The Hotel is absolutely to Recommend. We had 2019 on a family holiday, were wonders to enjoy food (theme dinner) "Fishnight" Was by the food here and my absolute Highlight. The ladies of the cleaning were always hardworking, a Minibar every day was filled, the staff, with some small exceptions super. Animators from the Hotel were pretty much every day, incredibly annoying and not even in the surrounding Clubs had been resting in front of them. In the end, you had to be dancing really rude to completely relaxed or by the Pool could be.

More like a 3 star hotel then 5. Dirty. Service isnt so good. Had to ask for a shower towel each per person many times before we got it. Same food almost every day. Food luke warm not warm. Pasta and pommes by the beach but no ketchup. Toilets in publik areas often with out toilet paiper or smells urin… Dont use to complain but our first and last time here. Found a great hotel last summer grand kaptan but thought I try this one out but it was mosly a dissapointment. Hotel buildning on the other side is great.

We were there with a Baby in there, and I would not recommend the Hotel. It was not respected properly on Hygiene. The air conditioning was in the October still. 80% of the guests in this Hotel were sick, the kids have done me the most. At my request the air conditioning make in the Restaurant, please, it was a clear "no" answer. Our Transfer has forgotten us, the receptionist called after repeated Appeal to the tour operator. Should I still wait. When I call you after half an hour, asked again, and to clarify that a Taxi should be called, I was processed with the "Sus be. " Then there was a verbal altercation. The food was always the same. There is no yoga price on the web, such as in the Video. The beach is not suitable for small children. In my eyes, is not a luxury hotel, not a 5 star value.

Hotel is for every recommendation. Spacious rooms, neat, luxurious. Staff extremely friendly. The food is great. The location is superb, close to the city and isolated from the noise. Great choice for families and couples.

I stayed at Asia Beach the 28th June to the 5th July. The staff has been more than welcoming and helpful, despite me being vegan and a general atypical guest in many ways. Asia Beach is the perfect place for families with children, and they offer a very good service. :) :) I have been very happy for my stay there. Thank you.

A perfect vacation if you have small children, friendly stuff, various delicious food all the time, hotel beach is close an nice, the hotel is 5+ star. The only disadvantage is very far from the airport and not so close to downtown.

I absolutely recommend this resort! ❤️ I had a great time here during my holiday! The staff around here was absolutely amazing! I was very impressed by their hospitality and the way this people treat their guests!

Beautiful and comfortable very good service, clean and tidy hotel I recommend 100%

It is my fourt time in Turkey and if I compare hotels this one I like the least. The room is Standard. After arrival they had only one free room left. However the next day after our request the nice receptionist changed our room to the one with the sea view. It was clean in rooms but common bathrooms, lobby and snack bar smelled like a pee. The food is not very good for European people. There wasn't a lot of grilled food and even if we are close to the sea I was very surprised by the fact there weren't a lot of fish meals. I was the most dissapointed with the beach bar and the beach. They were serving a food but mostly just pasta and minced meat, nothing grilled. I was missing the fruit especially the watermelon. In the beach bar there was only Russian music playing and when I said to the bartender to change the music because there were also tourists from other countries, he just looked at me like he didn't understand. And of course the russian music had been still playing all day long. The entrance to the sea was very uncomfortable.

The hotel has 5 stars, but really it worth 4 full stars… we was really good impressed, very clean, lots of things to do in and outside the hotel, very nice hotel crew, the Wi-Fi signal has problems, but I hope they will ameliorate that, the beach is clean but they also have to do some little works to ameliorate the quality of the sand, you find a lots of big stones also. There are 3 pools, one inside where the water it was cold, and two outside very well designed also. The room was clean and very well arranged, daily cleaned also, with a mini bar also refreshed daily. The food was very well prepared and in a big variety also, I don't know if there is somebody who can say that you cannot find something to like. By the way, we was really well impressed and for sure we will come back one day. Thank you!

Quite new, fresh and nice place, quite same food (delicious but boring), about 2km from center — good location. Look fot good price and have a great time.

I expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. Rooms werent clean enough and bathroom doesnt have good design Hotel has club and the enviroment is noisy even at midnight So not the best choice for families with children.

Spent three weeks there October 25th to November 15th and loved it. Fantastic Hotel in a Fabulous location in a Beautiful resort!

