Great service, friendly and helpful.

A lovely small run family hotel. Beautiful views of harbour and Bodrum Castle. Rooms are not large but very clean and great showers with plenty of hot water 24/7. Breakfast is plentiful with a good selection at breakfast. All be it a very traditional turkish breakfast. There are things that could improve the hotel, but nothing that we feel would stop us coming back. In fact we are in Turkey again in 2 weeks with family and friends and have already pre booked several rooms already for a 2 night stay over. Easy transfer from airport. Approx 40 mins. Either by taxi shuttle bus or hired car. Beach is literally a stones throw away and FREE, but if the beach isn’t your thing? Nice medium sized pool to relax with comfortable sun loungers. Hotel will supply beach towels on request. Good bar and restaurant service. Food is delicious and plentiful. Would definitely rate this hotel a 3 Star. For Turkey this is a good rating by British pro Turkish standards. A good value for money hotel that won’t break the bank. Would be great also for a long weekend break. Happy Holidays.

Just back from a week in the Akkan Beach, lovely hotel, perfect setting, spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful staff, highly recommended.

Rooms sometimes forgotten to be clean. When you ask to change the room they rejects your request even the previous person smoke inside. No elevator. Most of the rooms are narrow. Pool only for children. Good location but this is the only thing I can say.

A convenient location on a quiet street away from bustling cafes and clubs, the first line is off the sea. I arrived in winter, stopped with a 10 month old baby because the room is warm, the floor is parquet, the sea view, the children's chair, the kettle in the room, the iron and the plaque was given. I live 1.5 months at home, the staff are very pleasant. And the managers and owners of the hotel make the rest ideal, swings for kids, a play corner in the restaurant. Even allowed to cook by myself in the kitchen. 9 out of 10 just for soundproofing, you can hear the neighbors if they're noisy. But it did not prevent and sleep and sleep. I'll come back.

Chic location, in the center, but a little further from the noisy bars, good breakfasts, great teplyenomera, play area for children, Highchairs, Playpens, the sea at 50m. Excellent Kym.

Stayed 7 nights at the hotel, chosen because of its rating on Booking and Google. I now really wonder if these ratings have any value: that was the worst hotel I've ever known. We rented a family room, which appeared to be in the backside building (not the one directly facing the pool). It seems the room was renovated not so long ago, but materials and equipment are just terrible. — Out of two air conditioning units, one was out-of-service (immediatly reported to the reception, but nothing was done in 7 days) and the other was so noisy it was just impossible to sleep when it was on. — Room was really dirty when we checked in (under the bed, behind furniture…) and no cleaning at all was done during our 7 day-stay. — Bed linings was changed every 3 days only. — The balcony door couldn't be locked (broken) : we had to take our valuable stuff with us at the beach… — One of the windows was kept closed… with scotch tape. — The shower room was so small that we couldn't even find a place to keep our small toiletries bag there. And don't expect to fit more than one person in, should you plan to brush your teeth at the same time (which happens in a family room…). — The hotel swimming pool, which looks big and nice on the pictures, is actually very small. Besides, it is terribly dirty.

Very friendly in the beggining but not helpfull later, not serve us in their restaurant despite they were open.

Nice place very good view. Very good price in spring season and nice breakfast included. If you need a lift to the boat or bus then they help with a smile.

Hemen onunde kendine ait mavi bayrakli plaji var, odalari gayet konforlu, tertemiz. Yemekleri harika. En onemlisi de guler yuzlu personeli. Ailecek cok memnun kaldık :) seneye de tek adresimiz olacak.

I loved the location. Our room was clean. The outdoor area was a disgrace. Broken toys, bits and pieces of things that belong in the trash were in an area which I think was suppost to have been a play area for children. It was not at all safe for a child to be in.
The man at reception and the waiters were very friendly and made an effort to make you feel welcome. They would greet you with a smile but unfortunately the same can't be said for the women (one in particular) that was often behind the bar she was very stroppy and sour faced all the time. A very unhappy woman and made no effort or eye contact with us. Its a shame maybe its not the industry for her to be in as its people like that, that can make or break a business and for that being one of the reason alone I wouldn't ever return to this hotel.

Hotel very well located, great view, sea view rooms are very nice, the staff really friendly.
