Hotel was lovely, staff were amazing.

İt would be easier to ask what don't İ recommend. The hotel is so well run and offers the best food and facilities. The personel are very helpful and the adult only status is good for those who like a peaceful break. Super food and İ could over eat.

Because the quality of service is right, the cuisine is varied and of high quality, the rooms clean and the access to the beach and — platform comfortable I stayed there several times and never been disappointed.
In addition, I have billeted relatives and friends there several times, even these were never disappointed!
Would highly recommend the hotel!

The hotel is amazing! The Staff are lovely! The food is plentiful and varied. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Loved spending my days on the pier. It’s my second time here and I’d definitely come again.

Lovely place, really welcoming hotel and staff with a nice selection of food, drinks and bars! Felt very safe and lots of measures in place for COVID-19 but at the same time the dont affect the experience! Will certainly be looking to visit again if I come back to turkey!

Would come here again once COVID is no longer an issue place is spotless drinks are good and entertainment every night but food choice is limited at the moment. Staff are great and always helpful and friendly can’t do enough for you I think it would have been even better if COVID was not an issue x.

mainly an English hotel for adults which is great for a quite get away no kids.

This hotel is excellent the room is always cleaned as requested with a few towel surprise designs. If your clothes are left out they tidy them for u also. The staff are so very courteous & helpful they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is very good with a wide choice to enjoy. The hotel grounds & site are salubrious definitely feels like a 5 star rated hotel, the beach is quaint and beautiful with a small jetty where you can sit & sunbathe with a nice view. The only downside is there is not enough of a choice of recognized brands of alcohol just Turkish brands which there should be for the guests. So all in all I would definitely recommend the hotel totally to enjoy your stay in Alanya Turkey.

This is a great adult only hotel. Beach right by hotel and pool. Both offer sunbeds and no reserving so you can lie in. Food great caters for all. Staff friendly and go out of their way for you, Ali with his special cocktail, Rovena and her cats, waitress who worked behind all bars provided smiles and just made you feel welcomed. There is alot to see and do here.

Lovely hotel very clean modern rooms a high standard, staff friendly but not in your face would definitely return.

5* Hotel. You cannot fault anything. We have travelled to many hotels and this one is fab. Bed very comfortable. Guest relation so very kind and helpful. Extremely clean. Food fab. Sunbeds for all. Food brilliant. The surrounding area us great and the buses are so frequent cheap and easy to use. One tip go the opposite way to everyone else getting g the number 10 bus. The stop is 3 minute walk away. Catch it to the end stop. Drivers always says it's the end stop. About 20 minutes and you are at the River Dim Dam (yes Dim Dam is correct) Take a towel and cosy plenty of food and pools to swim in BUT the best bit then get a taxi for a 5 minute drive (too far to walk in the heat) and go up around the back of the Dam for an amazing view. As seen in the photo. So worth the simple trip.

Wonderful hotel! All 5 stars! Not great for adults clean, cosy with good food with attentive staff close to the beach and the walking alley along the sea, Sunprime will not leave you indifferent, you will want to go back there again!

We were there over Christmas with another couple. Was a very nice holiday has fit everything from the rooms his to the food about the staff everything was top.

Great hotel but let down by poor food, repetative and some items recooked the following day. Staff very attentative but linnen and towels not changed when they were supposed to be but otherwise hotel was very good.

Such a lovely place to stay. The staff are always helpful and on hand to help. The hotel is clean and bright. Food was nice, would have been nice for more vegetarian options (we did unfortunately forget to discuss before arriving, last minute holiday) I'm sure they would have accommodated for us. Nice to relax in their own section of beach, a min walk through there private tunnel. Definitely recommend.

I visited this hotel in August 2017 and cannot be any happier with it! Firstly, kudos to all the staff, they were extremely polite and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel room was immaculate and everything in order when we arrived. We went all inclusive and the variety and quality of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was great! Waiters were on hand to serve drinks even though it was buffet service. Ala carte was amazing needless to say. Small walk to the beach, didn't use the pool so can't review that! Great variety of evening entertainment and a good atmosphere As it's adult only the hotel itself is calm and quiet with relaxing vibes A few points not necessarily negative but just to consider: Generally Wi-Fi is good and there was some connection on the beach albeit a little slow. Our room was on the side so it was facing the club hotel next door, whose entertainment extends past 11 pm and is quite loud, so if this bothers you it is worth mentioning. Laundry service was extremely efficient, a tad expensive though! Lastly, it is over 2 hours from Antalya airport so if you have a coach transfer with other people on board it can be an extremely long journey! I hope this mini review helps if you're considering this hotel.

Nice place lovely staff food ok sone cooked in front of you especially breakfast good service near beach pool open as long as you are in it and whatever time in the morning good gym rooms large and spotless all week cleaned every day. Entertainment just passable. Beer n spirits plentiful. No bingo (said the wife). Pool and sun lounge maybe a bit too small. Only two lifts. Indoor pool never open. Air con switched off too early in lobby bar reception slippy floor around pool and pool bar. Small private beach watch out for outcrops of sharp rock. A bit out of town to walk back if out for a drink.

Overall pleasant experience. Lovely, friendly staff. Food wasn't to 5 star standard expected. I think more westernised dishes should be implemented. Sadly you can't get an early nights sleep if you are in the back of the hotel. As the hotel behind plays the Hokey Cokey (very loud) with children entertainment till 11pm.

A genuinely pleasurable hotel. Worthy of its high rating. I arrived just after Boxing Day 2016 and spent a week in this delightful hotel. I couldn't fault the place. Immaculate rooms, fantastic cuisine, brilliant star, marvelous facilities. The coffee shop was a spectacular retreat for an afternoon of indulgence. Would I go back? Heck, yes. If it was that good in December/January, imagine what it'd be like in spring or summer!?

The hotel is solid, just no children allowed. And the booking. One reason that this name shows a completely different hotel Cleopatra.
