One of the best hotel I have ever stayed since my travel experience. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are comfy. Food is amazing. There is a water park just next to hotel. Highly recommended.

It was very good visit and the SU hotel is good and I recommend it, very beautiful city and u should visit and do all the available activities, there, like rafting, visiting land of Legends etc…

The hotel stands away from party venues and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with children: on the beach, in the water park. Good interior, good kitchen, nice pool, good sauna and fitness center. The restaurant's cuisine is really impressive: 15-18 tables with food for all tastes. All fresh, varied menus, no attempts of poisoning were not, when a lot of people waiters chef personally serves drinks and helps guests. There is "Cat's House" — a group of cats that live on the property and they are fed, treated. The kids like it. There are a lot of Russian-speaking employees. There is a nightclub on site, but we haven't seen or heard it. At the pool you can order hookah, cocktails and quietly watch the children. The mattresses and pillows are good, quality, the air conditioning worked like a clock, the bath is clean, the shower with hot water, a normal hairdryer. No one pairs tours, but the tour office is — you can order everything in the foyer. If you do not quibble — fine, everything is exactly as in the photo.
If you quibble:
1. Cleaning is irregular and not systemic. But when they clean up, it's the right thing to do. One day, a respected hanum knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up with the question: will you not get out?
2. Require a deposit of $100 — not terrible, just if you write about it when booking will not be so negative.

Had a good 3 night stay, got an upgrade. The rooms are good, there is beach access, aqua park is great for the kids, spa and hammam fantastic, and the breakfast and dinner have alot of choice The only complaint I have is with their maintenance, we complained about a loose toilet seat cover on the 1st night and wasn't fixed till we left Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, the design of everything and everything in white, it's very beautiful. But the hotel is no longer new, do as they say to the wind;) but the bed on the balcony overlooking the sea is what overrides any flaws)

Beautiful, the exit to the pool through the orange alley. There is no menu on the Russian (this is a negative for Turkey). Ottel doesn't work all-inclusive. The rooms are unusual — white. Water park, urban, for hotel residents for free. On the first day of impressions was enough, then we'll see.

Contemporary style hotel. Location is average. Room is clean and has enough space. Breakfast is excellent. Didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool but seems pretty nice. I would give 5 star if the bathroom conditioner's quality can be improved.

Wanted to write a good review, all liked, room, food, pool, service, children's entertainment. But alas, I'm leaving upset. Flayed with me money for a mini bar from which I did not take anything. How is that? I tried to explain that everything was there. Not a single Russian speaker at night. The cheque does not say that I took from there, stupid dates svmme, ideotism. I say go and check the bar. They don't understand. I had to give it up. The hotel is nice, would come back here, sorry whose last incident spoiled the mood. Hotel SU My you, check the room before the guest leaves! And find more Russian-speaking managers, you have almost no. But the hotel is almost the Russians.

Bad price performance. Badly maintained and therefore outdated building, more 4 minus stars than 5 stars. In general noisy rooms, more noisy because no carpet flooring in rooms. Location is OK, close to old city center en facilities like Migros mall, football stadium and Antalya Aquarium and next to municipal beach park. Thirty minutes to airport by Taxi. Ocean view is great with Toros Mountains on the background. Currently the municipal beach park is rebuild. I think beach park will be nice once finished.

Perfect hotel, Nice staff very friendly with the kids, room service is done every day, water park right in front with a dolphin Aquarium, … If after having a hollow there is a Mac do just a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Downtown is 10 minutes by taxi. We love it.

The receptionist was too white and I got dizzy, but trz OK. Clean, Stylish! The beds on the balconies are wonderful!
Great praise to the kitchen: really a mega buffet for breakfast!
And even cats are welcome in the yard, there were sweet kittens who belong to the hotel.

. Excellent facilities, food and friendly staff . But unreliable: -We requested a call to wake us up to catch our flight and no call! Luckily we used the alarm clock -We requested lunch box in advance and details were taken and we were told it would be ready to pick up the next day at 4.30. Nothing was prepared and by 5.00 we had to leave without it due to hotel empty promises! Hotel management should look into this serious issue (unreliability) and tackle it as this is an expensive reputable 5 star hotel!

