Hi! I have just returned from this hotel and I can say it is overpriced and definitely not 5 stars (perhaps 3). Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Food is pretty good, sometimes you can find interesting dishes Staff is friendly and helpful even though not all of it speaks english This hotel is family friendly The beach and everywhere else is clean Cons: The rooms are way too small for 3 persons, probably even for 2 The bedsheets are old or dirty The location is a big con because its basically in between cities (30-40 km to alanya) The beach is super small and has rocks which makes it hard to swim (this is not the hotel's fault, it is just a "bad" beach region) There is nothing entertaining for the youth, but mostly for kids Paid Wi-Fi on a 5 star hotel? (Free only in the lobby) In my country, even in the most remote hotels, we have free Wi-Fi Some of the drinks taste like water with colorant. In conclusion, it could be a disappointing experience for someone who comes to Turkey for the first time. You should choose a hotel which is inside a city (in this case, Alanya).
➜ The hotel is located in kilometers 100 from Antalya and in kilometers 150 from Alanya. In other words, between these big cities of Turkey. Very nice place on the beach. Everything is compact, beautiful.
There's no way out. Only the Alara bazaar, walk 20 minutes or by bus, travel free.
In the market traders are very angry, privelegery give more tourists West Western Europe. Or those who trade with them less. The prices are very overpriced.
A lot of holidaymakers, the staff is struggling with cleaning rooms, bartenders tired, not pleasant personalities.

Был в июле 2018 года. Скажу сразу, кому-то такие места точно придутся по душе, но, увы, не мне. Никогда не был в Турции именно на пляжном "все включено" отдыхе, решил попробовать и с отелем, конечно, промазал. Путешествую и по работе и сам много, и европа и сша, и другие страны, так что есть с чем сравнить. Буду выражать только свое мнение, для кого-то мои минусы будут плюсами и наоборот, я это понимаю, но может кому-то поможет это сделать выбор. Отель находится "бог знает где", точка в которой ничего нет, кроме других отелей. До Анталии более 100км, до Алании чуть больше 30км, спасало, что можно было махнуть в Аланию на автобусе (около часа) и там погулять. Отель "уставший" (по ощущениям запущен лет 15-20 назад без реновации), пошарпанный и грязноватый с "историческими" запахами в санузлах (когда сантехника старая ее хоть до дыр три, запах остается). На картинках все выглядит ярко и сочно, в реальности сталкиваешься с немного другой картиной… Контингент — при мне около 90% — россия (Москва, Питер, Тюмень, Екат, Рязань, Казань, Челябинск итд итп). На остальные 10% приходятся сами турки, украинцы, немцы, азербайджан, румыния, молдавия, венгрия. Не считаю это плюсои или минусом, просто для информации. По-русски говорит почти весь персонал, кроме хаускиперов — эти не говорят ни на русском ни на английском, я справлялся языком жестов, ручкой и бумажкой. Комнаты "уставшие" и с запахом, как сказал, убирали не каждый день.
