I left hotel for 2 days because I had a trip to Cappadocia. After I came back I noticed that my underwear was stolen. Only the staff had access to my room during my absence and my room was cleaned by the staff. They didn't do anything to explain the situation although I asked them to check cameras at the hall. No even any apology. I also sent them two emails which stayed without any reply. Please avoid this place where personal things of guests are not safe. Looks like stealing is normal for them and they do not care at all. Im not going to go back there.
This hotel only has 1 obvious plus — the cosy territory. Rest must be improved asap as they cannot claim it is all inclusive:
— we got torn and shabby pillow cases,
— free ice cream only 4 times per week,
— beach towels against a fee of $10 each (WTF? ),
— the room is not cleaned properly,
— the food is ok but selection is poor.
What is worse — after the hotel dinner I had a very bad stomach bug (no alcohol, by the way), called reception, told what happened to me and asked for some more water. Do you think anyone asked me the next day if I was ok? No.
This place is not worth the money if you want to have an all inclusive vacation, no way.
