We spent ten wonderful days, fresh and varied good food every day, welcoming and affectionate staff, they pampered our one year old for the entire stay🥰.
Today we left the structure reluctantly, we would have gladly stayed another ten days.
The room a bit tight but still went well, the daily cleaning with daily change of towels, maybe they should spend a few more minutes cleaning the bathroom, otherwise everything perfect.
We also celebrated my husband's birthday yesterday and thanks to the very nice Mrs. Banu I managed to get a surprise cake.
What can I say thank you very much for the hospitality and thanks to your super staff from the Pool Bar, to the lounge and reception.

I’m in love with this place it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed. It’s friendly helpful and clean. The cleaners are amazing and staff. To top it off the food every day was fresh and amazing I actually looked forward to it, never ate out. The staff gave a million percent attention. Never not happy, there was nothing they couldn’t do for you. Now Amanda is the English manager, let’s talk about her. My little girls birthday was on holiday. She was 4! I was worried I couldn’t make it special. Now Amanda did for me. So she ordered a beautiful cake unicorn one. Balloons and banners. We had a beautiful meal in her restaurant tried making it when home wasn’t the same. I even had banking issues, she helped me even if I put her under stress. She never looked it. She felt like my second mum. I never admitted to her I had mental health and she helped me over there to feel related. I would come back just for the hotel and to see Amanda. Thank you so much I cried when going home.

Lovely weekend at the Grand Okan. Everything so clean and staff so helpful. Amanda the manager goes above and beyond and makes your stay first class. Food was excellent. Rooms beautiful. Swim up bar is just fab.

I was in Alanya for the first time at the beginning of November and also in the Grand Okan. Was immediately enthusiastic, have booked again for January 2022. Good service, delicious food, nice rooms, close to the beach. All in all: Great! 🌴

Just back from our second visit to this fabulous hotel. The staff are so friendly and attentive especially the hotel manager Amanda. Nothing is too much trouble for this hotel. From their exclusive rooms and basket of fruit from the hotel for my sons birthday, nothing was too much trouble. The hotels other restaurant — Villa Okan is a beautiful place for a meal especially if you are celebrating a birthday. Was picked up and dropped off at the hotel, they also arranged a cake for us and truly made the night special. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning for a third time.

We rested as a family, 4 people. Arrived very late and we were silently brought to a room which turned out to be a very small 3 local. We were perplexed to find out how so bought a family number. They assured me that the room will be changed in the morning. In the morning at the reception the turkish girl flatly refused to understand us… The problem was solved only with the help of a guide. Gave already by lunchtime a closer family large room but it was possible to say killed. The laminate is swollen. Glass on the table broken, shower compartment in the bathroom always leaks. Cleaning was done every day. Food buffet morning and evening. In the morning vegetables are egg yoghurts, cheeses are mostly cheeses but a great selection of cereals. Dried fruit, omelet. In the evening there were stewed vegetables, sometimes fish but white, cutlets, goulash, side dishes, vegetables, cheeses. There were performances a couple of times in six evenings. The beach across the street is urban and you need to pay if you want to use an umbrella and a sunbed 7, 5 liras for each.

Good afternoon, I want to share my impressions about the hotel. The hotel is generally normal, it pulls, pleases that there are few Russians, this is said by silence and bliss throughout the hotel, there are no cries of all sorts of machekanders and slings on their spines. The food is very pleasing, though two times, a lot of different dishes and not a single day was repeated. Cleaning of course suffers, to be honest at all not very, because only the passage is removed and towels are changed, the rest is put… All the staff are only English-speaking, russians do not understand at all. So if you are not prehased and know the language well, then this place is suitable for you, as it is in the center of Alanya and a stone's throw from the beach.

We rested with 7.07 to 27.07, I write on fresh impressions.
Great family hotel, great service, hotel director Amanda, as a mom to everyone, always friendly staff, great food. Comfortable apartments, the center of Alaganya, the beach is beautiful, the sea is crystal clear.
In general, we will go there again for sure!

Grand Okan is wonderfully situated for getting the best of ALANYA. The HOTEL Manager is among the best you. Will find anywhere in the world. The hotels clients can rest assured that they will receive 5 star treatment at all times.

Hotel is only 150m away from Kleopatra beach. There is only one small street between the beach and hotel. There are beds for hotel at the beach but you also have to pay for the sunbeds (2 Euro). If you are 3 or more with your children, the room is a bit small. Every beverage is extra. Meals are nice.

This was our first ever trip to Turkey. At first we were a bit dubious as the kids are fussy eaters and struggled with the menu choice. After the first couple of days there was a better choice. I went to see the manageress… Amanda. Regarding not getting any food on our arrival… Not only was this sorted very professionally, Amanda asked me for any ideas I had to improve anything. My ideas were jotted down and I believe to be acted upon. The staff are brilliant the food is lovely… We would recommend this hotel to anyone and are hopefully heading back next year… Thanks Amanda to you and your hard working staff… Well done.

