Excellent location. Cordial and helpful staff. Sadly though, the room allocated to us was quite small compared to the one shown in the pictures.

The staff was great and helpful. Lose a star because of a complimentary upgrade then downgrade. They helped me with a power issue by upgrading me to a nice room with a balcony facing the street, then when it was found to be their adapter, I was downgraded back to the alley view room. On the second day, I noticed that the bedsheet was dirty and it stayed that way for two more nights. I have nothing to compare the Arden to, and I would definitely stay there again if the price worked out.

Very nice views in some rooms, friendly staff, and fresh breakfast. The hotel restaurant has lovely food and everything is reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

My parents absolutely loved the hotel and their room. The staff is great, very polite, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The room was in great condition, well cleaned and organized. The bed was comfortable, the pillows could be just a bit softer ;) Breakfast was also great, both the service and selection of food. Location is definitely 10/10, in the heart of Istanbul minutes away from hundreds of tourist attractions. Thank you for the great stay, well done!

Excellent hotel almost in the center of old Istanbul. From the hotel to Thor Kapi, the "Great Sultan's Palace, " Aia Sofia, Blue Mycheti, Basilica of the tank "great Istanbul reservoir of the ancient century", and in general to the central square can be reached by four minuths on foot. Service at a high level, everywhere cleanliness and order. Upstairs is an excellent restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus, breakfast without limitation of anything. The hotel has a superbly preserved oriental flavor. It was nice to rest in Arden City.

We staied at Arden City Hotel for 4 nights. The food was good and the hotel is clean. The only thing that would have been better if the rooms arn't very small.

Like the stars stable foursome, the rooms are not large, the t-tellfridge and safe with a shower available, as is not surprising the elevator. Breakfast is a standard swedish table.

Very friendly staff. Did not stay overnight as we found a better deal at celal sultan hotel round the corner. Just went in to ask about parking, prices, etc.

The Arden is very well located in the old town. You can walk to all the historical cultural visits. It has a restaurant on the terrace with the most amazing view of all. You can see Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Bosphorus. While you enjoy the excellent food of the place. Some of the rooms have amazing view as well. The staff is very attentive, I have opened the restaurant for me alone on my visit. Breakfast is good, could be more varied. The rooms are very nice with antique décor. My only discomfort was that the beds had no sheets. I would choose Arden again!

Personally didn't like the hotel the breakfast was poverty and the rooms were tiny with nearby construction which was really annoying.

We loved it. It's a walking distance to most major attractions. We got upgraded to a suite facing the hagia sofia nd it was lovely. Breakfast was good and the customer service was great too. Would definitely recommend.

Really great city hotel. Very central location and within walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and a nice rooftop terrace. Clear recommendation. We were 3 adults. Season was November 2017

Great location, a perfect option to stay in the old town sultanahmet.

One of the very good hotels in the heart of old city in Istanbul. Well furnished rooms, clean, good servise, helpful staff (Umit and the others). We stayed there 7 days for business in two rooms. Everything was fine. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Front desk super helpful. Very accommodating and offered tours and local information. Great prices.

Good value for money! Room a little cramped, insulation in the bathroom to be redone. Otherwise perfect buffet view on the Terrace excellent staff friendly.

I was on there on from 9-13/11/2016. It was nice everything was very good. The welcome, the rich daily breakfast. They prepare delucious fresh omelet with cheese upon request. The locationis perfect near almost everything.

Good location, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff, generally for money liked. One and a half room apartment with breakfast, 100 euros per night for two.

Ideally located in the heart of the historic town of St. Sophia 3 minutes and 5 minutes from the Grand Bazaar hotel has a nice terrace on the roof. The breakfast is excellent and the friendly staff. They agreed to add a child bed (which is rather a teenager) without worries and without extra charge (not even for breakfast — lunch). We will probably return on our next visit to Istanbul.

The hotel has a spectacular location. *the hotel is small (6 floors building) but it's very neat and clean. * free breakfast is included, but the food variety is poor. * the rooms are not sound proof, and it gets really annoying sometimes. * the workers at the hotel aren't that friendly, but that's how all people are at Istanbul.

Small room, but nice and clean. Breakfasts were fine, staff was pleasant.

Istanbul at arden hotel was wonderful in november. By the low season, the staff had much time for us. Nobody wanted to tip, but we have nevertheless given what. All very nice. The breakfast was ok but I do not know whether you can no longer expect 4 star. The House is beautifully renovated and all places of interest are within walking distance.

The location is the only thing that is recommended to this Hotel. Tiny rooms, in which you can stay to a second maximum in the bed, with the frightening water temperature fluctuations shower. But the most annoying: 4 days the coffee machine was on three days out of operation. A completely ignorant waiter was not able to fix the Problem or communicate a minimum of.
