I’ll start saying that they didn’t finished the hotel construction. There’s no spa, no gym, no nothing. Is it dirty and the materials they used are very cheap. We checked in Wednesday in a room with a sea view. I don’t know if they wanted to impress us or just to make us regretting that we’ve made this booking. Smelly dirty room, a/c not working and the cherry on top… the club just across the street playing music until 4 am in the morning. It seems like the disco is in your room. We requested to move. They sent us to sleep at 2 am in the morning in a boiling room without toiletries, toilet paper and full of dust. Thursday — they told us that another room is ready for us so just to pack and they will move everything. When we came back they said that the bellman left and we need to move everything by ourselves. New room, new problems. The a/c was not working so we called the reception. The young lady was quite arrogant and she was speaking only Turkish. So complain if you can. She tried different rooms, but still the same problem… a/c was not working. 2 am in the morning… staying on the corridor waiting for them to find a room or at least the engineering. Worst experience ever. Bad management, incompetent staff, 0 service, and if I should talk about customer service i’ll rated — 5. If you want to have a nice holiday avoid The S hotel please. You’re just losing your money, your time and your nights.
