Some rooms are better decorated than others. Cleanliness is average and could have been better. Wifi is okay. Receptionist was friendly. Walking distance from Istiklal street, just a few minutes away.

Absolutely horrible! Stay away from this place! The place is a run down motel roach hole in the wall in some twisted back alley a stone's throw from Taksim Sq. They dont have an elevator so you have to lug your bags upstairs yourself. The front staff is exceptionally rude and unhelpful. We were told to leave our bags by reception and they would be attended to. We got back from dinner and they were still there. Had to pay a kid in the street to take our bags up 5 flights of narrow windy stairs to our room since the night shift said 'it wasn't his problem'. When we asked to leave, he said that he wouldnt issue any kind of refund as we had booked through trip advisor for the wonderful rate of 90 euros per night. Our bags had stayed in reception without any security with people going in an out for hours when we were assured that it would have been attended to. Upon check in our rooms were cleaned while we waited in the landing — the room was dirty and small. Every morning we were awakened by the call to prayer before sunrise which seems to be next door. Their main sewage line had backed up so we had to sleep with the windows open the entire night to counter the stench of human waste in the entire building. We were there for 3 nights total — 3 nights of awful stay. We were never provided with shampoo or anything of the kind. Bathroom was terrible, couldnt use it without holding your breath had to shower with the door open so I didnt feel like I was showering in a port a potty.

Small rooms and bathroom, cleaning is a bit of issue as well.

It was fine. I got my money's worth.

Very bad flat! Expensive and dirty! The owner and one lady working in their office has very rude way to talk to clients. They have very bad services. You are not allowed to have guests in your room! The toilette very dirty and the walls in the flat are dirty! All the sheets bed are dirty! The area of this flat not safty!

To be honest I don't like it at all, location is great very near to Taksim square, every things is a valuable around you restaurants, shopping area, coffee shops, super markets what ever you want, price is not suitable to the hotel features (expensive), you will fined inside the room mini bar, boiler, air-conditioning and it doesn't work as a heater, toilet moderated size with hair drier and shampoo no soap no shower gel nothing more At the end you will not feel comfortable specialist in winter.

Very close to Taksim Square. Quite location, friendly hosting… I loved staying in Bianco! Till next time;) )

It was by far the WORST hotel experience we have ever had. The room service was AWFUL : — we had to beg for new towels, and even when we threw the used ones on the floor, they didnt change them. — bed sheets and pillow covers were only changed ONCE, though we stayed for 8 nights. — toilet papers and empty shampoo bottles weren't renewed daily. — they never cleaned the room or the bathroom during our stay. 3 Apples Residence, you made our stay in Istanbul very uncomfortable!

Very bad, nothing to do with the photos. Price to the release on the phone nothing to see in arrival. Arrengements to stay no later than the day of departure, because late arrival. The day of departure, asked us a night and more… Brief of the thieves. Attention.

I read the other reviews and we decided to book. It is very close to Taksim Square. We couldnt find it obviously without a map so we rang them and someone walked out to the main road to find us. There they took our bags and carried them for us. Signed in and were given free Wi-Fi code and explained were breakfast would be. Then the staff carried our bags over to the Residence. The neighbourhood looks run down and you go about 500 metres away from the 3 Apples Suites to get there. The rooms are great — everything we wanted so we could cook for ourselves, fridge, oven, kettle, sink, and dishwasher. The aircon works really well and the room is very clean. They make our room everyday and change our towels. They also came in and load the dishwasher so when we arrived home everything was ready to start cooking. The laundry is in the basement and they said they would be more than happy to do our laundry for us but we didced to do our own and they supplied soap. All staff have been very helpful and really good. We needed an iron — we got an iron. We wanted an extra towel we got an extra towel. The place if it had been 2 streets over would be 4 stars as I cant fault it so far. Its not noisy, and despite the look of the neighborhood we have not had even the slightest of concerns with walking around and late at night. I would stay here again for the price.

The room we stayed in was below the enterence level at the "residence" building. The building is way deep into the streets. The streets are not that friendly looking. We bought our room as a package "wine service plus breakfast served to room" but we weren't able to get any of it. We managed to have our breakfast at the "Suites" building. Wouldn't recommend the "residence" side. Maybe "suites" could be better.