The hotel is clean, the food is decent. I would like to note the moments that, in my opinion, should be present in the hotel 4. There is no kettle in the room and no drinking water. To just drink tea you need to go to the cafeteria. To just drink water — to the nearest store. It's all little things, but I think it's important. The simplest hotels in category 2 and 3 around the world always have water. I didn't think it was a problem for turkish 4ki.
Otherwise, it's all on a solid four!

Now we are in this hotel. The hotel is of an urban type, its territory is almost non-existent, only a pool in the yard. The location is good, but is at the intersection of two roads, so the windows will go either on a busy road or on the pool, if above the floor, and the sea will be visible. But there is a small road too.
We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the road, at first upset, but then it did not cause any inconvenience. The child slept peacefully, he did not interfere, especially us.
The hotel is clean, very good service (especially the attitude towards children), the food is delicious (we have breakfast, dinner), the choice of meat is not very large, but everything is fresh. For breakfast and dinner, the chef prepares for breakfast pancakes or omelet (with cheese, ham, tomatoes), for dinner fish, steaks, steaks, etc. Many salads and greens, very tasty soups. Breakfast includes drinks: yuppi, tea, coffee, water, milk. For dinner paid, pay when you leave. Prices are quite reasonable.
The room is small, but we still put an extra bed for the baby, she also stole the area) ) There is a balcony with a table, chairs and a small dryer for things. The room is stylish, compact, quite a lot of places for things, clean daily, linen change somewhere every three days. They give disposable soap accessories. Towels and underwear are clean, white. But!

Excelent hotel with also excelent staff. They will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are clean, and food is delicious.

Stayed here a few times, always good, great location for the beach and a 10 minute walk into the town. Friendly helpful staff and good food.

Best position at Alanya. Kleopatra beach is 50 meters away and that is best beach in alanya. Many good restaurants. Good Service.

Unfortunately, we have to go home tonight. But are not the last time here. One of the well-kept hotels with the best food, cleanliness and service and more than a big compliment to the staff as well as to the manager… Simply top and 100% more recommended. Keep doing this.

Now I'm resting here! At the exit of the hotel bus stop-the cost of travel to HAVAS from the airport is 18 TL (back ordered a transfer from the hotel-25 TL)! From the window of the room you can see the sea. Sleeping under the sound of the sea is a pleasure! The breakfast is good. Dinner without a drink, but a large selection of food-fish, meat, potatoes, pastries to choose from! Here is a view from the hotel window.

Location, Staff.

The Grand Okan Hotel is one of the best Hotels with Half Board in Alanya. The best Ratings of the agencies are but a few years, and in contrast to the staff, the Hotel is not to become disciples. The relationship price-performance is okay, but I think that the Ratings of the Hotel platforms will continue to subside.

I like it, but there's not much in Russian that says, and since there's a lot of paid services, it's not always clear what money is and what's not (water mostly)

The kitchen is clean and the cook is very nice, but it's all good, delicious and fruity, and so on. The rooms are clean. The beds are small. Great view.

How moch should we pay for teransport from airport antailya to hotel?

The best hotel in Alanya from the prospect of location for business visitors. Service and prices are good. Design is also good. Only beds are little not comfortable.

We were super happy! The staff was really nice and the location was very good (2min to the beach). You really had the feeling that the staff (especially the waiters) like to do their job.
In addition, the rooms were very clean and modern furnishings.
The offer on the buffet was really enough and tasty (up on that one must season if necessary ;) )

We are currently in the Grand Okan in Alanya. The location of the hotel is very good. Much to explore on foot. A bus stop is located directly in front of hotel. Since the weather is not as we have hoped for, we spend much time in the hotel our rooms. We have a standard double room. It's all still there. Everything very clean. It will be cleaned every day, bed linen is changed regularly, as well as the towels. There are half-board. We are very satisfied with the food. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

A well-trained staff. Convenient location with beach access, but upset that Sun beds on the beach. At rest in mostly German retirees (in early May).

As frequent travelers to Alanya turkey, we have found the Gran Okan to be the very best of the hotels in the area, The recently renovated rooms are superb and well appointed. The meals at their buffet are the very best in town and the room service is even better. The swimming pool and wet bar are ideal for lounging in the sun and they are right on the beach. Special thanks to Amanda for taking the time to ensure our stay is always pleasant. Finally to the staff, super job and a superb effort by all. Melahat and Colin Lowe.

The Grand Okan is a newly renovated centre close to the hotel, that is also just a few metres from the hotel's own sandy beach. The rooms are not too spacious, however, meet for a one to two-week holiday completely. In addition, they convince due to their cleanliness and very friendly cleaners. The service is very friendly and obliging, problem however, is that the reception staff speak not fluent german. However, the Chief German and is available with help and advice available. The food is varied and offers tasty Turkish and international cuisine, so there is something for everyone. A minus point is to note, but for the dining room held at two levels because the lift ends on the lower floor and food located in 6 steps that need to be overcome. This could be a problem for people with disabilities. The hotel is still highly recommended.
