First of all they overbooked the room. We booked a penthouse and at location we receive a family suite with rooms connected (half price … same bill the receptionist said is upgrade) … let's try to leave there … only one night (in my mind) but … dirty every corner and mirror, one glass for two people, towel with hauls, 11to 3 am music from disco (next building), 11 to 4 party next door. And to be all good they give us transfer to airport free (but the driver didn't know that and ask for double price)
