This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Nice staff. Beautiful place. I recomend it to my friends all around the world.

Very rude service, no aircons in the dining room (half of it with and the other half without), food is terrible, just the only one coctail they were providing, ice cream for kids is just during lunch time, no entertiment for the bigger kids exept kids disco, doesnt stant for 5* far from it

The hotel is normal, the grounds are amazing! You can walk in the evenings and enjoy the beauty of the sea and coastal places! Were in early July 2018. The area is big, beautiful. Good animation. BUT: cleaning the beach is simply absent, disposable dishes everywhere, cleaned at best once a day. It's a great hotel, good grounds. I bet four just because of the cold pool for the little ones. Animators need to be more active of course a little bit. This place is good for families with kids. Every day janitor comes to tidy your room. Air conditioner works. You can make your own meal (because of the Swedish table placement) and everything's delicious and you can get cola in the bar. Staff is talking russian and turkish though. Towels were clean and without holes. There's a night club, but there's not a lot of people and those couple are there because they want to drink alcoholic drinks. Shortly, a very good hotel for the price and suitable for families. Staff is good and janitor cleans rooms every day.
