Don't believe it's far from 5 stars, especially italian resic, never go there, it's a divorce by 100%

Travel from 19 to 29 June 2018. The hotel is far from 5 stars. Pulls only on 4k, and most likely with a minus. There are almost no Russian-speaking staff (very few people understand Russian). But there is a Russian-speaking guide (a very nice girl Elizabeth). Here she can put a solid 5k for her work. The food is normal, but for 10 days the child could not feed the soup, because it is of unknown origin and seasonings. You could say the food is repetitive. But you can visit different restaurants at one time (we went to Italian, Chinese and fish). There are three large pools and one small one (for the smallest). The sea is on the first line. The coast is sandy, but at the entrance to the sea there are stones, not very pleasant to walk on them (especially children). Housekeeping… it's just words. Towels do not always change, can just fold them neatly, as if they are clean. At check-in, the room had slippers of 2 pairs (we were two adults 1 child (2, 2 years), 2 soaps, 2 shower gels, 2 balms d/hair, one toothbrush (the packaging was not whole and the smell was clear that it was used). The only music boxing is (on Russian)

The food, the staff, the beach location is super! It's cool! Best!

I can really miss this hotel from anyone.

Frankly never again I made SED hotels in Turkey in 16ans I left 2 times a year, it really is not worth 5 stars.

Lovely place. Paid a reasonable price and so whilst it wouldn't match a 5☆ resort in Dubai it doesn't break the bank to come. Rooms are tidy and bed comfy. Grounds are well kept and the pools clean. Staff are very polite and helpful, especially the bar staff who are all excellent. Reccomended for a nice relaxing holiday.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want to make a finger crooked to relax. From A-Z you are provided with everything, every detail has been thought of. My 14 days at this hotel could quietly grow to 28 days. The food is 1a with star. The food counter is felt 100 meters long and has everything the heart has to offer. The variety is spectacular. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily if you wish (sign on the doorknob).
The service is wonderful, always friendly, just smiling and very Herzensnah. It is ernom worth it that the customers are satisfied, I thought they kiss me the feet soon. A must for young and old! 2 different beaches and 2 different pools, one side to relax and relax, the other to party and celebrate. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the famous Bar Street (Barlarsokagi) or take the free service from the hotel. In general, there is a need for repetition, I can only recommend it to anyone. 5 stars!

Loved the hotel and the stay in it, the kitchen is gorgeous, the hotel is on the coast. Around the beaches for different audiences: for family, for youth. Several pools. The discos are very close.

Great location Super Room top food for the price.

Nice for people looking for good food and drinks and quite place. Many activities are offered there and it was nice.

In good area and good beach with old law 5 star resort with poor management in off season equivalent to price they ask. Faramarz Arbabian.

Worst SPA I have ever seen and except Raki and Beer all alcohols really bad! Other things are good! SPA rezalet ayrica ickiler raki ve bira disinda kotu geri kalan hersey gayet ii.

Loved it. Great place to stay, great staff all so helpful great position on the beach with amazing views to die for. And excellent food. Best hotel in Gumbet.

Overall great place. Good food, good variety of activity, great beach, incredible rooms and fantastic hotel options. One disadvantage could be the great language barrier. 95% of the staff barely knows English which is a problem as most of the visitors are european.

Food not very good in the main restaurant on the roof but all the others were 1st class waiters and housekeepers very nice and polite but the other staff including reception all ignorant the beaches are clean and tidy and there are plenty of sunbeds watch out for the photographer or he will try and sting you on the prices all in all I think your better off self catering in gumbet will not return there again they only cater for none british.

Old structure, half of the rooms are authentic hoves, the other half is 4 star (scarce), if you happen in the first half the holiday sinks to very low levels, and we stumbled upon it. After a Roman place in the lobby full of customers we were given decent rooms for the next day. It eats so much, but it is in the middle of the area, service maintenance Allenatissimo, an authentic prompt intervention, you have to call it all the time to make everything work. The best thing is the courtesy of the staff. The beach is minimal and overrun by sunbeds, often free, tables, chairs etc. The atmosphere, at the beach as in the village, is disco style-restaurant-Shopping Tarot 100%, 24 hours a day.
