Nice holiday with child, animation could have been a little more.
Pools super big, too few loungers. You get something to eat for almost 24 hours. Direct beach location. Too few waiters and employees, some of whom are overwhelmed, save the hotel at the wrong end.
Guests sometimes have too much fool's freedom (reserve loungers, with drinks in the pool, do not comply with dress code, etc. ), here the staff must assert themselves better.
Perfect location in Kumköy, lots of shopping in the immediate vicinity. For 1 € with the Dolmuş to Side or Manavgat.
All around a successful beautiful holiday. Unfortunately 4/5 stars because of the little things. Nevertheless, I can recommend the hotel to everyone.

Yesterday we returned home from a really beautiful holiday in this hotel. everything was great. Friendly staff, good good and great entertainment. we had a family room land view, and that room was fantastic. Good beds. to only negatieve thing is that people reserve sunbeds at the pool wat to early. at 11 o clock there are not much sunbeds at the Pools. But becides that, we are looking forward to come back for enjoy another beautiful holiday at sunis kumkoy. thank you for everything. 😀

We love this place, our home away from home. Beautiful well maintained grounds, very nice beach, cozy clean rooms, great food, very child friendly, always friendly staff and the best location. When you leave the hotel you have countless shopping opportunities. We come back again and again 😊🌞🌺🏝

Positive:
— Location In center of Kumköy with shops, restaurants and bars. 15 minutes with dolmuş to Side.
— very clean hotel, even the public toilets are spotless.
— hotelstaff, especially in restaurants and poolbar very very friendly!
— rooms, new bathroom and also very clean.
— Animation. Every evening some sort of show, dance, circus etc. And live music or DJ in the late evening.
— Beach. Nice sandy beach. Less positive:
— Food. Maybe because of our expectations. Although the quality of the food is very good it's a lot of the same everyday and the choice is rather limited. We expected more after reading different reviews. Maybe in normal (non covid) circumstances they have more options.
— claiming of sunbeds at pool and beach in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday near Side and would consider staying here again if I wish to come back to this region again.

The large, well-kept garden and pool area is already unique.
The food is at a good level despite Corona.
The a la carte restaurants offer excellent food and a wide range of menus.
The staff is 90% well trained, courteous and always friendly.
Even in Corona times I feel comfortable and welcome here.
Since the beginning, we have been happy to be guests at Kumköy Beach Resoert uns Express ❤

We booked the Sunis Hotel for 5000€. Instead of 5 stars only problems. Worst rooms get, fridge broken, climate does not work, bad food. Little staff, dishes dirty.
No help, no interest. Other guests have booked a lot of cheap ones and have better rooms. Fam. Altikulac.

Friendly staff, lovely varied food, beach with shallow sand, plenty of space. Internet in all areas and in rooms. The hotel itself is somewhat inferior to most others in the city as it is somewhat outdated.

Perfect holiday for children! The only negative point is the Pebble Beach, high waves, large stones in the water, for non-swimmers absolutely not recommended. The facility itself is really great!

A super nice hotel, with delicious and an insane selection of food at any time of the day, the staff is kind of cordial and courteous after a short time you also have his favourite waiters:)
The way to the beach is great and also the beach is well maintained just like the hotel, you can always see someone cleaning somewhere at any time.

Food is really good, the location is very far from Antalya which you need to rent a car since there are no public transportations.

Nice staff, super animation, delicious food, clean rooms. A great relaxation holiday with class wellness area and professional photographer. We'll come back.
1 Star deduction because unfortunately the cat problem cannot be remedied and the cats stay in the hotel. Some sofas unfortunately smell of cat urine.

Great Hotel The food is really great, the beach is gorgeous and you also get up without getting up to reserve good beds, even by the pool is nothing to put out overall a very nice hotel.

We were here for 2 days, it was very nice as always. Service friendly and attentive. Excellent cuisine and great buffets. Reception very friendly. This hotel is highly recommended.

Great hotel, great holiday!

Das Zimmer ist toll. Im Familienzimmer gibt es 2 einzelne Räumr mit jeweils einem Bad. Top Lage und ausgezeichnetes Essen, welches meiner Meinung nach etwas zu viel ist.

You could stay many hotels in this area but after you see this place most probably you cannot try others. Excellent.

Very good food, amazing people. The swimming pool is big and very nice. People are really friendly. The rooms are big, have a view and are cleaned good everyday. One of the best resorts.

Second year guest in this hotel and we like it very very much the food is excellent the pool is great the beach very close staff is friendly and helpfull! only the guests who sneak to the poolarea in the morning to reserve seats is growing out of control. This is something for the management to look at. Next year I think we'll come again!

This year we go in July 2015 already 5 x in this hotel. Are very satisfied. Food, cleanliness of the room, staff, etc.
Also the location directly on the beach is perfect. A shopping street in front of the entrance.
Side is also only a stone's throw away.
Best to recommend.