Hotel good, service moderate. On arrival no toilet paper, battery from the safe almost empty, minibar almost empty.
For dinner, guests can appear in the sloppiest clothes, even drunks are allowed.
Bad for a 5-star level.

They treated us fine even if out of season the rooms are quite clean the staff are friendly the property itself is very nice it is not disfigure with competing hotels. I recommend it! ;)

This hotel could of been 5*, BUT unfortunately, due to off season, almost half of their services was not available. This should of been clearly noted before customers are asked to book. Because offering 'All inclusive' and essentially providing half board is not acceptable. I am pretty sure that during the summer period this hotel is nothing short of amazing, but I wouldn't advise going during the winter season. Overall 3/5

Truly 5-star hotel with helpful, friendly staff, based in a remarkable location with scenic views. Three large swimming pools, regular events/entertainment, great food, warm weather. Would definitely recommend for families. The only downside is that a lot of the staff don't understand much english, apart from that, I would go again in the near future without doubt!

The hotel is amazing, and they oder so many different services, and has enough amenities to keep you busy during the whole week. What I especially like about it is the under passage, that brings you from the the swimpool area to the beach. You do not need to cross the road here, and that is absolutely convenient, especially if you have kids with you. The Turkish drivers are simply crazy and can drive 100 kmh in the town, so this passage is great. The food is good. Huge variety and good quality. The drinks aren't that good, but this is normal for the all inclusive hotels. They need to earn some money too. the rooms are clean and nice. But those parties can be too loud in the evenings. all in all a good hotel to visit.

The ONLY thing 5 star about this place was the Hotel itself! Supposedly Ultra AI but was one of the worst for food and drink I've experienced and it's put us off AI for good, they ran out of Vodka 2 out of the 7 nights we were there (23rd September) and sometimes they would give you gin or bicardi instead rather than tell you, when I went to reception when they ran out on Sunday afternoon I was told they would have it the next day but they did have later on. 80% of the staff were too busy sucking up to the Russian and German guests and had the same manners as them as well. The food was often overcooked and cold and couldn't have fried eggs for breakfast for 2 days and wouldn't do for us when asked either. If you want fresh orange it's 2€!. Evening entertainment was basic and not very entertaining! Fatih on reception needs to learn how to treat people with respect and good manners, shocking for reception staff! The room was really good and as I say the hotel is very nice, the games room is quite expensive for bowling, pool etc. The only thing free was the table tennis. If your with company it maybe would be okay but don't expect to make new friends there,

If your English don't bother with this hotel because they tend to look after the Russians more and made me feel 3rd class. Don't eat the chicken made me very bad. This is not a 5* Hotel entertainment was appalling and some of the staff we're horrible. Not much choice of drinks and the food mostly the same. Always being ask where you from so they no how to treat you. Never will come to Turkey again because of the experience of this hotel…

Of the Cons: not the best quality alcohol, DJ constantly need to press to make this kozlishhe with a beard put normal compositions, because in his task is to take you for 10 bucks in a nightclub in the city center, so the quality of music in the hotel, it Puts bad. The hotel has its own pier, from which you can swim, but next to everything in the stones and concrete, have to go to the neighboring-where the entrance to the water is cleaned, but again, why you can not clean your beach, so that people can safely swim right in front of the sun loungers. The food was excellent and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pier, which is convenient to swim in the sea.

Nice hotel, beautiful pier. There are no grounds, beach with underwater stones. The kitchen is normal, without much refinement. There is almost no animation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. These were our first impressions, but there was much to be done to make them spoil. We were met at reception and escorted to the room. The room is clean, tidy and worth three single beds … As I wrote earlier, we have traveled four, we have a four-way trip, and there's only three beds in the room! To solve this inconvenience, we went to the reception, where the order of half an hour was tried, in a broken Russian, to prove that everything was going to be all right and so. As long as we have not been advised to contact Anna, I cannot call her exact position, but she speaks fluently in Russian. Anna explained to us that the room really did not match, but alas, all the rooms are occupied and cannot be changed. Promised to fix all the questions in the morning, and at this point, I will arrange a cot and bring in an extra bed and towel. We waited a long time, but no one had ever brought it (as far as I could see it, it's a rule, it's a promise and not to do it). I had to move two beds to sleep.
It's a new day. In the morning we had an appointment with the representative of Anex Tur, as we were told he would solve all the questions and help travelers. In fact, this meeting was a long story about excursions.
After the meeting, we once again raised the question with the room. And then we got the answer that you'll have the necessary room, but only tomorrow! Again tomorrow!

