Its not 5* hotel. Stinky air comes from air-conditioning. 2 days room was not cleaned. Guy on reception was acting like I was not there when asking after check out. He also gave wrong information. Food was ok. The kitchen staff was supposed to bring drinks to table and that happened ones. Animation for kids? I don't think that it exists in the hotel. Luna park exists and half of it was not working. Other half should be renovated 5 years ago. I was at 3* hotels which are same as this one with exception that the food at this one is better. Cookies are bad. Kid didn't want to eat them. Pool is ok. I do not recommend this hotel. Too much money for the bad and fair service. Wi-Fi. Hahaha. They call that Wi-Fi. It's disaster.

Everything about this resort is excellent. Whole family loved it. Only drawback was the design of the bathroom door-water kept leaking out unto the corridor.

Have no complaints at all. Plenty of food choice, Friendly Staff, cleanliness is very good, Air conditioning, spacious rooms, free mini bar, plenty of clothe storage, free Wi-Fi, Tv only English channel is news. But after reading other reviews, I can't see any of the spoiler criticisms holding water. That I read before coming here. Been here 3 out of 7 days. Wheel chair accessible everywhere as well. 10/10

The sea at this hotel is very durty and very deep, food is far away from a 5 star hotel, Wi-Fi is very slow. When I checked in got a handycap room which was horrible took 2 days to get another one. Stay away from this hotel!

There are so many cons that I don't even know where to start. Had a rest this year. 1. Wi-Fi not available in rooms generally on 1 floor with huge frequency. 2. Animators are seen, not heard. 3. The food is like there, and like it or not. 4. Disco schedule is, sitting waiting, waiting, nothing. 5. In the clean room normal only when you complain at the reception. 6. In the pool a lot of sand on the bottom and unfortunately it is not cleaned every day. It is possible to list infinitely, I do NOT ADVISE. Money thrown to the wind.

I Put the relevant 4, but solid. The hotel is very good value for money. Food is decent, but quickly come to eat. The Choice of alcohol is great. The rooms are always clean. The Hotel is generally clean.

Hello, rarely leave reviews, and only in cases where they vary. I have been Flying for many years through a familiar, never had a disorder, and then suddenly before the flight to the top hotels appeared negative reviews and they were the last. So, we are having a rest now here three, me, the nephew (5 years) and the sister. Arrived early in the morning, at 8, the Gnas immediately sent for breakfast before the registration, as said and that they have a change of watch, so to speak. They Said to come after breakfast and we will be accommodated. But, the new change claimed that the settlement after 14:00 (there is nothing to complain, everyone knows everything, just before… They said they will check in right after breakfast), supposedly there are no available rooms at all! Although, % 40-50 were empty, we went for a walk, on the street was already such a heat that blonde from 8 to 14 had no desire, I sent my sister at the reception to this woman (which has no rooms), say ask for an extra fee, and then suddenly the numbers she appeared a lot. Put it money in a carmask ($50) and gave us a regular standard room, even with a partial sea view.

Very poor service, cleaning and food. The Hotel is very nice. If possible, choose other hotels in Belek. The Neighboring Alba Donna is much nicer.

Perhaps if you go first to Turkey, then the hotel may seem not bad. But those who are already spoiled with good service, it is not very pleasant. Overall hotel not bad, rooms are clean, fresh repair. The grounds and beach on the 4 — ku, but the food and service in the restaurant on 2, spoiled all impression about the rest! Never one waiter didn't offer drinks, you have to run around all lunch and dinner here and there. The location was 5 minute. Was previously in Alva Donee, much nicer impression, I regret that chose Sherwood at this time.

The hotel was once before some certainly very nice, now something has come over the years.
The location is not really good, in the city center you need an hour with the Dolmus.

Sherwood dream is a very good option if you would like to spend quality time with your loved ones in Belek. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but you do not need to go to the center as everything is provided there. The try their best to keep everybody happy. The staff are quite nice and happy to help. I reserved a family room there but did not like it as it was not good enough for 3 adults but quite convenient for those with kids. They gave me another room which had a very nice view of the sea instead. I enjoyed the game center. It is quite amusing for people at different ages. Make sure to check it! But I think the night programs need to be improved. We all enjoyed our time in Sherwood. Recommended! :)

Good staff. Very clean hotel and good service. Enjoyed the spa facilities and the massage. Good food but need to include a curry dish. Enjoyed the night entertainment but need to improve on music. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very nice hotel and staff but not much to do around. I recommend to hire a car before the trip (to not overpay) and drive to alanya.

I would recommend this hotel. German hotel with good food. Holidaymakers are all kind and helpful, no feeling that you are among foreigners.

The cleanliness for a 5 stars leaves a lot to desire it is for my part only 3 maximum.

