Stayed in this hotel a large family (5 people) in early June 2017, and the tip to write only now hands have reached.
As for the first time in a foreign hotel, we can say that the rest was a success. Having closed eyes to small defects, such as: sometimes in a bar there were not enough glasses, poured in plastic, weak animation, and bad approach in the sea (or rather it is not present-in water it is necessary to dive from a pier), in general the hotel corresponds 4 stars. The food is good, there are slides, beautiful territory, in the room everything worked, courteous staff. The hotelier Zarina gave the necessary advice, massage at the highest level. In general, we were satisfied!

It's supposed to be horrible there unclean, is not brushed every day unkinlight-ichrs staff, eat maessig, all unclean! Just don't go!

Was here for 3 weeks & wasn't once acknowledged by the staff on reception… the colleagues in the restaurant were friendlier. However the food on offer was not the best. Would not come back to this hotel however love the area & the weather was fantastic.

7 day holiday spent more money looking else where for food to avoid food poisoning aswell as a urinary infection from the pool. Raw and cold served up on a day to day bases. Blood from chicken the main concern in regards to food. Serving up the food from the previous night and constantly cold. Heating stations turned on when food is placed in them to safe on energy I guess. This is resulting in a top up meal at least 2 times a day at the bar across the road that has a nice selection of turkish meals. Inside pool never open even during the 2 days of rain which is probably a good thing as the outside pools look disgusting and haven't been cleaned, filtered or ph tested during my stay once. The slides being turned on vary from when they remember there meant to be on out side of the pitiful time allocated to them. This pool seems to be the dirtiest as there is layers of grime build up that can be carved out with a finger nail. The bars are semi open depending on many factors from the staff being untrained, ignorant and just to stubborn to serve some one politely trying to ask for a drink aswell as thanking them. The guy on the bar that wears a leather faux jacket is the worst maybe the language barrier but he refuses drinks or plays dumb. The girls are and the suave guy are probably the best as they are always smiling and polite regardless of their terrible working conditions.

Not the food to eat! Not clean! Not a penny worth this holiday! The pictures of the buffet are all fake!

There was no response to my complaint.
No umbrellas for the majority of holidaymakers. There was dispute because of umbrellas which were the cheapest from the special post.
Our room could not be changed. I demanded the manager. That's when the manager made me a deal. I should pay 200 euros more then he could move us backwards. Under threat of a lawyer, it went without additional payment.
No Wi-Fi in the hotel room only at the bottom of the reception.
No cocktails though written in the hotel description.
Eat only for vegetarian salad salad. On meat was offered at lunchtime to choose from disintegrated chicken legs, chicken offal and a bait cut out of the remains from the previous day.
In the evening, a barbecue was opened, where 80 men queued for 30 minutes for 2 chickens.
There was no more. Handouts recipient I'm not for the price.
No fish, except the bait fish I take for fishing
No cake
No ice
No seafood.
I spoke to other holidaymakers at the hotel. Everyone wanted to get out.
The next day the tour guide came, he already knew about the problems in the hotel. It is well known that the hotel is overwhelmed.
The meeting was joined by the other holidaymakers and complained. Also about the rooms, cleanliness mold etc.
Proposal from the tour guide, for 700 euros we could switch.

Terrible, terrible hotel! Never come here if you appreciate quality rest! Really I would give this hotel a maximum of 2 stars. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Positioned it as a family hotel, but children have nothing to eat! Animators with entertainment program do not bother, they have a stupid one, every day! The service is absolutely unresponsive. In the pool children can not swim, immediately get an intestinal infection. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Well, you know what… Fool took qualified to this hotel for 18 days. Five! The child slept on the mattress, on the floor, because there was no room with a bed! When the sheets were removed from this mattress, they came to the horror! Photo it below. After three days of the tour with the travel agent (Coral Travel) and PR @ money for communication (10 thousand rubles), empty conversations and promises, photo transfer, cleanliness in the villa is not! Decided to go the usual way, for the third world countries. The question was decided after a bribe to the admin in the amount of €50. After that we were put in a room with a kresom bed for a child and a total area of the room, including a toilet and a corridor of 12 sq. M. Meters! In the dining room, as well as everywhere in public areas, do not include air conditioning, just open all the doors and from this full table (restaurant to call it, does not write a finger) flies, heat everywhere, only in the room you can hide.

This is most definitely not a family resort. The hotel was appalling, my children could not eat there and although we was all inclusive we had to eat out every day. The hotel is 90% Russian people and they cater just for them in terms of food and entertainment. One evening my 5yr old son was playing on an entertainment machine outside in the grounds, the hotel staff came out and said we were making too much noise although it was only 10pm! Another member of staff proceeded to come over and unplug the machine, although my partner had just put money in it. My son began to cry and my partner then said that was unfair, especially to treat a little child like that. The member of staff who claimed he was security, then pulled a police baton out and started waving it at my partner and said if we didn't go to our room he would hit him. It was absolutely appalling behaviour, especially infront of my two children who were distraught. Our holiday experience was a nightmare! Could not wait to be home in England.

I spent 6 weeks in this place, so I had enough time to experience very well what the hotel has to offer. The building is quite new, the staff very kind, helpful and friendly. There are three swimming pools, but the main one receives direct sun light only in the mirning. The food, offered in the format open buffet, is OK, even though it becomes repetitive after a while. The sea is within 8 minutes of walking. Overall in very happy with my experience.

Rooms great, good air conditioning. Room service is also good.
Beverage concept isn't that great, but ok.
Super Beach in my opinion. Although this is Rocky.

What a top a super hotel, good food and good service. Everything is neatly kept clean. Annoying is the high number of Russians and Poland what walk around some very antisocial acts. And entertainment for young and old in the evening from the hotel for children during the day and a regular nightclub visit super enthusiastic animation team.

We were in the summer of 2009, we were in the Club Konakli and it was until now the best vacation in which I ever was. I was already in the Caribbean, hawai, which were of course some beautiful Dubai but it is beautiful like Greece, Croatia, Venezuela and even Los Angeles. Just to advise.

If you like is in the Squizzed in a room with your children, be surrounded day and night according to hotel, uneatable food, and especially by untrained Russian, the place to go! 5 stars, but where.
