just because they want to make you pay for faster Wi-Fi. Unteached stuff. So low for Hilton hotelchain. Also there was 15-minutes long problem with checking my card number. In their system it was also incorrect. Finally they said it is OK. Person at reception at first said I did not paid yet, though I paid at booking process online in hotelsclick website. Also they said in their system I had a child which I have not. Neighbourhood is unpleasant. To the hotel from the intersection it is necessary to make your way through the gas station and parked cars, there is no footpath at all. But there are cafes instead of footpath in front the hotel.

Stayed here on business, hotel is quite nice and looks new. The rooms looked very cosy, so could be a nice recommendation for a romantic couple holiday.

Nice hotel, good clean and neat rooms, good food, great and helpfull staff.

I would like to highly recommend the honesty of the staff at this hotel. I left my wallet at the swimming pool and the amount is a few thousand SGD when combined in both local and foreign currency, along with all of my identifications and credit cards. I completely did not realize my wallet was missing until the staff knocked on the door with everything intact. That’s not the end. We had a taxi to the metro station and the staff that returned my wallet came running to us and …told us his shift had ended and would like to fetch us to the destination that we wanted to go. This is completely beyond the basic level of service and the staff Ramazan and his team have completely gone out of his way to give the guests a positive pleasant experience at Hilton.

Nice clean rooms, no TV in Russian, and among the staff that no one speaks Russian, the Breakfast decent service level — thank you for the nice welcome.

Cosy and very strategically placed close to the airport. Very helpful staff great understanding of English which was great.

Enjoyed the modern rooms, pampering bath, tasty bar and braekfast. Close to airport and industrial area. Really nice stay for a business trip.

Nice spacious rooms. Polite staff; although some don't know English and instead of simply saying that, they made abrupt and incorrect conclusions about what we were requesting. Gym was out of order is was disappointing and could not find pool.

Very nice hotel and best price only 49€ for a king size bed included breakfast… really good. Very quiet room Good position near the airport. They have all the facilities, gym open 24/7. With this price you can't miss it.

Not that great, location is okay, house keeping was pathetic, not worth of Hilton brand.

A few minutes from the airport, take a taxi direct without hesitation. Hotel very new and perfectly manage. Attentive staff and quality of service impeccable. Report quality unbeatable price. Bedding cozy room, a little rococo, but very well equipped. Without hesitation.

Excellent quality-price ratio, 5 minutes from the Izmir airport, service airport transfer free of charge. Breakfast excellent, friendly staff. Only downside environment not terrible but not a problem if we spend the night before taking the plane.

Comfortable and warm, finally a good black-out curtains for those who sleep in the dark.

Every detail is very well thought-out design of a great hotel.
