The hotel is in a convenient part of the city-all within walking distance and the center with shops and discos and promenade with cafes. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the staff problems-towel can wait 2 days. And, friends, remember-never settle for 6 corps, even for 1 night! Good hotel with normal service. Especially for a 4 star hotel. There is a swimming pool, 5 minutes to the sea, there is a free sauna, its beach, the food is normal (with meat at the end of the season not much, mostly semi-finished, but a lot of vegetables, greens and sweets).

We stayed in Kemer in the first half of October, 2017. The hotel wanted in the city center, so chose the ambassador. The location is good, everything is close. We met in 5 building, it is in meters 100 from the main building, where the dining room. The building has its own pool, there is a water cooler (only cold) and a coffee machine, which is switched off at 23.00, and a machine with drinks like compote. No tea in the body, it upset me. And I personally could not drink coffee, T. K. He reminded me of a coffee drink with the aroma of overcooked barley. The room was large, with a balcony, air conditioning and TV worked. We came under the balcony to play cats, it is very nice. The room was cleaned badly, even garbage sometimes forgot to carry, water should be changed, the lighting is bad, only the bra at the bed and wall lamp, so in the evening book not read. This is NOT a four star hotel. Hostels in Europe are better than this hotel. This is why: 1) There are different buildings and if you are not on the main building you have to walk there to to eat/ bar/ pool etc. 2) You only get 300mb of free Wi-Fi for all your stay. If you want more — you have to pay. 3) the bathroom smelled of urine since the day we came until the end of our stay. I guess nobody knows where it comes from so it can not be cleaned. 4) the bed sheets and towels had stains and holes in them. 5) beds and pillows are very uncomfortable — I developed a back pain from it. 6) thr furniture in the hotel is worn out and damaged. It looks very cheap. Same as the cheap perfume in the lobby. 7) the balcony was tiny. 8) there are spaces between the balcony door and the frame when the door is completely closed. One night we found a huge bug and spent an hour trying to catch it (We kept the balcony door closed all the time) 9) none of the furniture in the room has soft pads on the legs and so we could not sleep when drunk neighbours upstairs kept dragging chairs through the floor all night! It made a horrible noise. Also 50% of the time there was some annoying knocking sound from god knows where. 10) cocktails in the bar are a mess. The bartender just mixes no matter what she has next to her — usually just pours in all of the last bits in the bottles. Bar is only open until 23 p. M. 11) very little beach space, not enough beds for this size hotel.
