Very nice hotel with dreamlike beach.
No intrusive staff like you hear from Turkey, who want to swarm you up a bit (photos, entertainers, shopkeepers in the hotel, etc. ). Everyone could German and the food was plentiful and varied. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Lg.

We were at Alba Queen for the first time in 2019 in April with our two children (12 and 15) and we were thrilled.
The staff is very friendly helpful and coming before, the rooms are clean and generous also the food is varied. The entertainers are super nice and funny, even the plaster staff is really friendly and responds to wishes. We haven't regretted being there, so this year we're flying back to the Alba Queen in July and we're really looking forward to being there again.

Returned home today from a wonderful 10 days at this beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly, hotel was immaculately clean. Fab beach on the doorstep. Variety and standard of food was brilliant. Lovely relaxed atmosphere all around the hotel despite being the busy season, and the pool was fab, kids loved the water slides. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will go back again.

I am just back from holiday had a fantastic holiday stayed in room 3543 we had a great view over pool and sea view, staff was amazing, made lots friends animation team was fantastic especially Dodo, Cameron, Eddie and rest of staff we had a fantastic time the cleaners pool attendants keeping the place spotless food was fantastic highly recommend ànd I will be going back! thank you to all the staff wee Ramadan the barman at the disco I thank you all xx.

A very clean friendly hotel with excellent all inclusive facilities. The quality of the food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
My only reservation is the al a carte restaurant not a total failure but I came away disappointed.
all in all a good holiday.

It was alright not 5 star in my opinion and if your kids love building sandcastles be prepared for cigarette butt's poking out the sides needs a clean big time. Staff are lovely and polite. If you want to buy inflatables for the pool or anything really the hotel shop is double the price of the shops a 2 min walk left out of the hotel food is OK much the same everyday.

Loverly hotel nice friendly staff good food me being English they cater mainly for Germans etc so the entertainment was disappointing but still had a good time.

Can't fault the staff best service in a hotel for attentiveness try the Turkish bath and massage on site very welcoming always smiling cannot do enough food great good selection entertainment good just about too much euro pop.

Personally, I liked everything, maybe not straight 5ka, but on 4.5 pulls!

No Wi-Fi or Iron. Food was basic. Thomson rep only interested in selling excursions vs sorting issues. At best 3 star hotel that's being kind. Pool closed all day Friday. Have to pay for safe deposit box. Taxi from hotel cost €18. Same trip organisd yourself cos less than half that. It's a money making operation that's too extreme to give customer service/ satisfaction.

Pros: nice pool, no queues in bars and restaurant, friendly staff, there are always free sunbeds by the pool and on the beach.
Cons: food and housekeeping.

Were 2 years ago, came again this year, all remained at the same level, the staff also friendly, the cuisine varied, meat, chicken, fish, of course the tourists from the CIS ( (if earlier the ratio was 90/10% where 90% is tourists from the EU, now it is Good 70/30%, the staff is already a little fluent in the Russian), spinning our POPSU by the pool), and so all the same European hotel, a good level, with knowledge of German and English stay is simplified, but without this people relax quite comfortably.

I recommend really this Hotel, well situated, although there are no night activities outside the hotel, you can still go to Side which is around 15-20 min far with taxi Food is excellent Swimmingpool nice Workers all nice Animations verry well, especially Memo and Burak and Alp, and also the guest relationship responsible You will enjoy it.

Brilliant. Very friendly staff, delicious food, 24h pool bar (! ), lots of activities during the day and events in the evening and just a stones throw away from the beach. If I had to pick a negative it would be that the pool was a bit cold but we went early in the season so the weather wasnt as hot as it could be.

Just returned after 7 days at The Alba Queen Hotel Resort. My wife and I together with our grandson, his wife and 3 daughters had one of the most enjoyable holidays ever. We have decided to try and make a return next year.

