So, don't want to say much yet. I was a bit irritated by the many assessments, also negative. But this hotel really puts a lot of effort into it, it's very nice every employee here does their best. But I have to complain about one thing, by the pool the sprouts from the ladders to the entrance are very smooth and certainly not ok for the disabled at all. It would be to consider a few flat steps with railings, that absolutely must be made at such a large hotel. So, didn't want to write that much yet, I'm still a bit here.

Very nice hotel and good animation team. Hotel is situated in the city so you can go shopping or to other places: restaurants, cafes, bars or clubs. Beach is also near here but you should come with an elevator as the hotel is on the top.

Very nice hotel in a nice location, although not directly on the beach but close to the beach which can be reached quickly with a short walk. On the beach there is a bar and a restaurant is offered drinks and food from early to late. This is not as diverse as in the hotel but sufficient. The food is hotel is really recommended, the regional specialties were grilled every day on the terrace. The spa — and spa area was also very good. The offer is varied and the price was also fine. If you had to criticize anything, that the rooms aren't exactly big. Still 5 stars, like to return.

Very good, even. Especially the swimming class. Opposite the hotel HORUS PARADISE tour company where a guy from Uzbekistan is our own native. Sells tours to all tours. We recommend it. First to the rooms. The rooms are always nice Sauber and well equipped. Unfortunately, the paid wlan did not work so well up the room. Now for the food. Most food is actually okay but not bad. In addition, there are sometimes events where there are very delicious food. If anyone wonders if there is slush ice, there is slush ice by the pool at the Slush Ice bar. The last point I would like to make is that staff. I haven't seen such a friendly and funny staff yet. At this hotel you get a great value ratio. I can only recommend it.

Nice Hotel, big and clean rooms, food was not the best but okey, drinks cheap hi vol alcohols, personal excluding the lobby bar man friendly and nice.

First of all the positive: the location is top. The hotel is clean. Unfortunately, it is very noisy. If you like station flair, you are right. The positive reviews of the gastronomy area are not comprehensible. The food is meaningless — neither good nor bad. In Turkey there are such great spices, but were not used. Also the restaurant is very noisy and hectic as well as disorganized. The same also applies to the other public areas of the hotel. The fitness room was not usable. The devices are partly broken, the room temperature too warm and there was a strong chlorine smell after swimming pool.

This prenses Otel is very bad. I was told that I booked the site. Then they wanted me €30 so I could get another room. I did, and I learned from the other guests that they didn't pay anything. At the reception the boss Mr. Mustafa Goektas asked why the other guests did not pay. It was just a question. He became stressful and there was another man from the office and told me that Otel belongs to us. We do what we want. If someone doesn't effected us and doesn't like the nose then he has to pay. This aggressive mafia action does not need a person on holiday. The otel doesn't even deserve two stars. Unerliche people who offer bad food and service. I say I'd rather go somewhere else. I was 1 week at this Otel… 14.01.2018 to 21.01.2018. There are more examples than with music. The Muzik is played until 2 pm. But, no to Nulluhr was out with the Muzik. But the guests were still sitting. They were so cheeky that they made the lights. It was totally dark in the hall and a man fell. As I said, there is still a lot to write, but I'll summarise it briefly. Please stay away from this otel.

The hotel is in a good location. Jedinstvennoe from the sea.

Food is great. Delicious. Staff in main restaurant is perfect. Lobby Personal NOK. You don't sit for hours to ask what we want to drink. (We are two, to larger groups go the waiters all the time). Hence 1 star deduction. Room service is not ok. If the wipes have been marked, they will not be replaced after 3 days. In bed, a few strangeness hairs were right on the first day. Hence 2nd star deduction. Fitness space is fine.

Offering hotel with good value for money. Eat well and also warm, attentive staff, but not intrusive. Good arrangement from the pool area. Indoor pool directly accessible from the outer pool. Towels are available for a fee of around €10, you will be refunded in coins on departure. Good location, side walking distance via the promenade and Kumköy in you other way as well. Dolmus right outside the door. Getting to the beach a bit far, snack bar on the beach didn't convince me. Gym is rather unsightly, flooring worn out us equipment selection low. Nevertheless, absolutely recommended for the course.

Bad hotel EVER! Booked was junior suite Should we ONLY get a double room. But it would be possible to get a family room for an extra charge of 100 euros. Nous WIEDER not recommended any further. ABZOCKE Getting through eating diarrhea.

The hotel is really nicely equipped so that you feel very comfortable. The staff is top and very friendly. However, in the restaurant, the staff had more to do with their mobile phones and conversations with each other than to serve the guests competently.

Location of hotel is good as u can have a walk along the coast after sunset especially. And there r many bars and restaurants alongside the sea where u can enjoys turkish food. Service and food is good at Side Prenses.

I am in this hotel for the second time. As in my last visit, we can see that the service staff does everything to make the guests comfortable. I go with my family. The family is also very happy.

This hotel has a great jeweler in U2. Good price and friendly owner. Bought a puzzle ring, 14karat 4g.