Very well! Great Wi-Fi and the rooms are big. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, only 20 min from the airport and 15 min walk from the city centre. Room are all white without bath tub but it didn’t matters for me coz I loved all the mirrors in wall. The staff are the most friendly people I have ever met specially FATIH and Sevda who showed excellent customer services. It was very enjoyable seeing Fatih every morning during our stay. The breakfast is one of the best things in hotel so many choices. The rooftop restaurant menu was a bit limited and pricey, the bar restaurant has better food and affordable. I didn’t like the mix hammam so I didn’t do it and I was very disappointed by all the extra from spa like massage or facial treatment to be that expensive. I’ll Definitely recommend this hotel to any one who wants to come to Antalya…

Too much white and too much mirror. Bed is not comfortable at all. The master bed look like king size but actually it is 2 twin beds. I don't recommend.

Always happy to be worth a trip. Hotelier runs the house with lots of love and the Turkish hospitality I felt on every corner.

Everything is perfect, the private beach and its activities, the restaurants, the facilities, the staff… Do not hesitate!

Not the all in flair of Turkey, but a little bit more style.

Avoid at all costs. And don't book via TUI. Not a beach hotel. Whole beach area is closed due to construction works until Summer 2018. No access to beach possible at all. Loud and dusty all day. Cold and unfriendly atmosphere. Don't even think of staying there. There are plenty of better choices in this area. And be aware and don't book with TUI. They don't inform nor help you and treat you like dirt if you have any complaints. Refused to pay back any money!

I liked the place but it might not be everyone's taste. I appreciated the beach and the service there.

Very nice hotel just small concern that everything is paid and that C is half board.

Great location, nice clean grounds, exceptional ambiance, very good, tasty and varied cuisine, friendly and helpful staff, international guests, a place to relax and enjoy (… if you are able to do so. No place for guests looking for the hair in the soup. )

Spent wonderful time with family. Excellent location, good services, beautiful spacious rooms with balcony. Variety of food for the buffet worth the money, free access to Aqua land in summer, dolphins show, a nice park near by, clean beach, beautiful aquarium across the street.

Very white hotel. Big, white rooms. Little worn out. Service on the pool and on breakfast was poor and slow, because there was a lot of summer workers. Breakfast room is very red and tight. Too many peoples and all the time something (drinks or food) run out. You cannot bring you own food or beverages. That was very odd. Not coming again.

What I liked about this hotel: Super friendly and helpful staff, live music, easy access to everything (beach, play grounds, pools indoor and outdoor, literally eeevverrything…) you don´t need to leave the hotel at all if you don´t want to, even they have got a doctor and hair dresser available for the guests. What you need to be careful about in turkey is the taxi drivers that rip you off everytime. In this hotel you just need to tell the reception that you need a taxi, in 30 seconds a taxi is waiting for you outside the hotel. By this you know who to refer to in case of any problem. What I did not like: nothing. It´s maybe not the cheapest hotel in Antalya but it´s literally worth every penny. Update: I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 4 due to a poor experience one night. There was a wedding party one night when I was in this hotel and the music was extremely loud until late in the night and it was impossible to sleep.

The hotel is very nice, the beach and the swinging pool are just wonderful, the access to the aqua park is free and at the restaurant we have a big variety of food to enjoy.

Stay away from this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holiday. Stuff in spa (females) were so unfriendly, steam room was switched off, and they lied it had technical problem, but after arguments they told me to come back in 1 hour. When I came back, I asked same receptionist if it is working already — she told me — I don't know — go check if you want. Unbelievable customer service! I went to check and it was no working! After complaints to reception eventually they switched it on but it was so rubbish, I spent 1 hour in it but it was hardly steaming… Next day it was off again :)! I could not find a jacuzzi and asked female receptionist to show me where it is, she was refusing to show directing me by words, but I struggled to find as it was hidden in gym, when I asked her again to show it to me she with such an angry face went to show it to me, then saw a guy stuff and asked him to show me the way. So abrupt so unfriendly, absolutely rubbish customer service. Stuff in customer service are so young people with an attitude, most of them have no idea what is customer service, they don't talk to you like customer service normally do, they never smile to you… stay away, I warned you. Hotel is not too bad, but definitely not 5 stars. Maybe 4 with a big minus —, as it needs a bit a refurbishment. Definitely they have issues with stuff and need proper training in customer service.

