The hotel offers a variety of food, the people here, respectively. The atmosphere is great. There are activities every day such as paintball, dart or football. A very special praise goes to the three guys JAKUP OLCAY SALİH these are the animation bosses. It was particularly fun watching the boys at work in the evening. Thank you very much.

Just wanna say that the Hotel is just Amazing … We had good food … The staff le really cool … The rooms are so clean and soo perfect … That was one of the best hotel that I had ever seen… My holidays was soooooo PERFECT.

As for the hotel staff to güvenlilçi at the entrance, front desk attendants, floor attendants, restaurant workers, cafe tasks and other officials will laugh at all friendly.

The rooms were cleaned "daily" (if you may call the cleaning), the minibar was not replenished quite so daily, but after all there were actually fresh towels every day. We had booked a room for three adults. There was a double bed in the bedroom, but where should the third adult person sleep? On an inferior folding sofa. The pool water was soaked with chlorine, so the skin burned. Presumably because they know no alternative to clearing the water. The outdoor slides never worked again after our first day. I was asked to leave this area in the middle of the service time as a technician would come for the slides. This is what you do at the service time, if the problem is already known from the previous day. Whether the slides worked after that? Of course not. The outdoor pool was also not heated. During our stay in the pool area, we did not meet a single swimmer. It is appropriate to note safety that you should not enter the pool if you cannot swim. How shocked is this, please? Most Muslim women are unable to swim due to well-known reasons and choose a Muslim hotel in order to be able to go to the pool. In addition, good swimmers can sometimes have a weakness attack or the like and are then dependent on help. Quite to the bowels of children who are quite creative in putting themselves and others at risk.

Arrival Hotel very poorly placed and not very nice from the outside. The entrance very small for a 5 * home with Lokhum… normal baggage handling until the. In the room large Junior suite very spacious but great lack of property the Windows very dirty the escallier very filthy. The hotel is not a visit or a presentation. The arrogant staff, pretentious. Only 2 people know how to speak English if you are not Turkish this hotel is not for you.
Jacuzzi catastrophic Degeulasse very dirty. In the swimmingpool we see the concrete sandwich in the back background my room even not clean only the bed was made.
Breakfast almost as salty no croissant no cakes bad juice. Every day the same food.
Pool lockers don't work, can't take the phone with you. Pool A single height not nice ugly spa with odors.
Lack of total respect for customers. Hotel Muslim but Degeulass made for the Turks. Don't even deserve a 3 *. I'll never come back here again. Very bad image of Turkey. The international hotels are so much better. A shame for Muslims.

This one star is for the women's area by the sea. The rest is as lala lolo has already explained it in detail. I have no more words to add. Maybe it was once a 5 * hotel at the opening but they should definitely be deducted.
PS: I couldn't complain when you called at the reception (on the first day we tried it right now when we saw the dirty bathroom and towels) nobody came forward. And at the Retzeption or next to it at this table where I could not recognize what he was because he was only written in Turkish no English let alone German could.

Excellent Stay. Had a really good time. Good for Muslims — No Alcohol We really enjoyed our time. The food was brilliant. Every day was something different and it all tasted good. At the side was a side food outlet with snacks, ice cream grill that is open most of the day. It is an all inclusive hotel. The beach is 10 mins via shuttle and its a private beach with family, and women only sections. The hotel has segregated pools for men, women and then 2 family pools with an aqua park. The hotel resort even has fairground rides. The mens pool there were 2 — indoor and outdoor. Same for the female. All our rooms had a balcony with good views and the staff were very polite and kind. Air con is very good and each of our rooms had a washing machine, the top room had a jacuzzi, and in the balcony they have hangers to put your washed clothes which dry very fast.

I was there for 2 weeks. To be honest, I was very disappointed. I imagined it very differently. I will list my experiences:
1st language: For an alleged 5 star hotel, the staff should at least be able to speak English. In the reception alone, the staff had to make phone calls in order to be able to translate something. At least you could put everything in English. After all, it's not just Turkish guests on site!
2nd room: The rooms were not the biggest problem but still not appropriate for a 5 star hotel. — — > No fright if you've been there since, the rooms and everything else also look very different from those in the pictures. When I first saw the pictures, I also thought I was going to have "luxury. "
3. Personnel/hospitality: Some of the staff were unkind. Some of those behaved as if they were the bosses and looked at one pejorously. This was not Islamic behaviour and hospitality to me. Of course, there were friendly staff, too. But as has been mentioned several times, it was hard to communicate with them. (English, German, French and Arabic were not known to them). Often other guests have translated one met randomly.
4. Events: In the evening there are daily events for children as well as for adults such as magic shows, singing or acrobatic shows, which I also think is good. However, of course, the problem of language was there again. As a non-Turk, you couldn't participate at all.

1 week stay and it's been fantastic for our family. 2 adults and 5 children. Had reservations at first due to some negative reviews I took the risk and it was well worth it. Awesome facilities and the food variety and ingredients used were top notch. Kids enjoyed the swimming pools and the Mrs and my daughter's got to swim in the ladies only section and top up their tans. We booked into the spa for a full package and it was well worth the £40 each for adults and £20 kids. 2 hours later felt totally new. Hamam, coffee scrub, body massage, facial etc. Also the services to the indoor pool, sauna, steam, and hamam are free to all guests. We took a family excursion and did water rafting. Best money spent was a full day trip starting at 9am til 7pm. Kids absolutely loved it lots of fun. Evening shows are varied and kids love them. There is even a onsite fair ground with rides for younger children. Open every evening from 9.30pm. There is ample cafes providing drinks hot & cold and snacks through out the day. With kids this was priceless. There is shuttle buses to the beach every hour and the cafe on the beach is well equipped with food and snacks throughout. We spent couple of days at the beach and it was brilliant. There is shaded huts and hotel only access to the sea with shallow waters for younger kids. Overall would be come back here and the answer is a big Yes from us.

The location I find personally top, a little away from the other hotels but conservative, easy to reach and for people with a level. Bus shuttle to the hotel beach every 30 minutes. To the centre of Avsellar you only need 5 minutes by taxi for about 20 trl. /5, £20.
The staff is very nice and helpful, unfortunately almost everyone speaks only Turkish
Highly recommended are excursions and activities of Cankat-tur, which can also be found right next to the reception. The prices I find very fair made and offer great performance. Kudos to The entire team and especially to Ügür, Murat and ülkü.

I would not recommend the hotel. Hotel is not what you told me on the phone. I trusted the person I talked to on the phone, but unfortunately I was wrong. Have recommended this hotel to me.

They were shorthanded for a new hotel! — didn't have proper animations, it was for those guys
-didn't have activities that we can do within the hotel
-full unfinished at some places, in some places, redecorating, or use was out of
the hotel is showing us when we went to the hotel, giving information wasn't. The room just introduced
-coast, it's not pretty, there are pebbles instead of sand. Also a little bit
-the ventilation of our bathrooms did not work, consisted of the smell in there

+staff are friendly and helpful. +rooms are spacious, we enjoyed the apartment to be the system of
+delicious and varied dishes was perfect while it is not
+about the price, they helped, they gave us a discount
+they made certain hours of service despite the extra rounds for us
+rooms are cleaned every day it was, but overall it was a clean hotel

we we went at the end of the season, I would like to mention that too. If deficiencies if not resolved it will be a better hotel. Maybe can go again after 5-6 years. Not a fan, although we're not going to regret it, so 3 stars.
