Amazing hotel. All staff can't do enough for you. Food is varied and of a brilliant standard. My son has a Peanut allergy and all staff were brilliant in handling this. Activities all day. Actually sometimes too many activities to keep up with 😂 Huge beach with beach bar/restaurant. Massive shout to the Animation team who are all fantastic and were like family by the end of the trip. They made our holiday. For adults and kids they were superb. Fabio, Oscar, Emre and all the crew couldn't have worked any harder. Honestly couldn't find a fault at this hotel. Hope everyone who comes here has as good a time as my family and I did 🤙🏻

We went as a couple 2nd time we’ve been The beach is lovely well laid out so your not to close to other people Everybody is so friendly and helpful the food is great something for everyone we had a lovely room over the pool the pools were great but we went to the beach most days it’s a great hotel they love the kids and lots for them to do we would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back next year.

What an amazing place! welcome was great, rooms are very clean and spacious, everyone very helpful and friendly, food is very good with plenty of choice, beach area lovely and the Billy watersports offer a great service on the beach. Cannot find any faults at all so all is good!

We had a really nice time here and could absolutely enjoy the holiday! The food was good, a little more Turkish cuisine would be perfect. The animation team is utopian good and strives at all times to fulfill every wish. Particularly good during this time is the abolition of mask requirements in the entire hotel area, except at the buffet — so finally a little normality comes back into life.

I highly recommend. Absolutely all the staff are welcoming, helpful, smiling and friendly. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The whole site is of exemplary cleanliness. The divine beach. The choice in restaurants. In short it was a very nice discovery, which I hope to be able to renew very soon.

Nice hotel. Loads of foods need a roast dinner on a Sunday tho. Spa and pools indoor pool but we are here and the virus going around has stop us using facilities. But all in all good place thanks.

The five star hotel was amazing. The grand entrance to it was a nice as we arrived with nice cool Aircon. The rooms was nice with a free minnibar. The staff was friendly and the food was fit for a king. The pools were clean and tidy. A really nice place to be to spend time with your family.

There where a vast number of great things to mention. In my opinion the evening entertainment was the best part of the holiday, featuring acrobats, magicians, etc. My wife and son are vegetarians and thought that the options were limited. However safran, an a la carte restaurant, had superb service and food, adapting there menu to our tastes and dietary requirements. The hotel itself was amazing and spotless. The staff never stop working! The pools are extremely big and one of them have always got an activity planned. The beach is on the resort and there is a slides pool which my son loved. All in all the Paloma Oceana Hotel was full of great service, food and activities.

Our 1st Visit to Paloma Oceana Resort. We are positively surprised. Even at 10Am we still get Loungers on the Beach. One lies there with an extremely large distance From the next Umbrella. Framed by small Palm Trees. A really great Location. The Food topts all previous Hotels so far. You really do everything you can for the Well-being of the Guests. Tonight runs the Champions League Final Game. A Beamer Was connected in the large Conference room. Staff brought chilled Drinks in Champagne Bowls for Guests.

Stay of the may 5, 2018 may 12, 2018. I put 5 stars because the francophones are completely forgotten. No information in French about the meal, show nothing in French. The direction s is completely crazy she prefers the English, germans, russians… such a shame.

We were there on the beach Holidays. I have to say this is by far the best hotel where I was in Turkey (i was already 6 times in Turkey) All are very friendly buffet is always moved up there were always enough chairs there, on the beach as well as by the Pool.

The hotel is just super! Beautiful clean one word eyes rejoices! Rested in the three child (6 years) she was where the great animators (Olecka Russian talking child in awe of her, the second is not) with children are played you can safely relax and enjoy the rest! The Ocean Hotel is high-quality equipped and directly on the sea, we have made 1 week holiday with child, it was wonderful. Friendly, clean and on the beach to side only 15 minutes.

