Appalling Hotel. Dirty. Food cold repetitive. Facilities closed. Ran out of drinks at bars. Dirty sunbeds pool areas dirty. Slides osed. Bars closed. Shops closed. Indoor pools closed. Coffee bar closed. Un helpful reception and management. Awful place.

The staff is really friendly but I wish they would speak more English 😘

Kept running out of towels, ice cream, ice tea, food, pizza, mini bar not filled. Service was poor.

If you're talking german, you're no longer popular! Service is very funny, some of the employees are so naughty, they can't wait a few seconds for you to look at the choice and order but look at you as an idiot! that's what it's all about losing customers! I don't recommend any more, neither has a family of five lost Crystal Waterworld. First around 2016 it was very different, very popular and friendly staff, that pulled me again, but no more!

Never again! Most of the employees are demotivated totally. In the room of old chewing gum and hair. Hotel much too small for the number of hotel guests. When you eat total Chaos. No idea where the 5 stars come from.

Nice hotel near Belek, 5 stars rated but the rooms are only 4 stars, the reception personnel are not professional, you have to wait a lot for a room and be careful to receive the room that you ve paid for. You have a lot of bars inside and outside, local drinks. If you want attention you have to give them a tip from the 1st day. The big minus is the beach bar which is open only from 10 o clock. Breakfast, Lunch and dinnners food is almost the same but tasty, only 3 types of fish in a week period. If you are not at time at meals the place become very crowdy and you will not find all the food. The rooms are small, tidy, the bathroom was not tidy. Mini bar was not refilled every day but the housekeeping was daily. Be careful this was the 1st hotel where my money was stolen from the room and also my ipods from my backpack. But no one seemed to care about it. The beach is large with pebbles on the shore, was cleaned every night but hard to clean after a lot of turists. Overall the place is nice and proper for a family with kids cause you have the water slides. The SPA personnel which gives you towels aren’t friendly but you can tip them for change the towels and even to put you menthol aroma in the sauna. Wi fi coverage is good but the speed is very low.

Fabulous hotel for a family holiday. Well catered all inclusive with plenty of tasty good options. Most staff very friendly and helpful.

We are on Day 8 of 10 and having a wonderful time. Poolside entertainment is superb throughout the day and rooms cleaned impeccably each day. Once you get used to the size of the complex it is very enjoyable. Irish Bar worth a visit pre and post dinner as well as some of the speciality restaurants. Only down side being there are no bars outside the complex if you want a change of scenery and a drink elsewhere and sometimes not enough staff at dinner time so you have to get your own drinks. Great hotel though! Word of warning, going into Belek is worth a visit but get the bus it costs about 10 Turkish lira for 3 of you completed to the taxis which wait for you and charge you a return journey — 250lira. A complete rip off!

Outstanding holiday all the family thoroughly enjoyed themselves from day one just wish we would’ve booked for longer met some great company the food and service was brilliant the staff couldn’t do enough for you during the stay absolutely outdone all expectations and more… I will definitely be booking for next year again thanks crystal waterworld for a fantastic holiday.

Crystal Waterworld Is a great tel. With an amazing view and design interiors. Almost the entire hotel is lined with marble the impression that you are in some castle. The diverse and who mu very tasty cuisine will surprise even the refined gourmets. Gorgeous animation, in the evening you definitely will not be bored. This hotel is perfectly suitable not only for friends but also for families with children. The kids will love it. I highly recommend it!

In general, there is a place to walk and take a picture. The food is good, the choice is decent. Lots of sweets. Seafood is almost gone. The staff is very polite, all problems are solved instantly. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The sea here is true muddy, from behind nearby flowing river, it is a minus.

