Very good friendly hotel. Very good food with evening themed. We had a great meeting. I highly recommend it. What happiness.

Very nice and loving animators with the children… Really very nice staff and helpful very good bedding… We eat great! Really I recommend it… The little thing to improve would be the heated pool and more children's pool (toboggan, …)

Me n my family had the most amazing week The best hotel we've ever stayed could not fault anything. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. Will be back as soon as possible and will never go anywhere else as nothing will beat this hotel and staff.

We was there a few years ago, I met some of the nicest people ever. The manager cihan was fantastic and we have stayed intouch since. Me and my family loved it, the staff couldn't do enough for us! hoping to go back some time soon.

Wakacje w tym hotelu były dla mnie strzałem w dziesiątkę! Spędziłam tam tydzień, przy czym ani razu nie zaznałam rutyny. Wieczorami mogłam spędzać czas przy basenie, kosztując przepysznych darmowych drinków z baru, oglądać filmy w kinie na otwartej przestrzeni przy plaży, codziennie leciał inny film (wybrałam Igrzyska Śmierci), zaglądać do hotelowego amfiteatru, w którym przedstawiane były wystepy taneczne lokalnej I międzynarodowej młodzieży lub inne animacje, albo po prostu siedzieć I pić wino na bezpiecznej I spokojnej plaży tuż przy hotelu. Obsługa to przemili I młodzi ludzie, uśmiechający się I pytający czy wszystko okej, w ciągu dnia korzystałam z siłowni, basenów, cudownej zjeżdżalni, zajęć zumby, aerobiku wodnego, poczęstunku świeżą tortillą oraz pizzą, mini golf, relaks na nowoczesnych hamakach, ahh, wymieniać mogłabym długo, ale polecam każdemu zainteresowanemu Bodrum wybrać to miejsce, bo sama planuje wrócić do tego raju!

We cannot fault this place! The food place and above all the people and personalities! We are still here atm and weve never had a family holiday as good, a BIG BIG BIG thankyou and praise to gihan, hes made our stay the best, thanks fammmmalamm lol. Muzaffa, ugur, ali, milly, harun! And the all the bar staff people who work here are the besttttt! 1 million percent we will be back next year and to be honest we dont leave.

I have loved this holiday and possibly now like Turkey more than Spain, which has been my favourite place all of my life! Staff — well they are just amazing. The language difference is far from a barrier, as I always remember their English is far better than my Turkish. Never is a problem too much hassle, and the attention to care is second to none. The entertainment team are fabulous with the kids — my boy aged 7 has fallen head over heels for all of the ladies in the team, … and it is easy to see why because they make the children feel unique and special. Chi chi wa wa will be stuck in your head!
Salihan, Sukram and Aylin — thank you! Salihan in particular my little boy will miss immensely. Food is good, plentiful in choice and variety. We have done the a la carte once, which was nice, but we haven’t bothered with the Asian as those we spoke to said it was no better than Asian night in the buffet restaurant. Yep — the air con needs a wallop with a spanner now and then, but you are in a very hot country so any form of cooling you do get is a bonus. It is 45c today (27 July) so it will be cooler in your room! Beach is right on your door step too, so a dip in the sea will be welcome and it is lovely; I recommend jumping in off the pier!

Great hotel. All of the staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider returning. Update: revisited again this year and some things have changed but still a really nice hotel. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful! We have young children and they love it and loved the evening kids disco and all of the dances. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, food is great especially if u love chicken which I do deserts are a let down and no ice cream in restaurant which is a pity if u dont like anything else. Rooms are lovely bathroom are a little small but fine. The only criticism I have is the cleaning especially the bedrooms had to clean my room as standards were not high even got my own bedding one day as it was nearly 5pm and bedroom had not been cleaned. Entertainment team are fab not to pushy.

Just come back been to this hotel twice staff are lovely and very helpful the rooms are keep clean everyday with clean towels staff and the cleaners are very nice the food is excellent has a family with children we all enjoyed it can't give this hotel any bad remarks it's brilliant and all staff make your holiday brilliant can't wait to go back we are all loved it thanks to all staff x.

Great hotel, gorgeous sea, beautiful grounds, decent food.

Great family holiday here it was brilliant been on the beach and gave our little boy something more to do and he loved it. Hotel staff were amazing they couldn't do enough for us and set the room up with balloons and wine and fruit bowls on our sons and my husbands birthday not really enough for kids at the hotel and the entertainment was poor and too late in the evening so we wouldn't return. The food was great I loved the mackerel and sea bass. The rooms were lovely and spotless and cleaned every day.

The only issue we had was that we had to move rooms due to a family with kids leaving the kids in the prams outside the room and shutting the door on them so the kids just cried and cried so I reported this and in the best way I could I went round and had a go at them, they didn't understand me but they got the jist! Absolute disgusting parents, Shouldn't have kids.

Clean, efficient and excellent for those with young children. Take the bus from outside the hotel to Bodrum itself, relaxed atmosphere along the habour, you can also book a range of excursions independently.

We had wonderful holiday there. Reception very professional service, easy communication. Hotel rooms — enough space, same as photos from travel agent offer, clean. Cleaning service — random hours and one day in a week without cleaning. Very nice location, good area, just as sea side. Many trees, gardens, lots of space. Even it is big hotel I never felt it is crowded. Perfect for families. Very nice beach, sand and small stones. Few swimming pools and also nice pool for kids, playgrounds. In restaurant no problem to get table. Food very nice, I couldn't stop eating baklava. Great service, everybody involved in their job. We really cannot complain anything. Thank you all for great holiday!

Nice hotel, food and good entertainment BUT the staff don't do ANYTHING about bad mannered Russian and Turkish guests jumping the cue in front of other guests and children for food and drinks. That's left to you to say something. Gets old after repeatedly doing it!

Our stay at the Bodrum Imperial has been fantastic. The staff have been exceptional and the facilities are very good. We are here on a Thompson all inclusive package and it has been great letting the kids help themselves to drinks and (a few) ice creams. The food has been good, normally enough choice for fussy children to find something and the adults try some of the local cuisine. Some people have complained that the alcohol is watered down but personally I didn't notice (maybe I didn't drink enough to tell) The whole complex feels very safe and we have been happy letting the kids wander around on their own. The only downside is the location. It is in the middle of nowhere which is fine if your kids want to spend all day in the pool or on the beach but not so good if you want to get out and see some of Turkey. There are buses into Bodrum if you want to visit the market etc. And a small shop a 5 minute walk away which is half the cost of the shop in the complex. Overall a very pleasant place to stay and relax at.

Amazing place to come and stay, relax and enjoy. All staff are friendly. Lots to do for children. The hotel is very clean and the food couldn't be any better. Definitely worth what we paid for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone especially for people travelling as a family or with children.

Excellent value for money. Strong 3.5 star. Facilities, food, security in resort are all very good. Hired a car and able to store in secure car park inclusive once car paid for via Avis. Entertainment was good. Lovely breeze on beech which kept us comfortable in heat. In the sea there was fish in shallow gradual waters. Bought a snorkel to view. Water sports for families. Kids well entertained. Slush Ice Drinks made our daughter very happy. Would go back again. Visited Bodrum and there were dozens of Syrian refugees sleeping under trees and in tents towards the castle area popular with tourists and alot begging. In secure hotel resort there is no sign of anything.
