I arrived early in the morning before normal check in and fortunately the staff was able to accommodate me. The staff from beginning to end was able to get me whatever I need and was helpful with directions. My room was clean and properly appointed. The hotel is situated near many of the things you'll want to see and is very close to the rail system if you don't want to walk to the others.

Tünel offers a lot for very little money. The apartments are big and clean and the location might be one of it's best features. I'll remember this place if I ever go back to Istanbul.

The only point of hotel was the staff. It was as clean as a 3stars hotel. Breakfast was limited to the 5 or 6 choices of menu. Pool was under maintenance and the water of jacuzzi was very dirty. No minibar but water was free. Wifi free. Hotel was little with a little lobby and little restaurant like a local motel but restaurant was cozy like a coffe shop.

Beautyfull hotel, very friendly and clean. It has a excellent view of Istanbul. You have public transpotation in front of the hotel, Galata tower is at a 3 min. Walking distance. The hotel to be at Galata.

Very nice hotel close to Istiklal street & Galatea tower & bridge. Sishane Metro station is front of hotel.

Not even worth 1 star. That the rooms are not cleaned within 3 days is a Nogo, although it has been pointed out several times.
Bathroom also not clean. Toilet seat just disgusting.
Definitely not recommended.

My experience and observation room not clean regularly unless requested and breakfast is next door Big Chef cafe what a joke small selection of few items (Not buffet) one item of choice from menu only for Hotel guests not worth the purchase. You rather walk to Galata Tower which is very nearby and have a proper breakfast variety of choices.

مميز بغرفه الواسعة و قربه من مترو شيشانة و يعيبة انه لا يوجد به لوبي الفطور متواضع طول اجراءات الدخول تعامل الموظفين جيد جداً يقع على منحدر و فير مناسب لكبار السن و ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يبعد عن ميدان تقسيم في حدود ١٤٠٠ متر لا يوجد مطاعم بالقرب منه الا في نهاية شارع الاستقلال اذا كان لديك سيارة الوصول له معقد لديهم مطعم ملحق بالفندق رائع جداً جداً و مميز

Odaları iyi durumda hizmette fena değil galata kulesine 100 metre mesafede yer almaktadır orta halli bir hotel.

Très bien situé avec un superbe vue sur Istanbul.

Hotel location is quite nice, but they should improve their maintenance and breakfast. Staff is good as well. I don't think you can call it 5 Star but quite better place to spend few days since location is very nice.

Nice Hotel and very nice service and also close to all good places and metro. Room clima is not working well. Spa and wellness is very good and not expensive. I will stay there now for every visit in Istanbul.

Perfect to be there go two year ago I can assure you there is a good reception, the premises clean… I you Council if you want to go to istanbul it is near public transit.

Nearly restaurant is good and lighting of this building nice.

الموقع ممناز ويقع أمام محطة الميترو (الشيشان) عمال الفندق أمينيين وموثوقين وتم تخزين الأمتعة لديهم ولم يتم لمسها الفطور ممتاز وراقي انصح به لقربه من كل الأماكن السياحية وسهولة الوصول لها لديهم برامج سياحية ممتازة ولكن مرتفعة السعر نوعا ما ولكن توفر عليك الوقت والجهد الماخذ عليه صغر الغرف العادية فهي صغير جدا جدا جدا ولا ينصح بها الفندق على مرتفع والذهب إليه ومنه سيراً على الأقدام متعب لكثرة الصعود والنزول الحاد

Amazing and very good place to stay and location is so good.

Stayed in their largest suite, spent USD 250 a night, and got crappy service. At check in the man at the front desk promised to call us back about arrangements for an English speaking babysitter and Never Did. He sent us up to our room and said luggage would follow. 30 mins later the baby needed a change. I went down to the lobby and found my luggage and the porter sitting next to it, chatting with the man at the front desk. Getting the room serviced by housekeeping was a di…saster. Nothing like leaving and 9 am and coming back at 3pm with a cranky toddler who needs a nap and finding out your fancy suite hasn't been made up yet. It took two phone calls, the last one a demand, before someone showed up just before 4. Thankfully she didn't wake the baby. The spa is run by the masseuses, so if you want to book a massage and they are with clients, there isn't anyone to answer the phone. Don't bother with the front desk. They can't see the spa schedule and they were useless. Told us we couldn't get a massage that night, but we got a call from the spa based on a note I'd left at the spa desk and we got in. Sigh. On the up side, the room service menu from the Good Cook restaurant was gorgeous and the food as good as the photos. The location near Sishane Metro was pretty good. Its quite near Istiklal Caddesi. I heard the small rooms here are tiny, so unless you can afford a suite, stay somewhere else. And if you expect good service, definitely stay somewhere else.