Now relax in this hotel, everything is super, the food is good, met in 30 seconds, the service is excellent. Separate Sea: This is the contrast! On the advice of friends went to Crystal Paraiso. The rest Was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I Advise everyone! Be sure to go to the hammam and try the bread with cheese and meat (do on the beach and by the pool). Still very tasty waffles make in the afternoon in a pastry shop. Niewieder 1. Unstable and slow Internet 2. The hotel manager goes to the sack 3. Almost every day eat the same and it doesn't taste 4. Animators are very boring 5. No interest is shown to compatriots even in some games will be cheated and the tourists will win 6. There is a disco which opens from 12 o'clock at night the mood inside is like a funeral and closes at 2 o'clock at night? WTF 7. Only cheap alcohol where you have to drink the whole bottle in order to get into the mood and the beer is diluted with water 8. The room toilets are so filthy and outdated that the toilet slices have already become yellow 9. Lunch is served in the evening, sometimes even one day afterwards in a different form, which gives you extreme stomach problems, the tourists have no idea how the Turkish food tastes and that's why they like it but the local guests know the That food does not taste and were of the same opinion as me!

This is our first hotel and compare with nothing. The hotel is nice. In travel we were warned that the arrival to the hotel would be around 11am and inhabit us only at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, so it was. In order not to lose three hours in the empty you can put your luggage in a designated room (a room under video surveillance). There you can change clothes and go quietly spend time on the territory of the hotel. The staff is polite, friendly, tidy looking, always trying to help. The food is varied and tasty, lots of greens, salads, sauces, snacks, hot and pastry pastries. On the territory there are two pools one large, plus water slides, the other less. For children there are pools and water slides. There are various activities for adults and children. The animators try to entertain the people. Many families with children, but children did not interfere with our rest (we have no children). To get to the sea it is necessary to go 5-7 minutes or go to special. Transport 2-3 minutes. There is a bar on the beach. The beach is wide (from the bar to the sea) from large sand and fine pebbles. The sunbeds are closer to the bar under the tarpaulin, and the sun loungers near the sea under the hot sun. There is a SPA: Hammam, Swimming pool + jacuzzi in the same pool, peeling, masks, massage. There is also a gym and a hairdresser. The hotel grounds are big and green. The rooms are decent and cozy. There is one drawback-the maids are poorly cleaned room.

It's my last day today spent 4 days here. Hotel brilliant. Couldn't fault it. Workers helpful hard working. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Entertainers fantastic tried to get everyone involved. Beach 5 mins walk or a tractor ride. Food very nice fresh. It would be nice if more different nationalities came here. Lots of Russians who push in but that's their mentality. I read some negative reviews which are not true. Every evening entertainment. Just wish there was a bigger shopping mall outside of hotel like marmaris. We had a brilliant time. X.

Nice large grounds, tasty and a lot of food, lovely pools with waterslides, even a separate pool for all the kids with slides and waterfalls. Children's playgrounds on the hotel grounds and on the beach. The entertainers try to entertain. The sea is not very: often muddy and dirty. Cons: Very poor housekeeping (just hang towels, clean trash, put toilet paper and stuff the bed-everything! ). There are a lot of flies in the restaurant, just faster than us on plates with food throw! Home again from a wonderful holiday at Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort &Spa it was a long flight with delays Sylvia fall a sleep at Istanbul airport. We have had a great time and are looking forward to meet you all again. It was so nice to meet our our friends again with great hospitality our favorite hotel! The animation team did there best. Terrible Otel. We stayed 7 days. Me and my son (2, 5 years old) got sick from the meals and hygiene. I have never seen such a terrible Otel.

Nice holiday in a hotel with a lot of charm and great landscaped garden in the courtyard. The buffet was not only worth seeing, varied but also delicious. The dinner on the beach was also a delight.

I loved it! Good atmosphere, the animators are great. Well received, food is good. The rooms are nice. Only the pools without heating and all mostly loved it! I advise everyone to go there. It is about 15 minutes from Belek (by car) near the beach. The beach is a tractor, but you can walk. I can't believe this is a 4 star hotel! I was insulted by one of the animation team and it ruined my whole holiday, they stole our towels and gave them to another guest, no one speaks English and the foods all the same, you get thrown out your hotel room even if your just out the shower with a towel wrapped round you to 'clean' and they don't properly clean your room or toilet, they just make the bed and don't change the covers, oh and if you want to come here you have to be skinny that is why one the animation team laughed at me, this is the last day of my holiday and its left a bitter taste in my mouth, I had an ok time until the end, I don't want to leave my room cos I don't want to run into the people who laughed at me, just can't wait to go home. I'll never be back.

I've been for a week at this hotel and I am finally end of my vacation is!
