Disgusting customer service. When I had to cancel my reservation because I had changed plans, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. Instead of helping me she chose to argue and tell me that she has stolen my money and told me to sue her. You’d expect a good customer service from a hotel like this. So disappointed.
