The location is so close from TAksim square, the staff is very helpful and friendly especially Hassan. The breakfast is very limited options and there is no enough tables. The room is a little small.

Excellent service with great room and 2 min walk to taksim square In simple word SUPERB.

My family of 3 stayed 3 nights here. The first room the manager put us in had no curtain. So he moved us to another one, of which the tap water ran too slow to have a shower. We then moved to the one without curtain. We found out the bathroom was so moldy and the ceiling was dirty with leaked water. The room smelt of cigarette. Then on the third day, the manager decided to repair yhr ceiling while we went out. It was not ready when we came back in the afternoon. We waited for an hour and decided better to go out for a walk again. Breakfast was poorly prepared. Bread was not fresh, cereal was left in a bowl overnight, water was not hoy enough for making coffee cause they unplugged the pot b4 breakfast time was over. I ll not recommend this hotel for anyone.

The rooms are extremely small and dirty and you could find mold all over them bathroom's walls. Don't trust the pictures or you would be regretful. The breakfast was so unpleasant and for all these flaws the price was quite high.

If there was zero stars I would have chosen them to rate this place. I am taking time of my vacation to rate it so no one would suffer the way I did. I reserved 2 rooms in this place through "Travelocity" for 1250$ and I put a note that I had two kids with me and that we would check in early. We got there at 5 am and they didn't even have one room available for us. We had to find a place to stay at until 2 pm the regular check in time because we were tired after flying for 16 hours from USA. I had to look for a hotel at 5 am with two kids and two families and 8 bags. Then I went back to them at 2 pm to check in and found these horrible rooms in a "prostitution" place. This is not a hotel or an appropriate place for families and kids. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online and they were so dirty. I talked to the manager, and the hotel owner to refund me because they didn't give me the rooms when I needed them and they didn't look anything like the pictures they have online. The owner was so so rude and refused to refund me he even yelled at me and he said he does not care if I post a review about his place. The other reviews are FAKE the owner posts them from fake accounts.

Outstanding service by fantastic, helpful staff! This location offers close proximity to transportation, historically significant sights, and has very high quality accommodations. Highly recommended. When I go back to Istanbul, I'll be staying here again!

Nice location around Taksim square and reasonable rate.

The hotel was small, clean, cozy, classy! It was near to Taksim Square and bus station to airport Sabiha Gokcen. The breakfast was satisfactory. Most importantly, the staff was friendly, kind, polite, generous, especially one of the owners, Baris! They were very helpful for tips about Instabul (transportation, museums, night life etc) Thank you for your hospitality! Wish we could stay more days, waiting for the next time.
