Do not lodge in 2-storey houses along the fence to the right of the main building, the rooms there killed and tired. If you are not lucky with the location of the room will have to look at the long fence every time going out to the balcony. In the main building, the rooms differ in the positive side as the view from the window and the condition.
The Territory and the beach long ago require investment and capital food is not bad, the entrance to the Sea Gentle sea view slightly spoils prolonged megastrojka.

Even though the booking was made weeks in advance, we were told at the day of arrival that the hotel closed for winter a day before our booking ended. We were asked to find our own accommodation for the last date. We specified a double room but was taken to a room with 3 single beds. The porter said he will get them to move the beds and for us to come back in an hour. The beds were the same when we got back. How this place managed to get a 4 star rating is beyond me. The staff are not interested and clearly want the season to end. We have since left the hotel for another having stayed just 1 night. Still waiting for our refund.

I liked the hotel, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Bad service. My room had a faulty electrical problem which was not fixed in a timely manner. I had to call 5 times and visit the reception twice for them to take any action. Another issue is the lack of english speaking staff, they just look at each other. The only highlight is the food, it is quite good. I would definitely recommend to get a better hotel, trust me it will be worth the extra cost. The hotel does have Wi-Fi access but apparently it takes them an extra day to register you so that you can access the net, and when they do register you the signal always drops and the speed is basically nonexistent. If you are still interested in this hotel. Don't get the annex room, get a suite or the standard room, they have a better view of the beach. One more complaint is that room service left me twice with a bloody blanket.

Not a bad hotel but tired.

Nice hotel, tasty food. Only one thing! Very noisy in rooms, no insulation, each of the hands of the neighbors heard. The beach is gorgeous.

I don't understand some of the comments because this hotel is very nice.
2 day is here we are as a family and there are plenty of food and the various Super, the landscape, the animations have good fun, pools, aquapark
An ideal place for families with children.

Great hotel with excellent sea and kitchen, while the Russians have arrived!
