Truely hotel is kind and friendly staff. Very clean room. All of front of you. Shopping, food, taxi, metro and historical place. I am satisfy about this hotel and love to recommend for everyone.

The hotel was great very comfort and a very nice and helpful staff Its near the yenikapı metro station (less than 5 min walk) and near the aksaray tram station (5-6 min walk) The rooms was so clean and the breakfast was very good, I recommend the hotel and next time i'll be in istanbul I will stay at the same hotel.

Good hotel. Personal is polite, respectful and attentive. Rooms are not big, but clean. Cleaners are working well, and if you put a sighn to the door before you leave, once you get back, you will find your room maked up and towels fresh. Breakfast is ok, there's a choice if chees, jams, honey, cornflakes, eggs, local fruits and surprisingly vegetables. Would recommend it uf you need it as a place to sleep after long day in tve city. Metro station to the airport right cross the street. Tram line to the main touristic places is 7 minutes walking.

The cleaning service was good, they changed sheets and pillow covers, you could open youtube and cartoon network for kids, delicious breakfast, staff were friendly but we had a little problem with the ac but its fine and the road infront of entrance is very small, and traffic noises were loud and rooms were small (not reccommended for big families) and there was no washing machine, internet was slow.

This hotel is good but not for families. The air conditioner is really low quality and the rooms are small. But it isnt that bad.

Good Hotel, good price, good breakfast, nice staff, I recommend this hotel to any one.

We were a group of 15 persons that booked 5 nights in Istanbul and paid already. My friend and I came later than the original group because we had a different flight. We had to book a new room (1306) and pay 50 euros for the night because the group were sleeping and couldn’t join our room (1502). The next day we went to the reception and told the guy instead of checking out the temporary room, we want to keep our stuff there and checkout (1502) instead. Just room switching nothing else. The guy at the reception told us there’s no problem at all. The next day in the morning the reception called and asked to pay for our 2nd night. I told him we told the reception guy the day before but he told me he doesn’t know and we have to pay for it. I asked him to see the manager, the manager was the most rude manager I ever saw in my life, he started attacking me and telling that if we gave the key it doesn’t mean we have switched room. I told him that the reception guy told me it’s not w problem, he said it’s an error. When I asked why would I pay for it, he said not his fault. I told him ok I’ll pay and share the experience with websites. The hotel is average but I highly don’t recommend staying in a hotel with such a rude careless manager, they only want your money and with the price you’re paying you can find MUCH BETTER options. Summary: rude and lying management, NOT recommended.

Great location, very close to the Metro. The family room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

Perfect location. Very close to metro and tramway. Various breakfast. There is small rooms n normal rooms same price! We had some room service problems because we didnt like the room wich caused many troubles until we switched the room.

One can blurring the sides Highway rooms (not very annoying except for those which we struggled to sleep with a little noise of car from time to time next) prefer the rooms did not face on the roads. Overall it was pretty OK "for me"
