The hotel has a very nice beach front with a good beach club. The staff was friendly. We had some complaints and the staff and hotel management listened to it and could offer solutions. Some renovation would help the facility but the beach front/beach and the staff helps to compensate this.
This is the WORST accomodation experience of mine. The facility CANNOT SATISFY even the VERY LEAST EXPECTATIONS of the customers. Physically the hotel and the beach are both in POOR CONDITION, warm water comes after 10 minutes to your shower in your room which you’ve paid minimum of 350€, the floors are falling apart in the beach, waiters do not even notice the customers who wants to order in the restaurant and aside from tea all of the drinks are extra (in a 350€ hotel). There is a menu in the room for the room service which they CANNOT serve at any time plus the service in both rooms and beach are BEYOND POOR. They do not even have a cpr kit! Staying here equals to throwing your money to street so if you want to have a vacation PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
