Nice resort with professional and well mannered staff. The check in process was fast, The rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit the standard ones are a bit small. The private sandy beach and the pool is very nice. The all inclusive service and the buffett is satisfactory. Definitive highlight is the kids' club that made the vacation a lot of fun for our little one.

2015 deki ziyaretime göre hizmet ve otel kalitesinde gerileme olmuş. İtalyan ağırlıklı olan otel artık kozmopolit ve yerli ağırlıklı hale gelmiş. Güzel kahve makineleri ve İtalyan animatörler gitmiş, yemek ve kahvaltı kalitesi düşmüş. Odalar bakımsız, dökülmeye başlamış artık. Odalar da ciddi bir sivrisinek problemi var ama ilaçlama vs yok. Internet yok, çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü ama çocukları sürekli şapur şupur öpmeleri sinir bozucu. Ortak alsnda telefon şarj cihazı var çalışmıyor, söylediik ama tamir edilmedi.
