We had a lovely time at the falcon the staff were all very attentive and helpful our room was clean and we had a lovely sea view the food every day was tasty and plenty of choice I would recommend this hotel.

It is so great and the Turkish hospitality is not perfect that I recommend everyone to come here.

Beautiful sea view location. Excellent friendly staff and facilities. On site hairdresser is excellent and such reasonable price. Selection of food and drinks always available. Truly a 5* experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Impeccably clean and comforting.

It wasn't the best. But it was ok. we traveled with an infant, who was booked for, but the room was too small for a travel cot for him. meal times were at very odd times, and not for very long. So we would go 7+ hours without eating. You had to pay for drinks after 11pm. there was apparently a snack bar. But we never found it. there was no entertainment over a 6 night stay in season. couldn't access the beach due to steps. the view from our room was lovely tho.

Stayed here last week, amazing hotel & food, lovely spa and hairdresser, and friendly staff. The best thing I liked was how the owner mingled with the hotel guests. Never see that in hotels! Absolutely beautiful hotel, they can’t do enough for you. Will definitely be coming back. Boiling hot outside. Rooms with balconies, Air Con and a fridge. Loads of British people having their teeth done (not in Hotel) If you haven’t booked yet. Do it now you won’t be disappointed ✈️🕶👙🌞

A top in beauty and splendor, and it has a stunning view and has friendly staff. There is only one note. When I entered the hotel at 12 noon, I found myself waiting for my room.

This is a fantastic hotel. Views are tremendous. Came here to visit the Dental Centre. The food is good with lots of choice. Staff are always ready to help if you have any niggles. Room is clean and spacious. Towels and bedding changed every day. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and well presented. The staff work very hard and are very pleasant.
The catering is exemplary, I cannot fault the quality and range of the food.
The location is good, the taxis are cheap and the area is lovely. The backdrop of the mountains against the Mediterranean are awesome.
Would recommend (but not for party seekers).

It was the worst experience in my life, during our 6 days there they never ever cleaned our room! Super dirty! We asked many times and they never did it!
We never had towels and customer service was so bad! Rude employees and even in the pool restaurant they asked me to cover my bikini (in a very rude way)! Also poor drinks and bad quality of wines and alcohol! I have also mention that almost no one speaks English there!
We asked and paid for sea view but our had no view at all! Not even land view!
They have a very unprofessional and poor management!

Nice and clean hotel, cosy rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. English spoken at main reception desk. The view from the pool area is amazing! Any problems that arised were solved quickly. Nice that the sea platform area was quiet. Please note that sea is deep, more life jackets and life rings are needed. Make sure your room is away from the lifts when booking. The sound of the lift going up and down is terrible at night. Square bar is also noisy at times at night and would not let you sleep. I definitely enjoyed my holiday, but if you are in need for relaxed and quiet time, this is not the place.

Food was beyond amazing. Buffet is extemely generous. Staff were averagely friendly. Room service was bad (cleaniness etc. ) Wifi was slow and stopped working at times. Comfortable rooms and extraordinary view.

Very nice mini hotel. A pontoon beach with clean and sometimes cool water for a relaxing relaxing holiday without children. The friendly staff almost everyone speaks Russian and English is a Russian representative at the hotel. There is a diving school on the beach. The restaurant has a very tasty buffet. Fresh water and drinks are freely available.

Everything is very dignified. Antalya and the first line, depth at once, swim super-compotot, the rooms are clean as there is no sand and dust. Almost always the breeze, so even at noon you can move around the grounds, fresh repairs in the rooms. And a great restaurant, probably as for the locals, so people with stomach problems can not come here. Five to ten minutes and all shops and even shopping malls with chain stores. I'm putting a solid five on this hotel. Probably the best value for money. I think five days here is easy to equate to a week in any foursome on the coast, because to go from the airport only 30 minutes.

Well what can I say hotel nice and clean staff lovely. Food was good but the same meals every day more or less. Drinks limited so very poor. Entertainment very very poor nothin for kids or adults. Meanwhile did meet some nice guest so made holiday better. Me my self wound not go back to this hotel. 9 days was to long there.