Good hotel for a family holiday with a great location and view from the rooms. For their money-generally super. Someone complains about the distance of 200 meters from the sea, but for us it became only an advantage. Walk after a delicious meal in the restaurant-the most. Were here in the middle of May, the weather pleased-warm, but not too hot, perhaps a stronger heat could spoil the impression-I do not like sultry summer. Got on the Turkish holiday on May 19 with a gala dinner. There was still a fish day with super food-there were cool impressions. On other days all was enough with surplus, even if on the most running dishes musketeers a small queue. Not as much free liquor as it could be, but we didn't need it. In addition to the three main meals, the bars on the beach and the pools offer pizza and hamburgers. There is a snack bar with sweet and savoury food on the poludnik. The Hotel Raspolozhknie is also a big plus. Near Old side, where you can walk along the beautiful promenade. Close Manavgat with waterfall, parks and shopping mall. Relatively near and spit, where the river flows into the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But that was not a problem, we knew about it in advance.

We have 9 days in this hotel spent it was a dream experience these is hotel to recommend to continue anyway. All agreed friendly staff that rooms were clean every day has been thoroughly cleaned. The food simply brilliant especially very variety and very nicely decorated. It is simply super suitable for family's recommend anyway. Power even the experience you will back to travel.

Before you go to the hotel, read the reviews, which were only praise and admiration, but this year, on arrival was disappointed. Last year had a rest in Kemer (hotels will not be called, not to think that is advertising, but the price even a little cheaper, and by the way the reviews were not so shiny side, how about the princesses). If in Kemer was in the top 5, in side is a solid 3-ka. Why people write a lot you know Why lead people astray. Description: 1. The hotel is large, clean, little green. 2. The rooms are clean, not bad. 3. Cleaning of rooms is not important. (in the year brilliantly and was cleaned every day and towels the cleaning lady did all kinds of swans and small animals, a small thing of course but the mood is lifted). 4. I take many years in this hotel and can say only positive things about it. Staff is always friendly and Nice. I will also continue to spend my holidays there.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and toilets, friendly staff… Here are the basic things are ok :-) The facility of the hotel is actually quite nice, only some areas are visually less appealing. Spa visually beautiful, massage well, just try to sell you necessarily more massage therapy in the recovery room and talking about a physical problems. Beach is good and easy to reach on foot and also beautiful… Eat no matter whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are always lots of choices, but still had the feeling that somehow everything just tastes and is only little change in… We had a very nice and big room where there was nothing, only the TV was too small and the laminate floor has been already highly one arched so that up with your feet on the edge could be injured and it looked visually not so good… Wi-Fi has to be paid extra at 3 euros per person and safe also 2Euro the day euro :-) ) therefore only three star also if it is a 5 star hotel is… But as so often is the devil in the detail ;-) But at the end I have to say that price achievements was absolutely ok here (316Euro 8days incl transfer and flight)

More guests were German and all staff can speak German well, but for English they were not too good, in winter and early spring more people were elder German people, and hotel was too quite. Food and services were good. They gave us a three bed room with good sea view, but we are reserve a double bed room.

Fantastic hotel amazing staff had a brilliant holiday here in April 2015 food was amazing too and the entertainment was really good. Thanks fatih and the gang.

Spontaneous holiday in July 2015 have a week to spoil myself. From the arrival to I was just served and spoiled. Whether in the Lobby or room service to the Spa area, everything was super. In the Restaurants, or the Morning-lunch and evening-the Restaurant has nothing missing. One can only further recommend. Many thanks to the staff PS: I will be coming back again.

The hotel is great the staff are fabulous the recipient staff are crap nobody speaks English I was badly let down by them this holiday was special to me and my family as it was my 70 birthday I was stuck in the back rooms over looking car park with a dog chained up barking at 4.00 most mornings reported it to recipient they didn't want to no I asked to be moved to rooms that I had booked still didn't want to do anything I had to spend 14 days listening to that dog but they moved 3 Germany families I would only go back for staff and if they got somebody that could speak English (I would go back for staff they were amazing) we made a lot of friends.

Vacationing with her sister and her granddaughter at SIDE PRENSES and SPA RESORT in June, 2013. Greeted us with a professional guide-Malik. The room was at once, although we arrived in the morning. New furniture in the rooms, the pool is great, a lot of places for children and adults. The sea warm. The baby liked the pool slides. Especially we liked, so it's diverse menu. Chefs cook a huge thanks! All food is of excellent quality, availability of prawns, Octopus us pleasantly surprised like that during the day resting on the poolside loungers handed out cold drinks and fruit. Staff at professional, polite, helpful. We note with gratitude the waiters Manager Jamal, a waiter in the main restaurant and the bar waiter Erkan Mustafa. The child was delighted by the animators of Lera and Mary. Next year we plan to go vacationing in the same hotel. Thanks for a good rest.

It is a Super chic hotel with magnificent views, if one has booked sea view. The old town is easily reached via the promenade walk. The waiters in the main restaurant have very much to do, partly right in the Streß, yet I was served quickly and kindly. A huge selection of super delicious dishes. Also in the lobby bar, the service was fast and friendly. Price / rates fully in order. Facilities and cleanliness of my room was fine. Cleaning was daily if the "Please clean room" light was turned on. Suited for all groups of people. 5 star hotels in Germany are not better but substantially more expensive.

An acceptable budget accommodation in the Wintersasion. Although 5 star hotel is unfortunately is it not meet the claim, Thrifty practical möbelierung uncomfortable atmosphere in the bars and dining room (canteen feeling) unfriendly reception fit in winter to the mostly German retiree crowd in rubber slippers and sports clothing. Buffet is cheap AI price environment in order.