Very good stay at Sherwood dreams resort. Temperature from 26 to 28 °, hotel beach clean, friendly staff, responsive to our requests. Very clean hotel. Cold swimming pool but in November it's normal, water slides very cool for small and large. Food a bit repetitive over 12 days but choice wide enough for all tastes. Just the language barrier, but they're trying to understand us. They would have to speak English a little more. Animations even in November. It was a great stay, however renting a vehicle outside the hotel as the price is 3 times the airport price. Otherwise I would recommend as a family mini club even in November.

Stay 27.09.17-07/10.17 The hotel is about 1 hour drive from Antalya Airport. It took us over 1.5 hours with a transfer to the hotel, as 7 other hotels were approached on the way there to drop off the passengers.
A hotel that has now been coming in years. The plant is not particularly large. For swimming on the beach I can only recommend taking bathing shoes with you, as it is totally stone-heavy.
The kitchen isn't special either. Almost always the same is served. For vegetarians, no choice of hot food at all. Even with the night arrival, as is always customary, sandwiches are offered, but when asked if you could get something without sausage, came the reply: "We have no alternatives at this time, please take the sausage out of the bread. "
The tables in the restaurant are dirty, cutlery and napkins must be obtained if the tables are not covered. The service makes every effort to accept the beverage wishes, unfortunately not always with success.
Now I come to the most important thing, to the room. A Jacuzzi room with sea views was booked. We arrived at the hotel at about 2 o 'clock at night and got a room on the ground floor. So the sea view was the opposite balconies. The Jacuzzi was on the balcony. Anyone can walk by while walking by, looking. But the worst was the hygienic state of the cleanliness of the rooms. The windows that were above the Jacuzzi were totally dirty, water splash/lime deposits.

The kitchen in the evening is super, the pool is super, the beach sand-pebbles, in September the waves knock off the feet-cautiously, in July was the sea to much calmer. The room is clean. Dirty area, old hotel. There are our many Turks, many family and many young people. In general, everything is mixed. Every Friday show program. The hotel level is just below average. Children's animation is weak. The menu is monotonous, although the meat is different: chicken, turkey, beef, lamb sometimes. Very nice staff. Sometimes overwhelmed. The rooms are clean and very nice.

Food is good and the service is great too. The rooms are very clean. The ac is very bad it stops working from 3am to 6am. There's a show or party every night but there's barely chairs to sit, you have to reserve a table 1h before the show begins. The water slides and pool games are fun. After all it's an acceptable hotel.

We had a nice holiday! The staff were friendly and helped us with problems! The food was totally delicious! The cleanliness was so far quite ok, yes it is better, but I am not there to look for defects. For us, it was sufficient. The animation on the day was more often really funny, eg head jump over the pole or foam party. In the evening there were also some great things like the acrobats! Only shortcoming, it was more often just too loud. The music by the pool or night the disco. The rooms were also very clairvoyant. Some guests have behaved next to it in terms of dining in the pool or with swimwear in the restaurant. But other than that, we were really, really satisfied and felt comfortable!

Horrible place. Children's baseynaya fungus treat foot now. Kinderen trading from 6.00 am to 9.00 am and from 19.00 till 23.00 at night, sleep is not real. Service n solid 3 ball 12 ball. The restaurant is simply eatery. Cleaning of Numerov 7 days only two times. Change Biglia fiction, except for one. For four people two polotenca ate two more jewels. One negative even on the beach the dirt and cigarette butts. I do not advise to go.

The hotel is good but requires some renovation. Russians came back. Yesterday one Russian family had a fight after a lot of alkohol.

Big and nice rooms. Bathroom could have been cleaner but after contacting the reception and a little bit of tipping, the hotel solved the issue. The bars, pools and other entertainment options were amazing the staff is helpful. The food selection was the best.

The hotel we found now is not so particularly good. We have our holidays in October 2015 in sherwood dream resort belek spent. The rooms were dirty, dusty. Toilet one could not from the inside zusperen was only a matte glass door. Sink and shower were fully calcified and verostet. Cleaned is it also not very well or few days überhaup not. Beds were partly broken or dirty I don't want to imagine what it is then if you bettlacken way does. Food — not so great ausweil and the same every day, fresh it was not always. Mini-club the opening hours were not so particularly good, from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17 around this time, especially the morning were most at the beach or pool. There are advantages and disadvantages. Advantage: the Hotel and environment is very good, families and child-Friendly as well as very good fast service in Restaurant. Disadvantage: Alla carté Restaurant is missing and it has too little meat (beef). October 2015 I recommend anyone this Hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel at all. The food is ok but the room sizes and specially the cleaning is a big problem. I complained almost everyday for room cleaning, but still dirty rooms.

Rude staff, one does not feel comfortable and likely to think it is a burden. The Reception takes care of any concerns of the customer. Food is great and a great selection. The rooms are unfortunately no longer the most up to date and not properly cleaned. Criticism is not accepted, rather another Hotel recommended.

The staff are lovely and very hospitable, the atmosphere is lovely, the resort itself is somewhere that you enjoy staying at, would definitely recommend it.