Facilities are excellent. Aqualand is very good as well. Kids club is a great plus. Water activities are available at the beach. Public buses not easily accessible at this location.

This hotel is as much white as a place can be except the yellowing on my TV and the scuff marks on the walls. The lobby here is opulent and the rooms are open and white of course. The lobby and hallways are lit up with red but the lamps in the rooms can be changed to regular LED. Overall this hotel is a good place to stay if you'd like to experience the ocean and have a place you don't really need to leave so you can stay comfortable. I will say to double check your booking if using a discount site as the cheap room might not include breakfast or other amenities. The taxi ride from here to old town was around 20lira and the same back, maybe a couple lira more due to driving around buildings to get out, which every taxi has to take. Overall I'd say this hotel is not for those who want to party, the beach club bar is pretty dead at night. Though this might be the time of year making it dead. The prices seem to match up to US bars as in $6+ a shot. This hotel is not within walking distance of old town in my opinion. The taxi ride will take you to the old town for about 20lira and is worth it. Also a taxi ride from and to the airport was around 70 lira.

Luxury hotel, architecturally daring but fascinating for the outdoor spaces. All played on white and water, its name means precisely this in Turkish SU = water. Beautiful swimming pool and all outdoor.

Super hotel. Very friendly staff.
The rooms are very large and there is even a second double bed on the balcony. The hotel has a very large and delicious buffet (morning and evening) you get such. Freshly prepared his individual created Omlett.
There are for a kidsclub the I but unfortunately not reminded. As well as the in-house gym.
The swimming pool and the hotel's private beach are easily accessible on foot. There are also drinks and as far as I heard have a service which will bring the drinks on his sun lounger)
The Foundation is well maintained and looks very nice.
It is possible also in a sushi bar play, if you like.
Parking and luggage delivery service directly in front of the entrance. You can reach all the wheelchair thanks to the 6 elevators.
There is free Wi-Fi, which is also quite nimble.
TV is there even with some German channels (RTL, sat 1, pro7, kabel1)
The prices were also really affordable. I've paid for less than € 70 per night including breakfast.

Minimalist style hotel with really great service, large, clean and comfortable rooms, huge pool and really nice outdoor areas. Really love it and would love to come back here. The breakfast was also amazing!

I have been visited this Hotel, it was really unforgettable experience. White, every thing were white and have good location beside water bark and in front of Antalya aquarium.

Great buffet. Nice facilities, except for light entering too early in the morning into the room (curtains were not enough). Hotel is all white (no decoration; just white). It's a little shocking at the beginning, but it's Ok. Nice access to the beach. Beach is made out of little stones instead of sand but water is very clean and so does the beach itself. If you want to go to the city you'll need a taxi.

Wonderful hotel, leaving a memorable stay there. I want to go back there again and no longer leave from there.
Design of the rooms and the entire hotel, a large Loggia, stunning views from the Loggia of the sea and the mountains, the proximity of the sea, excellent service-all are big pluses of this hotel, which outweighed the negative, which is not a very small room.

You may well be on holiday.

Was for the second time in this hotel within two years. Have seen no other hotel in Antalya yet, but I would go again and again to this. The customer service has improved in two years, unfortunately left the room after, actually the bathroom. Rust and use have left their mark. But the rooms are always clean cleaned. On the beach you get free small beverage and ice sheets to the cool down. From approx. 17: 00 for free there is fruit. At breakfast and dinner, there is nothing that you would miss. Was my husband's birthday and on my request for a birthday candle (because there are pieces of cake buffet enough) we got an extra birthday cake with candles and of course employees have kept a serenade. This hotel is nothing to suspend, rooms clean, buffet always full, lovely beach bar, live music in the evening and the most important: all staff very friendly and always ready to help.

Fashion, avant-garde hotel in all forms. Great hotel, though not all with access to the sea. An excellent beach with a good bar in the beauty of the Bay. Beach Service 5+, Regular evening dj set. Competently executed the work with the personnel, the impression that you are the most esteemed visitor to the hotel. ) ) little things at a lot of attention, all very stylish and it pleases. “Glamorous» Turks prefer this hotel for rest, considering it one of the most fashionable on the coast.
