Food was the only slightly disappointing factor. There was loads to choose from, quantity not quality. Room was lovely, staff were helps and the cleaners were friendly. Right across from the beach and shops are just at arms reach. There was one annoyance where the staff did get funny with us moving a sunbed so me and my partner were sat next to each other by the pool, the only reason we moved the sun bed was because every leaves there towels there over night to keep the bed, some people would even keep 3/4. So even walking down at 8/9 in the morning to get one, wouldn't happen. So for the food/ sunbeds, it lost a few marks but overall the holiday was great!

Terrible service, not many English speaking wishers which wasn't much help at all. Food was worst than the service and you felt rushed at the restaurant. Attractions outside of the hotel are Amazing, the location of the hotel is great just the hotel itself was rubbish.

It's basically a no thrills place to stay. The entertainment is seriously lacking in quality and the food is average at best. A very busy main road and the beach isn't worth going on unless you walk further down towards the harbour. Overall taking in consideration everything like value for money the hotel is worth a visit but don't expect too much from it.

My new favourite holiday destination. Excellent situation to explore Alanya. Rooms lovely and clean and great staff in hotel and beach bar.

Hotel ok but Wi-Fi is awful you are lucky if you get connected which for this day and age is a no no.

Simple but nice rooms. Good food — no stomach problems. Very good value for the price. Unfortunately, everything in principle costs extra. Water for supper? 1 euro. Orange juice for breakfast? 1 euro. 1 * Deduction, since I was not allowed to call a local call to our guide, although the guide said it was not a problem.

Stayed at this hotel in October. No variety in food. You have to pay for safe and fridge in room.

Alanya is a nice place to visit, but the hotel isn't very good.

Decent price for a decent holiday. Food could be better.

Rated 3* but is really 2*. Food quality overall very poor — breakfast same every day and not much choice. Lunch very limited your ok if you like salad all the time, don't know any other sort of potatoes other than chips, wedges and runny instant mash. Evening meal — ok for meat if you get in early if not they run out and put spouts out, this happened to us 3 time's in one week. Rooms ok. Pool ok other than not enough sun bed's and whole area stinks of Tom cats. Staff very rude did not speak. Hotel beach bar and sun bed's and parasols you had to pay for even food and drink. Why should you have to pay for any of these on an all inclusive holiday.

Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is lovely, Highly recomend Xxxx.

Was nice rooms were very good chef was amazing one waiter was abit of a nuisance hovering our table ever five seconds but apart from that good.

The location and the aussichg was very schönn. We gained to the Fortune Room busy grad with sea views. The cleanliness was not quite ok. Die have already each day dressed but only konte, bit the ground where you can see under the bet didn't. The bad au not to trouble looked dressed in the reteption were some unfriendly people, de service itself were missing the euro languages, pairs not at all edges except turkish (too bad)
It's also a kid that you book for 7 days but only 5 days in hotel are that is a correct abzocke.
Otherwise were more old people than young, that food was every day the same (to the Fortune haten we booked only tomorrow)
the schwimbad standing in schate it can only enjoy until at the 14: 00 near noon the Sun in pool. For me I for the first time there was hate it no good erinungen left and it was not worth to go so far away (warning 3 hours flight and another 3-hour bus ride)
The bus shofer requires no schahm tip and it be must more than 5 eu.
The hotel's Chief last day came I thought to reverse abschieben to demanded more money from us because he gave us a better room no ee dan posting out I had to take it to him prove it I au booked just this room, sadly just sadly.

The hotel is across the road from the beach. I was there on bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was the same every morning. Pancakes were nice, usual scrambled eggs mostly warm and mini local sausages. My room was ok, bed was comfortable. There was no kettle available in the room, I was told to use the restaurant if I wanted tea or coffee? poor TV reception. The bathroom had a very small shower with a fold up chair in it, difficult to move in it without hitting the chair or shower taps. Every time the shower is used the floor floods. The floor is too level to allow water to drain away. The door frame had rotted away due to the problem. Every morning at about 6 am there was a loud rushing noise which continued for 3 hours and woke me up. There is a safe in the room and a fridge to be paid for extra. room cleaning was at a minimum, beds, towels and floors. I can't complain about it for the price but the people who were all inclusive moaned about the food.

Great holiday totally excited again and again.

The hotel is shit. There are no rooms available, instead of a big bed or two small, dirty room, not enough towels, from under the shower water running, the staff will not know how to communicate — I know of three words from all languages. Fridge in the room — and he paid.

Centrally located. Private beach opposite. To the old town and City Center only 10 minutes.

Want to go back. And I will do it. So much hospitality and attention from the staff. I was in this hotel as the closest relatives. So frequently and thoroughly clean the rooms, that's amazing. Thank you to all the hotel departments.

Basically, the Turkish Riviera is ideal to winter. The rates for long term stay are cheap meditate (14-25 degrees Celcius) weather. I have always a lot of fun and look forward to a good long winter vacation each year. Thank you so much Peter says.

Am asshole been berated by personal space space woman handled it like the last dirt this hotel was that until now worst in Turkey never wieddddddddddeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Eftalia Aytur hotel has a beautiful location right across from the beach. You need to just to cross the street and is situated on the beach. But watch out for the rocks in the sea! Concern for on the beach you can pay at the hotel. The food was good and sufficient. Because everyone just around 19 h wanted to eat, it was quite full and messy in the dining room. The staff is very irksome, they scare one with views. Made every day clean towels and the rooms were clean. But it's not a bad hotel.