Going to 2018 the fourth time at the hotel Paloma Oceana with my wife on vacation. Why? Everything with the hotel, beach, bar, waitress, restaurant, room, cleaning staff, waiter, boss. I hope I haven't forgotten anything I can only distinguish with five stars. We have travelled a lot but here we feel at home.

The room was very clean. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Only the food is a disaster.

The hotel is super nice. The location is perfect. In the middle of side/Kumköy and still you have his peace. Hotel's own staring with free lounge chairs. Beautiful fine sand. There are 2 large pools and a pool with slides. This is mega cool. Lots of choice, especially Turkish food which tastes great. Everything is freshly prepared. You can see that right away. Staff are all very polite and accommodating. The rooms, we had a bungalow like, was super nice and was thoroughly cleaned. I would visit the place and the hotel again and again and recommend.

Been here a couple of times first time was really good but last visit it had gone downhill management and most staff rude and all ways moaning at the kids never go back shame as was nice once.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. But the 5th star is only available when the cook cooks a little more Turkish. Holidays in Turkey and Zurich Geschnetzeltes, dumplings and red cabbage or spätzle is absolutely inappropriate. Then I can also go to the Black Forest. It is certainly well intentioned because of the pensioners but from other hotels I know that times as a themed evening but not always.

The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. But there is to few servers and the pool already closes at 18:00. But its really good. It is a must that you play volleyball at 10:30 and 16:00. It is really fun and you learn new people to know.

It is right next to the beach which is amazing for my little brother as well as the kids club where he can go in and out at any time. The rooms aren't anything special but they are still very luxurious and the bathroom is gorgeously the perfect size. The service is amazing everyone is constontally smiling and is very polite. Although 80% of Peoria here are German they can all speak very good english.

Wonderful place, if you're hesitant, just go for it. Only thing is English is a little scarce though. The staff is so helpful though so you won't have any problems.

We were from 27.9. — 04.10. Here and I can only report positive things and do not understand what the others have. The food was top and not too greasy as it was described in mach comments. The beach section clean the pool was cleaned every evening. The staff super friendly and helpful also WITHOUT tipping. Only 1 waiter has noticed the one has ignored but therefore the others are not bad. A good point that I also noticed are the room cards. Sometimes you have to pull the card through until the door opens but that wasn't that bad for me. I think this hotel is great and fly again next year.

Have never had such a great hotel, highly recommended! Great beach, well maintained and clean, great rooms, absolutely great food (even vegan) and staff very friendly, nice and always helpful. Complex with 4 large pool facilities, stage shows, many sports facilities and a great, well-tended garden area. We stayed in the main house, on the 3rd floor with lateral sea view.
This was not the last vacation in the Paloma, come back!

For excursions to the most beautiful places of the region, the POR is the ideal starting point and even right outside the door it will never get boring. The rooms in the hotel offer everything you need for a good rest. This hotel is a dream! It's done everything so that a fine! There are 2 swimming pools and one kinderpool enough are available too! The beach is very clean and very spacious… We had a bungalow room enough what is the size of one is for it also located in the! The food is very, very tasty… the plant itself is beautifully designed! The animationsteam was our children also suuuuper fabrice found very great… and the waiters kazim and ramazan always right there to provide us with drinks! All super many many thanks for the great holiday of ACE.

Very good hotel, friendly staff — leaves no wish unfulfilled. Many shops just across the street. Very clean beach, as well as all TOP in the whole hotel. Wi-Fi in the entire hotel free from the beach. The umbrellas are very far auseinnander, which is also a good privacy on the beach. The hotel staff speaks German well and is always with his Gerneralmanager, Mr Atack, as well as of the Executive Board, to help his guests stay as pleasant as possible to make. We were the 3rd time at this hotel and next year are pleased to be a guest there again.