The village is small, shopping malls and TP-No. The first coastline. The hotel is clean with no foreign smells. Met at once, T to late check in was. The hotel is focused on Germans, prices in euros, waiters are focused on tips, alcohol local production, around the clock. The food is varied, tasty. The room is small, the cleaning is superficial, no dental supplies, shampoo in the dispenser on the wall. The room was very clean. The grounds are small, but there are paths for walking, the sea is nearby, Sandy shore, as in Anapa, then shallow, then deep.

The hotel is not 5 star I think rather 3 stars. For cleanliness I would not give 2 stars room would only be cleaned briefly the bathroom not only exchanged towels. The hotel has been very much in the years. Food was good pool was also in locating. There were many unfriendly waiters in the hotel were artificial flowers. We come to Turkey nice 22 years but this hotel was the worst we had.

Don't book leave tablets in room take pictures of your kids without permission especially if they are blonde and you are english. Don't refill mini bar unless you ring and ask. Put people with young children on top floor with balcony. Don't pay for the Wi-Fi it works just as rubbish as the free Wi-Fi. Pools are freezing cold even in 32 degree heat. Slides only open for short period and then the Life guards are rude to your children. Drunk people smashing glasses near pool staff don't to clean up. If you have young children don't expect to get your child asleep before 1am people shouting drunk singing loud music until early hours. None of the balcony doors lock even after changing rooms 3 different times. Reception aren't helpful whether that's general rudeness or the sheer lack of understanding I'm unsure. Lifts where broken when we arrived so they expected us with a buggy and suitcases to cart them up 4 floors. They don't show you to your room or even point you in the general direction they give u key and say bye. Worst hotel I have been to in a long time. Have been to turkey 3 times now and if I had to base turkey on this stay I wouldn't be coming back. Gives turkey a bad name!

Nice room, clean sea, great food. Perfect for families with children. There are two pools, big outside with slides.

This hotel is so nice and beautiful. We will come again this year. We like so much the evening shows and the entertainment team. We enjoy the water gym with snejana the the dart with Nemo and all activity also duygu and kamuran thanks Ali baba and his team.

I am 2017 in this hotel and always like to come here again. Especially the animation was very very good the animators Nemo and the chief animator Ali Baba and the Snejana give everything.

Hotel ISR very nice. Swimming pool is sour and warm. Beach is great and sand eating is very nice and different every day. Highly recommended. Animation is very very nice especially memo, Barbara and ALP are very friendly and helpful. I'll come back on the case.

It was nice modern delicious food buffet or restaurant both all inclusive as well as drinks at noon you could eat either buffet pool or beach bar where there was either cake or something from the menu. The rooms were nicely furnished with balcony and partly with Mehrblick and TV The beach is about 40 m away and is nice fine white sand with own couches and free drinks vending machines.

Food is fantastic. Staff very friendly. Except for those at the reception. They can still learn something from the service. Rooms are clean and decorated in a typical country. Could be slowly updated. Should be a 5 star hotel. I'd rather go to 4 stars.

Great stay. English speaking reception. Could solve problems with family rooms on site. Very nice staff. Great buffet and attentive waiter. Water slides fantastic. Only the hot tub was not heated which in October, however, would have been urgently needed because pool landscape nice but freezing. Way to the beach 10 min entertaining design. Everything clean. We felt very comfortable.

Hello, First the good: Hotel complex, rooms maintained, even the beach part. Our room lady, perfect and nice, have always placed us at the best and nicest Kelner.
Now the disaster: My wife and I had started our 9-day honeymoon at the Alba Queen, at the same time I had my birthday at the end of September. Since it was the perfect occasion, my wife reserved a table for my birthday in the specially existing fish restaurant in the same hotel.
The table was also beautifully decorated, but then the evil took its course.
The fish was fur-dry, but it tasted like fish.
After leaving our half portions lying and leaving, we at least wanted to enjoy the evening together, it started with my wife. Stomach ache!
We go to the room and zack diarrhea at her, 2 hours then the full program at the top and bottom at the same time with me.
All night, my wife and I put the toilet clinch in our hands.
In the morning nothing went to me anymore, my wife is half-exhausted to the reception wobbled to the front desk and a local doctor had to examine me in our hotel room. He prescribed us some things that my wife bought at the pharmacy around the corner! After 2 days I was better so far that I could at least eat white bread with tea. Our All Inclusive was apparently destroyed. My wife took 3 days until she dared to get back to the pool and the lying. Thus, the last 5 days of holiday, Schonkost were the order of the day.

