Small rooms, noisy street. But often and affable.

Awesome hotel… Close to most attractions.

Excellent location and treatment. The hotel is spotless the breakfasts very good and at the change it was really cheap for a hotel of its category.

Very happy with the hotel. It is in a great location, ten minutes walk to all the major sights, and the staff have been pleasant and helpful. The room is comfortable. The hotel is small so the facilities are modest but in line with the advertising. The Wi-Fi is good, fast and reliable. Breakfast is nice, continental buffet plus a small range of hot food: chicken sausages, boiled eggs and three or four local dishes. Overall good value for money and we'd stay here again.

Excellent service, original interior design and rooms. The elevator goes straight to the restaurant for breakfast. The receptionist is exceptionally friendly, any problems that resolve in his power will be resolved.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is a couple of blocks from Hagia Sophia and its surroundings. It is also within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and the Spices Bazaar. In addition, it has close to public transport stops. The area is full of souvenir shops and restaurants. Diagonal, is one of the best ranked restaurants in Istanbul. Inside the hotel is very nice. Breakfast has several options and is very complete: cereal, coffee, milk, tea, juices, eggs, bread, etc. In the lobby you are invited every day between 4 and 5 pm to have a delicious Turkish tea with cake. The rooms are comfortable, nice and with the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff is very helpful. It is a very good hotel. We would stay here without a doubt.

Lovely themed hotel in a convenient place for a tourist. When I was working the pool. Which is definitely a plus. I'm not. The rooms are small. The views are not all good. But the hotel is cute and stylish) ) ) )

The hotel is very nice, clean and cozy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, location is perfect near to everything, rooms are very comfortable and clean. This hotel is my no. 1 choice in Istanbul.

The hotel is well located, in general it looks clean and the reception staff is friendly but the service to the rooms is bad. In six days they never changed the sheets and the room just ordered it to be nice.
In the end we have contracted an infection due to the lack of hygiene.

My 5 stars are based on the fact that this hotel is a really good bargain — we were there in December and the price was around 35€ per night with breakfast. The hotel is located literally a few minutes walk from Istanbul's top tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace) and very close to Spice and Grand Bazaar). There is a tram line just in front of the hotel so be aware that you can hear it in the room (it does not operate between midnight and 6AM). Breakfast is decent (some egg dishes can be ordered extra for about 8 TL). Rooms are pretty small with a French bed but that is standard for the area. The hotel is clean and has a very nice staff.

Staff at recepción are very friendly and helpful. But Room are extremely small. Breakfast is decent nothing outstanding. Hotel Location is excellent but bear in mind that no cars/taxis are allowed on this street so you need to walk approximately 200 metres to arrive to the entrance so if you have lots of baggage this hotel is not ideal.

This was our second time coming to this hotel — we never go to the same place twice but we were just so pleased with Orient Express last year that we came again. We were pleasantly welcomed with some apple tea and informative staff. Last year we were on the 7th floor which had larger rooms, however, this year we were on the 6th. The rooms were very small with little walking space. After talking to reception, they said that we could move to the 7th floor the following night. The main reasons we chose this hotel last year was because of the location and the indoor pool. However, we were extremely disappointed to find that the pool was closed due to long term maintenance. The hotel went out of their way to improve our stay though. They provided two rooms in one of the kids and a large room for the adults. They also said we could use the leisure facilities of a nearby hotel at no extra cost. We were happy with everything; the rooms were well equipped and the breakfast was lovely — especially the croissants. The location is perfect, it is walking distance to the top attractions of Istanbul and right near the tram station. I would recommend it to others and would stay here again.

No. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Its barely 3 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful and you get all the basic amenities and a decent room. But dont be fooled thinking it as a 4 star as they say themselves. No complimentary water and coffee.

Hotel was good, with best location in eminouno but expensive, very friendly staff especially Ali, the breakfast was regular, the view of the room was beautiful because our room in 7th floor.

Spent 3 days, appreciated professional & friendly multilingual staff, daily breakfast buffet very nice, housekeeping very good, enjoyed the pool, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya, Grand Bazaar a few tram stops away; shopping and restaurants close by and accessible public transit.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant served fantastic food and has a stunning view across the Bosphorus. The pool always seemed to be quiet too. The negatives were that the room I was in was quite small and there was a wall blocking any view from the window. Overall it was good value and a good base to explore Istanbul from.

Nice small hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Has all the amenities I expect: Wi-Fi, ac, elevator, electronic locks and helpful staff. Rooms are compact as one would expect in a down town building, but they are fully functional and have been renovated in recent years. Would certainly consider it for my next stay.

1 room focus on air conditioning (recommend a room to book Street), pool heavily chlorinated and salt water, towels at pool bar b. Never there.