Delighted with our stay in January in this very good hotel! Excellent food, very varied where there is truly something for everyone! The hotel staff was really friendly and very competent! On the other hand, a little disappointed the personnel of the hotel we had seem to bother when we came to ask them something as well as the manager general we found unfriendly! You should know that the Turkey is favorite Belgians and also very popular holiday destination by the french and I find it unfortunate that a manager general of a hotel as the Paloma does not speak a little bit the french! I give anyway 5 stars because it is a great hotel where we will definitely summer!

We had in October 2 weeks of a wonderful holiday. On 2. Day of the holiday, we decided as a Wiederholungentäter our holiday 2016 come back here to spend. The Hotel is not to toppen.

We had a super nice stay and will certainly also a 3. Time to come back. It's great how the Situation during the bad weather was solved in the Restaurant! The renovation and remodeling are really well done! We have very, felt very comfortable! Thank you.

The hotel is overrated! Attachment is top! And that is the only on the hotel. The food is a after 2 days boring always the same! Almost nothing at selection of seafood, always the same fish! One remains without a second glass of drinks at the buffe as long as you are no tipping zuschiebt! Defects in the rooms claimed to have nothing fixed! Fantastic resort, very difficult to criticise, great facilities, great staff, great food. Recommended.

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nickel infrastructure, everything is very clean and well maintained.
However very disappointing food, the buffet is plentiful but quality products and preparation are inadequate.

The food in the main restaurant is delicious. We have never seen a buffet as clean, huge and varied as this one. Difficult to find negative points. The à la carte restaurants do not add value. Their interiors are outdated and not cozy. A wide variety of cocktails, liquors, juices, tea's, soft-drinks etc. Waiters: well trained. Animation: fantastic! Evening shows: great. Garden: fabulous. Rooms: very clean but very slippery shower. The bed too short but since I am tall, I pay attention to this. 2 main pools and water slides separated. For kids: pools, a club, playground and Kiddy Disco. The mini golf balls disappeared. Our advice: keep some at the bar near the golf court. Late check-out after 12: 00 possible but expensive. A shower room available free of charges to refresh on checkout day. A good alternative but since we left late, the spacious bathroom was filled with used towels all piled up. Dirty laundry basket recommended. We had a superb holiday and will be back.

Air conditioning we govern ourselves. Food in the hotel is very varied. Deliciously cooked. Lots of fruit. We actually came here to eat them, because in this time of watermelons not yet. I liked the service. Housekeeping was a regular and steady. The waiters in the restaurant were always attentive. Before you go, with the children, immediately show the free space. Ypsilanti and every day, regularly change the bedding, mini bar is always full. Food is terrific. Very diverse, delicious, high quality, great selection. For children this is a paradise. The Paloma Beach Resort is the ideal hotel for a relaxing and ereignsreichen holiday for families with children the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel management and staff are ungewöhnlch and ensure many regulars.

Let's start from the beginning. I have a son of 9 years, with 20 to 29 may. Flew from Тezтура from Ufa. The flight must be at 7 a. M. And on the eve changed the time of your departure 1-30 morning. In Turkey, on the arrival we were met by representatives of Тезтура and all quickly distributed on buses. From the airport to the hotel traveled approximately 1 hour. In hotel local time we arrived about 3-15 morning. Russian-speaking at night they had not. We were for the 5th time there. The Paloma beach is a small, simple hotel in which one feels quickly at home (no Betaonpalast). The well-kept garden and of course the great beach with the generous umbrellas are unique and you have to search long to find something vergeichbares. Unfortunately, the share of the Russian guests is very high. The hotel is located in the village of Kumkoy. Directly behind it are several shopping and eateries. The service is excellent. The staff, especially the upper are very friendly and helpful. Language skills are mostly good. The whole hotel and the rooms are very clean. The food and drinks meet the standard of a 4 * Hotel and are good. There is show cooking again themed dinners and every evening. To the clean 2 swimming pools, one with Wassrerutschen, there are enough beds and umbrellas. The animation is not intrusive, but extensive. Every evening show or venues.