Food is great, rooms are cleaned and staff is great. The hotel is best suited for a family with kids. If you want a true vacation, this is your place.

Worst experience ever in Turkey. You shouldn't wast your time or money. Total rip-off. Management wasn't helpful, room was loud, food wasn't good and no customer service what so ever. Not really all inclusive. Please consider any other 5 star hotel.

Absolutely brilliant holiday here. Rooms and service from staff outstanding. It would probably be much busier in July and August but perfect in May. Everything included here. Even ice cream, late night disco and cocktails. A special mention to Berat in the lobby bar, a real gentleman.

Staying here for 10 days so far been bliss rooms lovely and clean, facilities good. Food and drink 24hrs a day something for everyone, local area has shops and a market and the sea is lovely. Indoor pool not great for lengths however this can't be helped. Holiday is what you make it.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very helpful. Kids are always entertaining, the evening performances for adults-full of delight.

To chill out a top hotel. Only the food is a little well uncreative and very mensa. Great is the jetty with loungers, drinks and umbrellas and snacks. The animator brings together a bolleyballspiel every afternoon. The music at the upper pool is a bit annoying, but it doesn't bother you because you can easily dodge the footbridge to which a private tunnel runs comfortably under the road. We were there outside of the season and it was really relaxed, but want to say that it may well be really crowded. There are all day snacks and drinks also alcoholic. In the room there are various German TV channels and ours was neither smelly nor noisy (6th floor) but clean and modern. The air worked flawlessly. The room service was not so really regular, but we probably have to answer for it by wrong operation of the "room/not disturbing switch". A bit annoying was one of the baarleute who made constant vulgar jokes (Haaramarsch hahaha) and, on the other hand, did not really hurry or tried to make drinks fast and good. This leads us to the last point, the clientele, which is rather grounded and composed of Russians Germans and Turks. She is not always polite and definitely not comparable to right 5 * hotels, but generally sympathetic especially at volleyball.
In summary, the Asia beach is not the 4 seasons Kempinski or a good Marriot, but you get a 3 * clientele and service with a building, pools and offer that shows that it wants to be 5 *.

We have stayed couple of days at this holiday ultra all inclusive hotel with our 2 kids. We have stayed at many all inclusive hotels and this is one of the very good hotel that we stayed. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service throughout is very good also the breakfast in the main buffet restaurant was good and varied as was the food available in the same restaurant in the evenings. The pool areas, water slides, kids play areas and the private beach with it's own jetty are all well maintained and are once again spotlessly clean. We all had a great time at Asian hotel and we hope to visit them for next year.

Very nice new hotel. A few teething issues and language gap but for £450 a week in Sept all Inc it is very good value.

This place is quite a new one, that's why ppl can judge it, yet it has a perfect place according to others Cos of the distance to city center. You can even walk to the castle and other places. And swim in the sea just in front of you. Watch the castle vision. I think it's going to be one of the greatests at near future.

In itself the hotel is not even so bad
Rooms are good the bathroom is clean.
But the staff rude (men) and the food very bad. My brother and I didn't come out of bed for two days. How did either a food poisoning or a virus.
I'd advise you not to eat here.
Even the alcohol you got here tasted disgusting and gives us headaches.
For an all inclusive hotel with 5 * It is very bad.
But the pool is clean and the animators are cool on it actually the only good thing the hotel had to offer in my opinion.

This is the first time I write a review! I just have to get rid of some things so that you don't feel like us! One has to leave the hotel, it looks really good visually, but that's it. Occasionally competent workers, all of them are eating the whole day. But now I'm going to come to my concern. The kitchen is the last! Food from the previous day, always the same food and the coronation is that I and my brother the last two days! Have not come out of bed as we have either got a nasty virus or a food poisoning. Don't eat at the hotel, this whole allinclusive * * E is for the cat. The cheapest alcoholic beverages, only chemical juices are definitely not worth it. Don't let the 5sternen and the "ultra All Inclusive" lend you a break.

A new hotel, opened in May 2016. Very solid design inside, modern rooms. 2 swimming pools, convenient passage to the sea. The food is very good and the breakfast is excellent.

New, high quality design furniture. But a lot of locals, not many foreigners.
