Amazin location, amazin views, amazin food, and most importantly amazin staff. It was lovely to spend a week here. The next time I come to turkey I'll definitely stay here.

The location is great. The staff are really friendly. The restaurant in the lobby has a great variety of food. The rooms are quiet, the street of the hotel has a pharmacy and convinience store just there. Free Wi-Fi, you can organize tours through them as well. The only thing at breakfast there is no eggs omlette or scrambled. Only boiled eggs are offered, and they charge you separately if you order omlette.

The location is great. The staff are very supportive. The places need proper maintainance for it's toilets and rooms. The breakfast is fair not perfect or even good. The AC is ok.

Only thing they're deluxe in, is the "smell in the room". On top of that sheets and towels were ripped. Break fast buffet had diluted tang on the name of orange juice and recooked chared items from leftovers. Simply horrible stay. They don't give the option for early check out so you have to pay for all the days you have booked. Even then we moved to another hotel. Althoug they gave the option of changing room but all their rooms had the similar issues. Only plus point was location.

The location is super! It's all close! The staff are polite. Recommend!

A nice city hotel in the city centre. Convenient transport accessibility. Some of the staff speaks Russian. Very friendly.

If you're coming here for a good night's sleep, look elsewhere. The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear everything from the rooms next door. Two stars for the staff and breakfast.

Best location in old city of town is it nearby all good place for example spicy Pazar Blue mosque aya Sophia and the hotel is very good Quality breakfast so friendly staff helpful personal. I recommend Viva hotel for everyone.

Sound insulation rooms are not available. The staff is inconsiderate-on the last day our bag was loaded into another taxi. Delivery of the bag back was at our expense. Instead of €20 for the transfer we gave €45, lost extra time, listened to the threats from their taxi driver, almost missed the flight.

Cosy hotel right in the middle of everything happening in Old City Istanbul. Very friendly and courteous staff. Well appointed rooms. Good breakfast choices and a wide menu selection at their in house restaurant. Recommended for those wishing to discover the Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Museum…

The Hotel was good, staff were friendly specially because the receptionist Selbi Zamira as she helped us a lot we were a family of 8 and she guided us really well I should say she was the one who made us feel comfortable. Very happy with the service and special thanks to selbi zamira.

It's a okay hotel. If you are looking for a super clean that is not a right place. Breakfast is good and friendly receptionist.

The hotel is awful, old rooms, all Obsharpanoe, you hear, as in the next room clean teeth, plums, etc. The hotel has a lot of Arabs, in 2mestnom room lived 2 adults and 5 children. The hotel staff did not speak to them. Breakfast in the hotel: dishes dirty, tablecloths in terrible stains. +: location, but for the money can be found and the hotel is better). The food, despite the dirty dishes and tablecloths, breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean.

I really like the place, the rooms are small but very clean and modern and the stuff are very friendly, I will recommend it for everyone who is looking for a best quality price.

Very good experience in this hotel. The room is very spacious (more than in many more expensive hotel), clean, comfortable bed heated, TV and free Internet, fridge, bathroom convenient and nice. The beds are redone every day and the sheets are loaded as well as the soaps and shampoo if used. Breakfast is quality (except orange juice). The staff are friendly and pleasant, always there to help us. The hotel is well located next to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Grand Bazaard, …). The price of the hotel is also very good. Only downside it is not the quietest and if you stumble on noisy people next door this can prevent sleeping.

Hellooo from far Bosnia hotel is amazing I just loved. Everything is perfect rooms, food and special people who work. I just wanna say that I will back again soon. Thanks for everything. Room was clean and comfy, breakfast is not so satisfying — could be better. A lot of bread and dips, I hope they'll put sausage, ham or meat and vegetables. Staff were great tho.

Perfect location, near the bluemosque about 10 min. Walk. Near the eminoni ferry port. Breakfast ok. Too old facilities, it needs repear.

The pictures are not consistent with what you get enjoy in this hotel. A bunch of noisy people and razdolbannyj room. Score at 2 stars is the maximum.