A quiet and peaceful place to stay. Unobtrusive animacia. Weddings take place almost every day on site, so there is an opportunity to get acquainted with the local calorie. The food is quite varied. At lunch and in the evening you can eat Turkish sweets. The rooms are clean and cozy. The only thing not to stay with young children. Descending into the sea from the panton. Very good hotel for young people. Everything is new, rooms are very comfortable, unusual light around the mirror. There are so many young people from different countries, all are open to communication, you will never feel boring here. Everybody just have fun and enjoy their holidays. Food was decent, pool wasn't anything very impressive but you could still have a great time. Loads of great cafés and food places nearby, and son within five minutes of walking distance. There's a gym there too but it isn't very well maintained. Overall it is a very good hotel.

2018. In the Standard Room, everything new is not shabby, working, every day cleaned when I was gone.
The food. Breakfast had a large selection of cheeses, omelets, pancakes, buns, cereals different, sausages and sausages only soy or something.
Coffee from the coffee machine is average, but a good strong local tea.

There were grilled veal tefs, chicken, turkey, grilled vegetables, 2-3 times white trout, 1 times pink,
1 time sheep, 2-3 times tuna.
Saw the wine red dry (sour), pink less sour.
After 2, they gave burgers with fried potatoes, 5 more coffee, sweets, and at 12 at night 2 kinds of soup.
The local staff are all polite and cultured, cheerful, joking, and know their 10 words in Russian.
The beach platform is near the rocks, with a descent to the sea.
There's a move of 5 meters deep, so at least children. Moderate waves. 2 rescuers are present for up to 5 hours. The beach is open until 7pm.

Great hotel I had a good holiday. Notice to lovers of all inclusive. Restaurant with terrace and varied cuisine. Little bit of heart for the pidae. But also a breathtaking view of the sea.

There was a week in May. Basically, the hotel is like a hotel. But the double was very small. The beach is pontoon, people a little. Guests from different countries. The food is not very diverse. No breakfast. There was always something on the grill for dinner. Bartenders are different, there are helpful, there are some harmful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not like when the bar on the disco sounded the amount in euros, and then, when paid at the reception, voiced the amount in the lira, then transferred to the euro and turned out more. Yes, keep in mind that the night bar does not need to pay, they ask for a room and then give it to the front desk. Nearby are very beautiful parks, on the way to the Dudensky waterfall. Near the street where the transport goes and you can go to the old town. I liked that there were no intrusive services and the hype. I went to a massage five times, Ali did. I did well, my back was crumpled, and then I was constantly ached under the shoulder. The animation was not adult and I liked it. And also, the girl says, in the morning counted Dangi, then came out, so as not to disturb the maid and 20 bucks disappeared. Not a scandal, but the reception was informed.

Great Youth Hotel. Sea Class!

I booked a room with a sea view and a double bed. Unfortunately only got a room with a single bed above the driveway overlooking the parking lot. Staff does not respond to speech or is offended by coffee gossip. Never again and no recommendation.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the check-in. It was our 1st day of honeymoon. We arrived ​at​ the hotel by midnight on July 1 and we were given a room with 2 small separate beds and with cigarette smoke smell, although we specifically selected ​​1 double bed and​​ non-smoking room with sea view options when booking the room on Expedia on June 3! The guy who brought our luggage into that room called reception​ from the room​ and told us that there was 1 such room as we requested, but needed to be cleaned, which would take 1 hour. We agreed to take that room and to wait for 1 hour, then went down to reception where we were told there were no such rooms available at all and there was no such rooms available even to clean! I asked for any available double bed room and the concierge gave us one with no sea view and again with a smoke smell inside. I asked to allow us to get a couple of non-alcohol drinks at the bar for free (all drinks were for a charge after midnight) as ​a ​courtesy because of this situation, but he said we would have to pay for the drinks. Then next day we were given the room as requested originally. I emailed the hotel few times about this asking for some compensation, but got no reply.

Lovely hotel with great rooms and many minibars. There's also a dance Disco and many fantastic views from all around.

The staff are too good. Very nice service and clean surroundings. It is a bit inconvenient though as many people in Turkey do not understand or speak English, but are very sweet and attentive. The food is super rich and variations are awesome. The sweets and deserts section is my favourite spot. The room's are good and well maintained.

