My girlfriend and I decided to stay at hotel kleopatra blue hawaii for 8 days with a half pension. Yesterday night (31-07-2018) we went to the hotel buffet to get our dinner of the day. After dinner I went to grab a cake at the dessert buffet — I should not have done that. On the cake I find a green piece of mold. I immediatly call a waiter who tries to convince me that the cake is fresh and not spoiled. I therefor take the cake to the reception where the hotel manager looks at it and immediatly says sorry. I of course ask for a refund of what we paid for our half pension since we would of course not like to eat at a place that serves spoiled food again. The manager however refuses to give us the money back we paid for half pension. Can only recommend if you like spoiled food.

That's a good 3ka. The food for the threesome is very good from the ones I've been to. The rooms have recently been renovated, but I would have given my hands to the workers for such work, knowing that it was 3ka they were doing everything so. Wonderful hotel with great location (near to the sea and city centre), friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms with new furniture and tasty food. A lot of salads, vegetables, sweets. Waiters and cookers are very smiling and kind persons, only positive impression.

The person behaviour is very good but we booked this hotel as all inclusive and we thought that like the hotels Riviera and Taç premier has very good service but they give us a Plate of nugget for lunch and a plate of sausage and egg for dinner. I book this hotel with 240 TL and Taç hotel with 270 for 3 persons but I think the price that we pay for Taç premier hotel is for meals and stay in this hotel is free because of very good meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very nice I don't want to say that this hotel is a bad hotel but the meals are very very bad and thay don't cost as price that pay and if you divided to book hotel Kleopatra Blue Hawaii don't choose option of "All Inclusive"

Room all right. Food fits too! All inclusive, you can only recommend here! eg beach 1 min. Across the street. Hot water always present early. Alcohol and. Mix drinks top. Service super friendly. Coffee, tea tastes everything. Juices too watery. All in everything, like to come here.

In the menu was 35 tl for lamb spitters. The bill shows 55 for that. discussion with the boss. There was a second stuff guy. when my friend said that he will not pay more than 35 because of the menu card and will go to the police because he can not be deceived, one of the staff was very aggressiv and said my friend is supposed to hold his mouth is here in turkey and he wifd kill him. Literally he said pay the bill and go, shut up, you are here in turky I will kill you. we are now at the police because of the death threat and notify the message to to our gouverment.

4* for the room which was big and clean, the staff of the hotel was very kind and the location was great. What needs to be improved is the staff at the restaurant EXCEPT the head waiter, he was great oh and the breakfast needs a little variation. All in all thanks for the nice holiday!

Location its ok, also rooms are solid. But for eat you dont have choices. For breakfast every day eggs. Seef you dont have it must buy, also water you dont have it only glasses. In room you dont have it and must buy.

The hotel is on a 4 *, despite 3, a lot of Germans it is-, in Russian the staff does not speak. Clean, comfortable, gorgeous beach.

Great location, clean, nice staff. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Soap and shampoo put regularly. Food is plentiful, tasty!

Best and most welcoming hotel in Alanya.

Great small apart hotel. Sunny pool area, Seaview, great food and kind and polite personel. Quiet area but walkin distance to centrum. We will be back!
