Excellent food and friendly staff most of the time. Great room. Sea lovely, pool good.

Delicious meal and dessert at the top, very nice room, nice pool, nice complex nice and helpful staff, maybe a little just for us who are French have a little trouble to make us understand as many staff do not master our language a pity for us. But we're going to make it anyway.

Amazing hotel, staff are just so great nothing to much trouble regardless of your request.
Recommend to all ages.

AMAZING 7 days spent at this hotel. Really not one to write reviews, but felt it necessary to applaud the staff, mainly the bar/food staff and especially the spa team who definitely put the icing on the cake! Food was good and plentiful. Location is perfect and a step away from the beach with a lovely 20 min walk in to town. The hotel rooms are pleasant, comfortable and CLEAN with the option to have your room serviced on a daily basis. Cons: No iron/board in rooms. You have to use the hotels laundry service which is NOT free. Could benefit with a English speaking receptionist (however there are many English speaking staff so don't worry). Pros: Staff are FANTASTIC and the locals are just as friendly. On site snack/accessories etc shop. On site hair salon and nail bar. (I should have waited to get my pedicure done here instead of having it done in London, would have saved a pretty penny). Spa team are AMAZING! Definitely know what their doing and by the end of 3 sessions over the week, my husband and I felt brand new! We'll definitely be coming back this year! T.

Absolutely shocking. It's incredibly bad management, unhygienic, food is really basic I mean not even 3 star hotel standard. Don't fall into trap and save your money DO NOT stay in this hotel it simply will ruin your holiday. Plus sea front is rocky not like the photos. Not enough space for sunbeds around pool for all the guests. Only one good thing about this hotel rooms are actually really nice but basically that's it.

Hotel is in a quiet and peaceful location in the province of Turgutres. The sea is not very pleasant and clean. Rooms are new and clean. Quite monotonous food that gets bored in a few days. Special thanks to the staff for excellent service. In general, quality rest for the appropriate means. P. S. Amazing sunsets;)

We had a wonderful week here, the hotel is brilliant and staff are friendly and very helpful. Where the hotel is it's a bit quiet but you can walk into town in about 20 minutes but you do tend to get bombarded with boat tour operator's but apart from that it's ok. The beach is mostly pebbles but fairly quiet. We would definitely go back to this hotel any time. ☺

It's an excellent place for holiday, very friendly staff, experience Management, professional services, very clean, it's an adult resort under 18 years not allowed, we had a really great time and I will recommend to all my friends… Also would like to thank all the staff there who treated us really like royalty…