Nice service and guests are treated very well. Food is super. I am a vegetarian and wondered if I would get cooked food at all, but there is reasonable vegetarian option too. Besides the sweets are mouth-watering. I put on 2 kilos just because of the sweets.

Vacation in 2013! Loved! The Food and service is very good! There is a spa and massage, sports hall! You can go out into town and take a walk in the shops. Not far away there is a car rental, you can ride! There is a small drawback to the sea steep descent because of the rocks! But it is for whom like, I liked the contrary, the water is cleaner and there is no debris and sand! For adults generally the most that! I recommend it!

Very bad reservation service, the reception officer was not available to talk to me in spit of calling the hotel six times. The reception staff were not polite and did not assist me with my quires.

Fantastic hotel. After the hotel in Phuket seemed rather pale. Great food, decent gym, Turkish steam room, work of animators. In the head one word "abundance" was twisted.

Not for the family. Tobacco smoke coming in from the balcony, from ventilation and from the corridor. Just terrible. Back to 80's when smoke was suppose to be healthy. We changed room once and did not help. (Once Star from) Hotel Staff is very friendly. (Once Star from) food were much better that in spain previous 4 star hotel. Hotel room was clean and simple allthought floor had water damage (first room) and there were mold at the shower (both rooms). Free Hotel Wi-Fi working both rooms.

They do not serve the slippers, they assigned us a smoked room, it is not 4 star. The kitchen is nice and very tasty though. This hotel is not issue-free, but I am used to challenge issues.

Ok, so we chose this hotel as a accomodation on our 2 week vacation in Antalya. We made a reservation for 2 in a handicap friendly room. At arrival we asked if we could change the room if we disliked it. The answer was not at this time because the hotel was fully booked. Once in our room, we wanted to change it because it had the appearances of an empty jailroom. We looked on the internet if the hotel was booked fully. Yes, you can guess, it wasn't. So this made us a little annoyed, after we had dinner, we confronted them with this and they still were in denial. So the next day we checked out and went to a suite accomodation called BMK suites. Great place and we don't have 1 regret left!

The location of the hotel is not far from the city center and the beach is very good. The rooms in the hotel are tolerable, the view from the balcony-sea, palms, minus air conditioners not everywhere healthy.

Swimming not allowed after 7 pm. The breakfast, lunch and dinner hours are also quite restrictive. Peaceful and nice hotel other than that.

There is good, but it seems to me that there is a downside. Unique abilities of characters: to the sea have long to go up and down, slides off the pool from 12.00 to 15.00 and 18.00, 18.00 smoke from the barbecue.

Today Tuesday, April 21, 2015 my wife and I arrived at this hotel at 2 in the morning after the late flight of the pegasus company.
We are given two separate single room while I paid for 1 double bed.
We are told that the worries will be resolved the next morning.
This morning are asking a new room and asked us to wait in the lobby, more it tells us with amazement that our package provide just breakfast so that on the sheet of discount ago marked in large ALL INCLUSIVE.
The latter indicates that the term all-inclusive is part of the name of their hotel but we, we have no right to it.
I said that I am here with me pregnant woman currently 5 months and we have no way to provide money and more.
Concerning extra money the hotel asked us the sum of 45 euros per day for food.
To continue I'll talk staff who overreacts to any sentence I undertake and which we slammed the door to our new room without telling us.
Sincerely you can find better just to rate and not be treat like shit.
They are putting the health of my baby in games I have the so called the police he finds me a solution because I'm stuck.
Even add 100 euros go elsewhere you will really be disappointed like me.
Even at breakfast we asked two glasses of orange juice and the staff my ask to pay.
I will put another comment in the week to see if this changes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. What was not mentioned on the website, was that the sea was far away 150 stairs. You had to walk daily sharply down to the sea. So not suitable for older people. Otherwise, it was beautiful.

Never a 4 star! Linen, table linen, bath dirty, coffee or beer in cups, small room, furniture old, etc.

My husband and I were in April. Everyone enjoyed it.

It was the worst experience ever. I regret going there because of their bad service and atrocious behavior. Very few people speak English and I couldn't communicate well with them.