What a great hotel 2nd to non.

We have just returned from this hotel! This is not a 5* hotel (in my opinion) on our arrival we where checked in quickly, couldn't believe it when we was told there's a charge for the safe in the room! Never before have I had this! When we was taken to a room we was hit with a terrible smell only way I can describe it was (cats wee) we refused to stay in this room, the guy on reception told me there where no other rooms available and we'd have to stay in hotel next door, I told him We wasn't going to another hotel! Why should we? Then he found us a room! Funny that! Room 2252 again it had a funny smell to it but not as bad. Room was not overly big but ok. The food was terrible only meat served chicken Turkey and not sure if was veal or beef! And cold when staff where told they just shrugged their shoulders, the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel No themed nights not even a Turkish night!. Breakfast was nothing special and the staff where rude! The snack bar food was better than main restaurant (in my opinion) few bar staff where ok but again majority where rude & miserable! The beach is not 100m away as stated in brouchure and it's on a hill… the beach is nice though. The animation team where again rude, ignorant and in my opinion didn't do much apart from sit around all day talking! I didn't appreciate being told by them we where lazy! Because we didn't want to play one of their games! I was on holiday and wanted to relax! Comments like that aren't needed!

Since last fiew years food got worst, drinks got more watery. Entertainment not very good anymore either. Staff still very helpful, happy and smily.

This is our second trip to Turkey and first time to the Alba Royal hotel (for guests over 16) in Çolaklı (pronounced cho-lack-leh). We stayed two weeks in a Superior Room (32 m2) side sea-view room. The extra space made a difference and the twin double doors are a must for light seekers. The hotel architecture was as it appeared in their hotel description. Plenty of space for a hotel with only 224 rooms; two large buffets restaurants both with outdoor terraces, two very large cocktail bar/lounges the Angora and Nakita Lounge both with outdoor terraces, the Angora Lounge stays open 24 hours, the Aqua pool bar that serves hot snacks until 5 pm, but the bar remains open until midnight, and a beach bar/restaurant that serves hot meals until 4 pm. There were many other spaces we never chanced to use; Disco bar, Jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, bowling alley, reading room, game room, and he Biscotti House Cafe. There are two main restaurants. The buffet selection was very good and varied, though identification and labeling could be improved. We were offered three a la carte restaurants (Cuban, Amadeus Fish, Efendy Turkish), however we were very satisfied with the buffet. Long pants for men were required for evening dinner, but unfortunately the rule wasn't enforced. A completely equipped breakfast room was open as early as 6:00 am for early check-outs as well as a light meal/snack available in the restaurant for those us who checked-in late.

Great place for family holidays.

During this time in January, the weather was warm and sunny. Dad food was very good. Staff very friendly & service also. Man can recommend it.

An I imagine different 5 star hotel: bathrobe and slippers, SOAP from body lotion, hair shampoo, soap dispensers, etc. All that is missing. The plant is outdated but good.

Was just a few days ago in the Hotel. The Hotel is as 5 star Hotel, but not at all the requirements. So if someone with the expectation so will be arriving, he will be disappointed. Had as an individual in a room with a partial Mehrblick booked and received a quadruple room with bunk beds (the so-called family rooms) and a chair! In talking with other guests I learned that this is not an isolated case. My fellow passengers mother came in he just. An exchange was not possible, with the note, I would have a larger room. The staff at the reception reacted unfriendly. If you have all the guidelines for a 5 star Hotel to be considered and this also with other Hotels in Turkey compares, imposes itself on the suspicion that it simply … is. The note by me is the only reason why, because this is not an isolated case during my stay was. Also, many other services were a 5 star Hotel not worthy (for example, served by waiters in sweatpants at dinner, far too few seats at the Bar and in the dining area). The plant itself is o. K, well kept and maintained. Ideal is the short route to the beach.
