Really enjoyed our stay. The beach and water were the best part. Very clear water. The manager even made our daughter mashed patatoes everyday (she was teething and didnt want to eat anything else. ) The food was amazing too. (Im usually a picky eater. ) Your right in the city so theres alot to see at night. It doesnt have alot of music. (Which we liked since we have a child and we went to relax not party) Overall we would deff recomend this hotel.

This is a really good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Beach is really not far from hotel. Water is AMAZING, and really nice view on mountains.

Front desk staff barely speaks English and with the exception of the only woman is unfriendly. They gave us a lower category room insisting that all rooms were like that, while the next day, after we showed them pictures of what we booked, they finally admitted that nicer rooms were available (but the hotel was full and we had to wait two more days to get he right room). They didn't even apologize. Food is ok, beach is small and crowded, you need to wake up at 7 to go and reserve a spot otherwise you won't have a chair available later. I have seen the beach full at 8 am. Swimming pool is small and completely in the shadow at 3 pm (due to the geographic location of Kemer). If you're an English speaking visitor I suggest you seek something else. If you speak Russian you might be able to get through to the front desk staff and actually have things taken care of.
